We absolutely loved staying here. Great location for where we enjoy skiing and great location next to I89. We would love to come back in the Fall!

Melissa’s listing was a great find during a time when there very few places to stay in the greater Vermont area due to the solar eclipse. She was very responsive even before we reached the Airbnb, gave very useful advice about getting around and local attractions, and had a beautiful space for us to enjoy a weekend trip.

Perfect and comfortable house to enjoy my long weekend visiting family in the area. This house has everything a small or larger group would ever need. Desirable location and close to surrounding towns, restaurants and the best pancakes found at the Barnard General Store! Already planning my next visit !

Our stay at James's cottage was a great experience in a beautiful location right on Lake Morey. The cottage was very well equipped with everything we needed from a well-appointed kitchen to the large screened in porch to the outdoor decks, dock and raft. The cottage faces west, looking out across the lake, which afforded us some beautiful sunsets. There was ample room for five of us to play board games or to find a quiet place to read a book or to kayak, swim and fish. James was an excellent host; he was very prompt and responsive with his communications. We had a wonderful family vacation and would definitely consider returning there in the future.

We loved our time at this cozy cabin. It is very private and secluded. It had everything we needed for our stay. The wood stove heats things up quick and was easy to use. We were able to snowshoe right from the porch, as it snowed every day and there was plenty of property to explore. The cabin is close to alot of things we enjoyed. It is very bright and peaceful inside. The steps to the loft bedroom are steep, but we expected such. The road to the cabin can be sketchy with a fresh snow, but our AWD with all weather tires was more than capable. We did take it extra slow coming back down the hill to the main road as it had not been plowed. We would recommend to anyone wanting a private getaway and would definitely stay again!

Perfect base location for hiking in NH and VT in a peaceful, secluded campground. The view on the porch cannot be beat. Cabin had everything we needed plus wifi to get a little work done. Host is very responsive, cabin is very clean.

We had an amazing stay reconnecting with a group of friends at Scott’s place! The house is gorgeous and could fit all 16 of us adults with plenty of room. We really appreciated how well stocked the kitchen was and how clean the entire place was. Scott was a phenomenal host and offered us some great local recommendations, and was very responsive to any questions we had! We had a snowstorm the morning of checkout, and Scott was kind enough to let us check out late to avoid any poor road conditions. I highly recommend this place to anyone, and we hope to be back to enjoy it in the summer!

Such a lovely private retreat! Best sleep I’ve had in a long time!

Peaceful getaway spot! the Labounty cabin is located on a hilly windy gravel road across the street from a dairy farm. so quiet and relaxing here! the inside of the cabin is very cozy and homey, with plenty of room for hanging out and a well-equipped kitchen. Host Kevin was very responsive, before and during our stay. Lovely little lake with a sandy beach only a few miles away, which he recommended when we asked where we could take our little toddler for a swim. All in all, a lovely place to stay when you need some peace and quiet in beautiful Vermont. (Though the Wi-Fi connection was excellent, for when we did need to be connected to the outside world.) 😃

This was our second time staying at this location. It's spacious, charming and centrally located. We skied Okemo (50 minutes away), Killington (25 minutes away) and Sugarbush (50 minutes away). We also explored NH (25 minutes away). There is an Alpaca farm 30 minutes away. Several restaurants within 20 minutes. Hot tub was relaxing after skiing.

We had an amazing stay with Tania! The property is gorgeous and the cabin is very cozy. Highly recommend for a comfortable getaway!

It was perfect for what we wanted! We were giving Grandma an 80th Hallmark Experience. A lot of what we did was in Woodstock and it was a noce 30 min ride to the town, but for us very convenient. We had a family of 14 and we played games in ythe main living room all together. The downstairs was perfect for our older kids to hang out in!

Beautiful little cabin with tons of charm! My husband and I enjoyed staying here to be closer to the slopes for the weekend! Andrew was super responsive and a great host!

Beautiful home. Exactly like the photos. Beautiful view. Unfortunately, the road noise can be heard from the upstairs bedroom, and the Colatina Exit Restaurant no longer delivers.

Wonderful secluded cabin in the woods. We had an enjoyable stay with great hospitality.

My boyfriend and I had the pleasure to stay at Emily’s place! It was absolutely beautiful and was very peaceful. We enjoyed being able to walk around in the woods and use the wood burning stove. It was just what we needed before going back to school next week. They had kitchenware basics so we were able to cook lots of meals together. We definitely recommend and look forward to coming back in the future!
