Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Orange County

My husband and I loved our stay at Summit Cottage. The home was adorable, clean, and modern. It was nice to have private parking in the rear, and wonderful accommodations for our dog. Super close walking distance to shops, restaurants, and French Lick Resort. We look forward to visiting again. Thank you, Heather, Troy, and JoJo

It was soo cozy, impeccably clean and beautiful. It’s very peaceful and has a lovely deck. Unfortunately, it was too cold for us to enjoy the outside much. The only thing, which was not an issue with us, was the stairs are pretty steep inside and out. So, no one with mobility issues should probably book. It was amazing and we enjoyed it very much. I would book again 10/10

Wooded getaway is very accurate. Accommodations were perfect for our needs. The outdoor area is so pretty and Ron had turned the strings of lights on for our arrival. So very thoughtful for us Texans who were tired from a day of travel. There is ample outdoor seating and firewood available for an outdoor camp fire. We all rested well. The price is really good for everything you get. This area of Indiana is stunning. I would like to come back and stay longer! Thank you Ron!

This weekend was a getaway for college and high school friends to get together and hang out. For that, it was ideal space and surroundings. Everything was present for a great weekend and the place was very clean. It is ideal to bring as much with you as possible because conveniences are about 30 minutes away. If the lake is a priority, it's perfect for that- though traveling is still necessary to get there. If you're trying to be around French Lick, it's not as convenient either. Absolutely perfect for our intended use, though!

Beautiful little house and decorated beautifully for Christmas!

Vita Nova was a beautiful home that was stunning! We were amazed from the moment we walked into the door, through the time we left!! Was spacious and fit all of the ladies for a weekend! They are very kind, responsive, and reach out about booking, expectations, and different happenings! We were there before a winter storm hit and they notified us about the weather!! Highly recommend and definitely will be coming back if we are in the area!

The Hummingbird Cottage was a great place for us to stay for the week as we awaited the move in date of our new home. Joan was very accommodating of our needs, was very responsive and easy to talk to. Her cottage was well equipped with everything we needed, plus added thoughtful touches such as a container of treats for our fur baby. The colorful decor, cozy pillows and blankets, and fun board games made it very welcoming. Joan checked on us mid stay to see if we needed anything. We highly recommend.

We booked the loft but, Therisa, on her own, upgraded us to the apartment. We booked for two nights, but our scheduled departure was uncertain (long story). Therisa went above and beyond and extended our booking until our schedule resolved. Therisa is delightful; she is both responsive and gracious. The apartment was comfortable and clean. The property was perfect for us; very quiet and peaceful. We would absolutely stay here again.

Cory is always a great host! She is very responsive if anything comes up. We always feel welcome and right at home during our stay.

We chose this rental because they accepted pets, and that was very helpful as we traveled with two dogs. There were sidewalks in this charming small town that made walking the dogs pleasant. We found Old Town Lake nearby, which had a great walking trail around a lake in a beautiful setting. The accommodations were very clean and comfortable. The shower was very nice, and the towels were thick and soft. The bed was very comfortable and the linens were nice and pretty. There was a mini fridge, microwave, and Keurig. The building is very historic and interesting, with beautiful wood work and exposed brick. We occasionally heard the movement of others who share the space above. We had quick and responsive communication from the host. Thank you Pour. Sip. Stay for making us feel welcome! Your property is a real historic gem.
