Staying at Ramzi's place was a pleasure. Location was perfect, the apartment quiet, secure, comfortable and CLEAN functional with wired TV, Wifi that works very well Equipped kitchen, and Ramzi was always available. Highly recommended!

The apartment is located on the second level of a private house with another rental and Fadhela's family, available and discreet. Current photos devalue the apartment. This one is larger, light and spacious than you can imagine. Essential amenities (air conditioning, fridge, water heater, microwave, gas) all work and are already ready to use. The place is quiet, well isolated. The shower is vast, the water is available permanently and the flow is much better than many others in Algeria. It is located a 10/15 minute walk away from both the center of the city of Ain El Turk and the resort/beach of Eden Spa. Many food shops are available within a radius of 300 meters. It takes (in August) to have a good hour by car to reach the center of Oran. But there are many taxis/yassir. We wanted to ride a beach break in Algeria after driving to Algeria. We haven't been met beyond our expectations.

Seemingly as described, shops within walking distance, good location and very clean. The kitchen has all the equipment to cook well, the beds in the rooms are very comfortable. You also have a reserved parking space if you travel by car. Very responsive and attentive host. I will come back without hesitation.

Great apartment in a good location and clean. The host was very kind and responded quickly when we contacted him. Secure area with underground parking. In front of the military it was good! + convenience store downstairs from the building and shops.

I thank Fateh and her caretaker with all my heart for listening at every moment. I was also able to change money because my cards are not functional in Algeria. I really felt like I was at home. The large balcony and its breathtaking view of the City of Oran allowed me to enjoy my evenings . If I come back to Oran, it's safe and certain that it's his place that I'll book! We spent few beautiful days at Aziz place . Him and his wife were both very welcoming and provided us all what we need during our stay . Our boys enjoyed the well maintained pool and food was delicious specially the « msemen ». I would definitely recommend this place to any family and I’m sure we will be going back there. Excellent stay at Naouel & Aziz's. An address to save and keep for your next trips to the Oran side. The family atmosphere makes you feel at home. Naouel & Aziz are very kind, always there to help. They know you're at ease by sharing smiles, crazy laughs, tips, and other stories. Their residence is a little family cocoon, a bubble in the frenzy of the streets of the Oranese coast. The apartments (those for 6 people anyway) are spacious, functional, with a huge terrace that offers unobstructed views of the Mediterranean. The cherry on the cake? If by any chance they have a arrival of fresh squid at noon - take them to lunch and enjoy them with the house sauce 👌

A great property that I would highly recommend. The welcome is warm and family friendly. A caring atmosphere is present. The hosts are very attentive. The apartment offered a beautiful sea view with a huge terrace equipped with sunbed and table. A refined and relaxing Mediterranean decoration. Excellent stay at Aziz and Naouel's. The hosts are very welcoming and responsive. Very well located apartment with the pool accessible the children have enjoyed it from morning to evening. The catering on site is a real advantage, all homemade and very good level of tasting. A few off-menu orders much appreciated by children. I had a wonderful stay at the Mahfoud residence in Cap Falcon. The apartment is not only spacious and clean, but it also offers an amazing view to the sea.
