Clean, just like pics, game room was a hit for our kids ages 6 - 13. Money went into this Airbnb for decor. The cleaners clean very well meaning no left behind condiments, coffee. Any thing you may need to cook you must bring (salt, pepper, oil, sugar, etc..) No complaints.

Leah was very responsive to a few questions we had on check in. We had just come from a 12 hour flight and been up almost 20 hours. It was hard to focus on communicating anything wrong with the house per her request within 4 hours of check in. We did the best we could. They were minimal thoughts but suggest you budget time on check in to respond to the owner.

Amber's spot was perfect. It's a great hideaway from the hustle of the city. We had company come into town and I didn't have enough space for everyone. The house in adorable, tucked away, and exactly what we need. Instructions were very clear, timely and proactive. We will be using this space again for the next set of family coming into town!

It felt a home away from home. The pool, hot tub, and fire pit were a nice bonus for us.

Great location. Very close to the theme parks but yet you feel like you're in a peaceful getaway with the canal in the back. Quiet neighborhood which was great at night for sleeping. Plenty of space with beds and rooms. Walmart was only ~6 minutes away which was very convenient. The kayaks and paddle board were great, unfortunately the boat and paddle boat were out of commission due to previous guest causing damage. There were plenty of fish in the canal which made fishing fun with the kids. The kitchen had the essentials like plates and utensils, pots and pans. Coffee machine available. Beds were comfortable as well. I would stay again!

We were in town for my son’s wedding this past week. We had a variety of family - both old and young - that we were trying to please. This place checked all the boxes we were looking for - spacious, clean, easy to get in and out, great pool and outside area (perfect for relaxing during the day). Lots of little touches as well - soap, shampoo, plenty of towels and extra linens, we even found some sunscreen one afternoon for the pool. We had a great stay and Jose was extremely helpful along the way. Definitely will stay here again in the future as we come back to FL to visit my son and new daughter-in-law! Thank you!

Mario was wonderful to deal with. The condo far exceeded our expectations as our unit was updated and much better than the one shown in the photos. Orange Lake was a very busy resort and you definitely need a car to get around. We used the shuttles occasionally but they could take over forty minutes to arrive. The activity passes kept the kids busy for hours and the grounds at Orange Lake are superb. We were travelling to the convention centre and the traffic most days was horrendous but if you are staying at the resort, we would definitely recommend it.

Perfect location, very spacious condo, friendly + accommodating property staff + responsive owner. Would 100% stay here again!

Listing was exactly as described, use of amenities was great! It was clean and spacious, perfect for our group. Small note: the address on the airbnb was different than the address sent via message by the host - so just double check before providing address to your uber! Everything else was perfect. :) Thank you!

Great location on huge property! Perfect for families. Staff was great and there were lots of activities on-site. It would be GREAT to have a golf cart to rent to navigate the property. There was an onsite shuttle service available

The pictures are insanely accurate to the place. That was my one thing I was curious about if the pictures were better than the house and it looked just like it. The details and lights and decorations were amazing. Kids to adults were amazed and thought how everything was so cool and fun. We really enjoyed this Airbnb. Location is great and the clubhouse amenities are awesome, it’s right across the street. Would love to stay again.

Champions gate was everything my family needed for this getaway an the house was even more awesome just like the pictures definitely booking again.
