Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Općina Župa Dubrovačka

Stayed at Sanja's place this week and loved it! There was four of us, me, my husband and two teenage sons. The place was spacious and very comfortable. We loved having the pool (with a view)! There's an outdoor shower, too. The place was spotless and had a wonderful view from the balcony. The only thing to know is that it is a little walk from town. It takes about 25 minutes to get into the Old Town. The Old Town was extremely busy with tourists, so it was nice to stay in an area that wasn't so touristy. Highly recommend Sanja's place. She was very helpful and friendly during our stay too. Excellent place!!

Niko's place was very clean and well maintained. He was very responsive to my requests. His place is just across the street from the old city walls and the view from the living room window is breathtaking. I would highly recommend staying here.

Wonderful hosts and beautiful place to stay! Close to bus stops to get into town easily. Zoran and his daughter Mia were very courteous, quickly responded to questions, and provided recommendations and advice to get us through our stay in the city. Would recommend this place for anyone traveling to the Dubrovnik area!

Ivona's place is very nice. Micheal, her partner was there to welcome us and gave us thorough guidance as to local highlights and was very communicative. The accommodation is located just outside the city walls and is a perfect base to explore old town Dubrovnik. It's close enough that if you wish to you can get up early and in 2 minutes you can walk into and enjoy the beautiful walled city before any crowds start to build. The accomodation has everything you need and it is fitted out to a high standard and you can see a professional interior designer skill with how Ivona has decorated the place. There was a generous welcome pack of a few goodies that we enjoyed so thank you to Michael for arranging that. The pool area is very nice also and the views across the bay are beautiful. Overall this is a lovely place to stay and we'd certainly look forward to staying here again.

Marija really facilitated our stay (only one night) We were able to drop off our luggage earlier than the scheduled time for the rental and leave it after checkout. Thanks Marija And well located accommodation to access the old town by bus

Nene’s place was great - as advertised and a good value. Unfortunately, I didn’t do enough research and from the picture I thought it was overlooking old town. It is still a fine location - a quick Uber away (around 7-9 euros to old town) but I think my group would have enjoyed old town a little bit more. The host was fantastic, very responsive with quick recommendations when asked. Her dad was very sweet and even picked us up at the ferry station and helped us check into the apartment. We felt safe and not too loud for us at all.

Marija is a very friendly host. She provided many little gifts for us, including mandarins grown on the property, and olive oil she had made herself with her family. The apartment was easily big enough for our family of 4, and a short walk down to old town Dubrovnik.

October 2024 I highly recommend Hrvoje as a host, we felt very comfortable with him! Our stay in Dubrovnik was very nice and for that we thank Hrvoje from the heart!❤️🙏

Very good stay at Ivana's, the apartment is clean and well-equipped. The view of the sea from the balcony is very beautiful.

My stay in Dubrovnik was exceptional! The property was immaculate, modern, and incredibly comfortable. The location was perfect, with stunning views of the cruise ship dock and mountains. The quiet neighborhood and convenient access to the bus and grocery store made exploring easy. , Mateo the host, was incredibly helpful and made our stay even more enjoyable. The old city was a short bus or taxi ride away, and the local restaurants were fantastic. I highly recommend this property for a peaceful and beautiful Dubrovnik experience!

We loved our stay here! beautiful home and the view was spectacular. It was an easy walk to the castle with a bus stop nearby. Yes, there were lots of steps, but it was worth it. Srdan was very helpful and carried out bags for us. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. Perfect!

Our apartment overlooking the wall of the Old City in Dubrovnik was perfect. It was everything it was advertised to be and more - beautifully decorated, extremely comfortable and had everything you could ask for. At about 500m above the wall, walking access was easy or a short Uber ride away from the Old City. So, all of the magic of the Old City is at your fingertips. The views from the patio and hot tub are simply stunning - especially at night! Miho and his wife Ana are the very best hosts. They were so responsive answering all of our questions - even suggesting several restaurants for us to try. Simply put, you can not find a better place to stay in Dubrovnik.

Very pleased with Mara’s place. A short walk just up the road from the old town meant it was nice and quiet. Apartment was very clean with comfortable beds and it was nice to have two bathrooms! Ideal for couples and families visiting Dubrovnik.

Kind and helpful host. Area was nice and quiet, lovely view of the hills. Pool area was nice and private.

Overall we had an excellent stay and highly recommend the villa, everything is as described! Only 2 things to be aware of: i) when getting a taxi from the airport, give the address with the street number so they know where to drop you off to climb up some street stairs that get to the villa. ii) take repellent with you for mosquitoes (we were there in early October). Enjoy!

Amazing!! We stayed in Vojo's place after a busy week of touring. It was so peaceful and the views are spectacular. No need for a car, the old town is within walking distance and we also used Uber a few times. Vojo was so gracious. Our son had a bad foot injury and Vojo and his wife went out of their way to help him. Also, Vojo arranged for a private transfer to airport for a 5am pickup which was perfect. Definitely book this house you will not be disappointed.

Great place - will be an amazing stay for you without a doubt. Bathrooms were pristine and very nice and the pool is great to have as well. We spent a lot of time under the veranda just having drinks and food in the evenings. Probably a place better for relaxing and hanging out at a lot rather than using as a means for exploring dubrovnik. Truly spectacular place though. If money is no object, without question book it.

Lovely house within easy walking distance of all the local restaurants and bars beach close in a 10 minute walk Martina was very friendly and nice to us. I would recommend a stay her anytime

This is a beautiful beautiful stay! My full family stayed here (8 people including kids) and we all enjoyed our stay. Everything was spotless clean and the house is beautifully furnished and decorated. Sandra is an amazing host, very quick and patient in responding to any questions. The location is very good, near Lapad beach. Need to take a bus to the old town, but this was perfect for us since we enjoyed the beautiful promenade and beach near the stay on the days we didn't go to the old town. I would recommend this place to everyone and we thought it was a steal at the price we got :)

A most beautiful villa and garden - lots of lovely outside places and pool. 15 minute walk to the old town. Hard to beat. Excellent for groups or 2 families.

We - 7 adults and a baby - enjoyed a lovely stay in this beautiful house in Cavtat. We all had plenty of private space, indoors and outdoors in the garden/terraces. Mija’s parents live in the top apartment in the house, and they were very welcoming. The house is uphill from the harbour, and accessed via sets of stairs. Most are steep and direct, but one route is more gradual and easier to manage, especially if carrying luggage. We knew about the stairs, but our one disappointment is that we did not have the reward of a view. (I think the photos showing the views are taken from the family’s private apartment on the top floor of the house).
