Great place in the middle of the nature. We saw a deer in the backyard and beavers in the river right behind our house. Directly from the attractively furnished house you can walk along the beautiful river and by car you are quickly at the hotspots of Trollheimen or the cozy coffee house a few kilometers away. Steinar is great host.

The house is just a dream. Location is a good starting point to one of the most beautiful places in Norway.

We had only rented Lillian's house for 1 night as a one-night stay. The house is super cozy and has a great charm, the old rustic paired with modern touches. The outdoor area invites you to linger and we would have used it if it had been more than 9 degrees and we would not have had rain and wind. Before we went to bed, we were convinced to go on vacation here and stay for a few days. Unfortunately, this changed relatively quickly, as it felt so lying in the bed as if the trucks from the RV3 drove right past you. Although the windows were closed, the noise level was so high that we had to get our earplugs out, which we luckily had with us, so we could still sleep. Lillian can't change much about the street noise, the windows already have double glazing, even triple glazing would probably not be able to swallow the truck noise completely.

We had a very nice stay. The place was warm and clean when we arrived.

We stayed two nights for the New Years weekend and were 5 people and a dog. Nice practical home located in walking distance to the town center. Recommended!

Great house with plenty of space for two families and their two four-legged. Nice location, and very easy with the contact with the landlord, check in, check out etc. We had a great time 😊

Very well furnished and equipped cabin: comfortable and clean. Quiet place and close to restaurants and shops. Oyvind was very responsive 👍 Please note that towels and towels are not provided as a standard: plan to talk about them as soon as you book in order to pay an additional fee if needed.

Fitted us as a family of 2 children and 2 adults perfectly. The apartment had everything we needed for a nice stay at Savalen. Cheerful and helpful hosting ☺️

We had a wonderful stay at Line-Marie‘s place! Very calm and secluded with direct views on the fjord :) beautiful surroundings and lots of amazing hikes! The fireplace was also a nice add-on and the kitchen has everything you need. Line-Marie was a great host with kind responses to every question we had and great hiking recommendations. 10/10 would recommend :)

Good place if you like hiking or skiing. Just as advertisement, I will come back.

We had an excellent stay. The apartment is detached from the main house, and we had great privacy. The apartment has a beautiful view into two valleys, and there are plenty of nice hikes from Oppdal. The apartment was very clean and comfortable, and it was very peaceful and quiet both during the day and the night. The hosts were very kind and we felt welcome in their space. The apartment has a little terrace, but we also got to make use of a sunnier terrace in front of a garden cottage, with even nicer views of the valleys. We were very happy with the washing machine. We came for Dovrefjel and snøhetta, but thanks to our hosts we also discovered beautiful Gjevillvatnet. Tall people might like to know that the door openings in this house a relatively low. We would happily return to this apartment.

Very cosy cottage, clean and neat. Nice location with about 30 min walking distance to the city center. Short distance to the bike arena/leisure arena and a short way up the mountain by car where there are many hikes to walk.

Øyvind was super friendly and helpful, and the cabin was clean, tidy and exactly as described!

The cabin of Mali was great, quiet with nice views over the mountains. The sauna was closeby, where we enjoyed ourselves after a nice hike in the neighbourhood. The house had everything we wished for, at a cool evening a nice fireplace and at warm days an outside barbeque. We saw a lot of wildlife, visited the old church and bought meat/cheese from a local goat-farm. A great place to relax, be active and enjoy eachother's company. I am sure we will be back in the future.
