Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Općina Župa Dubrovačka

We had such a wonderful stay at Sanja’s apartment with our 2 young children! Dubrovnik is all hills and stairs so the apartment was mid way down a hill on a stair passageway and clearly numbered so easy to find. We were able to use a parking spot at the top of the hill which was convenient! The apartment is just beautiful with a view to match with a gorgeous patio! Absolutely stunning! Has a secure entry way, good wifi access, comfortable beds, everything inside was modern and clean. Kitchen has necessary cooking items and we picked up coffee, soap/shampoo, and groceries nearby. We could walk to the old town and there were restaurants, grocery stores, cafes, etc within 5-10 mins walking distance to the apartment. Laundry on site was great to have and our kids loved the jacuzzi tub! Highly recommend this stay! Thanks Sanja!

The location is super nice. The host is friendly in contact and the reception was pleasant. Pleasant to be able to sit outside in the shade under a pergola.

Niko's place was very clean and well maintained. He was very responsive to my requests. His place is just across the street from the old city walls and the view from the living room window is breathtaking. I would highly recommend staying here.

Lovely stay! We really appreciated all the help and the nice touches, including some food left for our 20 month old daughter - very kind. The apartment was ideal for our requirements (X4 adults and a child) and the terrace is stunning. The location is great, we burned lots of calories walking up and down but you can easily get cheap Ubers if you can't manage the steps. Overall a fab stay! Highly recommend!

Ivona's place is very nice. Micheal, her partner was there to welcome us and gave us thorough guidance as to local highlights and was very communicative. The accommodation is located just outside the city walls and is a perfect base to explore old town Dubrovnik. It's close enough that if you wish to you can get up early and in 2 minutes you can walk into and enjoy the beautiful walled city before any crowds start to build. The accomodation has everything you need and it is fitted out to a high standard and you can see a professional interior designer skill with how Ivona has decorated the place. There was a generous welcome pack of a few goodies that we enjoyed so thank you to Michael for arranging that. The pool area is very nice also and the views across the bay are beautiful. Overall this is a lovely place to stay and we'd certainly look forward to staying here again.

Ideal for us (2 adults, 3 children, 1 minibus) to explore the city in one day. All things (communication, information, accessibility, public transport, cleanliness, amenities, etc.) were perfect.

We had a fantastic stay! On walking distance to one of the most beautiful beaches of Dubrovnik. Old town is super easy to get to with an Uber. Appartment had everything to wish for.

Marija is a very friendly host. She provided many little gifts for us, including mandarins grown on the property, and olive oil she had made herself with her family. The apartment was easily big enough for our family of 4, and a short walk down to old town Dubrovnik.

October 2024 I highly recommend Hrvoje as a host, we felt very comfortable with him! Our stay in Dubrovnik was very nice and for that we thank Hrvoje from the heart!❤️🙏

My stay in Dubrovnik was exceptional! The property was immaculate, modern, and incredibly comfortable. The location was perfect, with stunning views of the cruise ship dock and mountains. The quiet neighborhood and convenient access to the bus and grocery store made exploring easy. , Mateo the host, was incredibly helpful and made our stay even more enjoyable. The old city was a short bus or taxi ride away, and the local restaurants were fantastic. I highly recommend this property for a peaceful and beautiful Dubrovnik experience!

This is a lovely apartment, very comfortable and with everything provided for a great stay, including some lovely extras like wine, juice, tea, coffee, which were really appreciated! Biljana was always quick to respond to any questions and came out straight away to sort a problem we had with the wi-fi when we first arrived. The apartment is about 30 minutes walk from the old town of Dubrovnik and is up a steep hill, but catching ubers was easy and cheap - about 6 euro, so not a problem. If you are hiring a car, I would suggest not getting one bigger than you need as the roads are narrow and windy. We had a Qashquai, which was okay, but a bit of a squeeze sometimes when passing other cars. We noticed a lot of locals drive small cars and we could see why! All in all, we had a great stay and would definitely recommend staying at the apartment. Thank you Biljana!

Accommodation located in a peaceful and quiet area 15 min by bus from the old town. With a magnificent river view. Anka is proactive and very accommodating. Her instructions on the different means of travel and for visiting the old town and the island of lukrum were very clear. I recommend it.

Overall we had an excellent stay and highly recommend the villa, everything is as described! Only 2 things to be aware of: i) when getting a taxi from the airport, give the address with the street number so they know where to drop you off to climb up some street stairs that get to the villa. ii) take repellent with you for mosquitoes (we were there in early October). Enjoy!

Amazing!! We stayed in Vojo's place after a busy week of touring. It was so peaceful and the views are spectacular. No need for a car, the old town is within walking distance and we also used Uber a few times. Vojo was so gracious. Our son had a bad foot injury and Vojo and his wife went out of their way to help him. Also, Vojo arranged for a private transfer to airport for a 5am pickup which was perfect. Definitely book this house you will not be disappointed.

This is a beautiful beautiful stay! My full family stayed here (8 people including kids) and we all enjoyed our stay. Everything was spotless clean and the house is beautifully furnished and decorated. Sandra is an amazing host, very quick and patient in responding to any questions. The location is very good, near Lapad beach. Need to take a bus to the old town, but this was perfect for us since we enjoyed the beautiful promenade and beach near the stay on the days we didn't go to the old town. I would recommend this place to everyone and we thought it was a steal at the price we got :)

A perfect holiday with our two teenage kids. The villa is spacious and fully air conditioned, and the kids were delighted to have their own rooms with attached bathroom. The weather was gloriously hot so we spent the week in the pool or at the beach. Within a few minutes' walk you can reach a number of beaches ranging from busy with full amenities (bars, cafes) to quiet spots where you can see fish swimming in the clear water. You can also hire pedalos, SUPs, kayaks, jet skis, etc. There are many restaurants to choose from, specialising in pizzas, pasta, grilled fish and meat, and even though it was peak season we didn't need to book. The shop at the top of the road sells everything you need and includes a bakery so you can get fresh croissants and delicious watermelon. An excellent place to stay, highly recommended!

We had a lovely family stay with our son and his grandparents! Nestled in the heart of Cavtat's Old Town, Mija's place was stunning with two great terraced outside areas. The apartment was spacious and cool with beautiful views from the master bedroom. Mija was an excellent host and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a stay in a beautiful place, a short boat ride from Dubrovnik.

Great stay in a beautiful villa in a great location. Rafaela and Pero were very easy to communicate with. Good value, everything we wanted. We wouldn't hesitate to book again.
