Its a perfect place to stay in cdo.. malapit lang po sa national highway. And kng may balak mag sevenseas, dito na po kayo. The host and caretaker of this building is very approachable and kind.

The place is very good for group trips. Our group had a great stay and Ms. Joy is very accommodating.

At first I was afraid to try the homepoint since it's my first time visiting CDO and prefer near on Malls or city ..But I have no regrets after finding the homepoints exact area.. host is very responsive the staff is approachable and friendly.. the place is clean and quiet.. I really had a 11 days great stay.. will definitely be back and will choose this place again. Sir Earl is responsive! their wifi is also fast!

L's Cozy Home provided a delightful experience during my recent stay at their condominium. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the array of amenities available. The host's attentiveness and warmth made me feel immediately welcomed and ensured that I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. One of the standout features was the comprehensive entertainment setup. The TV not only offered HBO Go and Netflix, but also had a wide selection of channels, providing plenty of options for unwinding after a long day. This level of entertainment choice was a pleasant surprise, as it's not often found in other condos. Moreover, the thoughtful touches extended beyond entertainment. Free water and snacks were generously provided, which was a thoughtful gesture and greatly appreciated. The eco-friendly bathroom set was another highlight, demonstrating their commitment to sustainability without compromising on comfort or quality. Overall, L's Cozy Home exceeded my expectations.

Warning: This is long It’s actually our first time to celebrate the new year away from home. Originally, the room was listed for max 4 adults (so, the time I indicated 4 adults, 1 kid, the property did not show up. I tried to modify the search into 4 adults. This property showed up. The time I was requesting to book, I disclosed that we have a kid with us, and we would like to ask if they could accommodate us. Without hesitation, the booking was approved, I was immediately given instructions (note that I booked at 5 am) I mentioned the new year celeb because it’s an important part of the review. We wanted to make a home away from home and the place didn’t disappoint. We were allowed to use the amenities so we heat already cooked food and cooked 1 dish. The celebration entails few and wrappers. I felt sorry to leave the place with the amount of trash but I was reassured it’s okay. I could only spare a few pesos to the caretaker for everything. In short, THE BEST in CDO

Beautiful house. Aircon in all rooms. Beautiful and peaceful area, inside a guarded subdivision. We enjoyed our stay.

We have 2 indoor cats with us and the place is just so perfect. The host was very responsive and accommodating. The place can also accommodate plenty of people comfortably. Overall a perfect place to stay if you have pets.

I appreciate the team for the fast response regarding our queries and requests especially the hair blower and flat iron. Our stay was great and the location is perfect since it is located near malls, shopping centers, and restaurants. We will definitely book next time and we really had a wonderful stay. Thank you again for the homey vibe of the unit.

the place is clean and accessible. it has water despenser with water galon so you don't need to buy separate water bottle. you just need to be early and be cautious on the days you book due to limited parking space but other than that, it's a peaceful place to stay.

Great place to stay. Unit is at 4th floor. No elevator, you can request assistance to bring heavy things to the unit.
