Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Orange County

This was our first time visiting French Lick. We enjoyed our stay at the cottage and will come back next year!

great place for multiple couples. three bedrooms all have their own bathrooms. easy parking. Nice walk to restaurants on those beautiful days.

The house was the perfect size for a girl's weekend for myself and 3 friends. I would look for this property again if heading back to French Lick.

Wooded getaway is very accurate. Accommodations were perfect for our needs. The outdoor area is so pretty and Ron had turned the strings of lights on for our arrival. So very thoughtful for us Texans who were tired from a day of travel. There is ample outdoor seating and firewood available for an outdoor camp fire. We all rested well. The price is really good for everything you get. This area of Indiana is stunning. I would like to come back and stay longer! Thank you Ron!

This weekend was a getaway for college and high school friends to get together and hang out. For that, it was ideal space and surroundings. Everything was present for a great weekend and the place was very clean. It is ideal to bring as much with you as possible because conveniences are about 30 minutes away. If the lake is a priority, it's perfect for that- though traveling is still necessary to get there. If you're trying to be around French Lick, it's not as convenient either. Absolutely perfect for our intended use, though!

Beautiful little house and decorated beautifully for Christmas!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed Vita Nova, a quiet country home with peaceful, picturesque views! The home was very modern, clean and cozy and accommodated our family perfectly. The entire home was well appointed and far exceeded our expectations. There were plenty sleeping options available as well as comfortable bedding and bath towels. The kitchen contained plenty of everything that we needed and more! We were thoroughly surprised to have a gas grill and a Blackstone available for use easily accessible on the back patio. The toy room for the kids was a welcome addition filled with all sorts of playthings that the littles thoroughly enjoyed. Plenty room for parking was much appreciated! Any issues, questions or concerns that arose, the hosts were kind, friendly, polite, extremely responsive and expedient. Anyone visiting/staying in the French Lick area must stay at Vita Nova!! My family had such an amazing stay at their home. I'm a magic the gathering nerd, so having the card shop directly across the street was amazing. Bedford made me feel right at home. The unit was as comfortable and cozy as can be. Private and just what we needed. The kitchen had anything you would need! I would highly recommend this to anyone looking to stay in the area.

Perfect! Joan is such a wonderful host! Very responsive and accommodating to what ended up being an unexpected extended stay. The place is so cute, very clean and great location in Corydon. Will definitely use again, and have already recommended to my family for an expected holiday stay!

We booked the loft but, Therisa, on her own, upgraded us to the apartment. We booked for two nights, but our scheduled departure was uncertain (long story). Therisa went above and beyond and extended our booking until our schedule resolved. Therisa is delightful; she is both responsive and gracious. The apartment was comfortable and clean. The property was perfect for us; very quiet and peaceful. We would absolutely stay here again.

Cory is always a great host! She is very responsive if anything comes up. We always feel welcome and right at home during our stay.

We chose this rental because they accepted pets, and that was very helpful as we traveled with two dogs. There were sidewalks in this charming small town that made walking the dogs pleasant. We found Old Town Lake nearby, which had a great walking trail around a lake in a beautiful setting. The accommodations were very clean and comfortable. The shower was very nice, and the towels were thick and soft. The bed was very comfortable and the linens were nice and pretty. There was a mini fridge, microwave, and Keurig. The building is very historic and interesting, with beautiful wood work and exposed brick. We occasionally heard the movement of others who share the space above. We had quick and responsive communication from the host. Thank you Pour. Sip. Stay for making us feel welcome! Your property is a real historic gem.
