Vacation rentals in Vela Luka

A great peaceful holiday The house has a good location. It is close to two wild beaches. we did not expect to bathe so well here. No loud street nearby, lots of olive trees and some cats. There are all the necessary items and kitchen utensils in the house. It is lovingly furnished in Vintage Stiel. The house has a beautiful shaded terrace. The surroundings are quiet. Lots of fish are floating in the clean water. We felt comfortable here and recovered well. The hosts were very friendly and spoiled us with small gifts.

Aldo was a wonderful host. We booked this accommodation very last minute, but even so, we found the house to be in pristine condition. Aldo greeted us upon arrival and efficiently guided us through all the amenities. The house is very well appointed with beautiful interior and exterior spaces. The kitchen had everything we needed to make some delicious meals from the local fish and produce markets. We really liked the thoughtful design of the bedrooms, which had plenty of closet space, well-placed light switches, and outlets. During some rough weather, we appreciated the spacious and comfortable living room where we were able to easily connect a laptop to watch TV, or just watch the storm roll through. Due to the previously mentioned weather, the pool required cleaning. Aldo was courteous and communicative in arranging time for the pool maintenance. All in all, we really enjoyed the accommodation and highly recommend it! PS - The sunset view was spectacular!

The Villa is absolutely wonderful- beautifully equipped and was the perfect location for our 3 families with our own privacy as well as the fantastic communal spaces. Having our own jetty was a huge advantage, and we moored our paddle boats there and went for a swim every morning. Brigita was a fantastic host and arranged wonderful experiences for us - including a very special 50th birthday party celebration for my brother-in-law. I can't recommend this place enough.

We felt so comfortable in the apartment. The view is excellent. Location is good. We had everything we needed, but would have liked some extra coat hangers. I recommend going for a walk / run up to the cave (Vela Spila) during your stay. It’s an easy wander to restaurants and bars. There are supermarkets a short walk down the hill. Big thanks to Valentina!

Very nice location and communicative host. House is very spacious, although most of the dining and cooking are is on the top floor. Clean and tidy place, fairly well equipped. There is a laundry machine and hair dryer, unfortunately no dishwasher. Bicycles and canoes were also available.

Marela's villa is wonderful but what made the holiday even more special was Marela and her family's generosity. Every few days they bought us thoughtful gifts and treats of home grown grapes, wine, delicious cakes and friendship. The family were quick to respond to our communication and nothing was too much for them. We were always greeted with a smile on the odd occasion they visit the Villa to assist us or to provide clean bedding etc. The Villa is immaculately clean and well fitted out with a dishwasher, large fridge freezer and washing machine. The location can not be beaten. In a small remote village a car is necessary but despite the feeling of complete privacy there are a growing number of villas in the village served by a bakery and 2 restaurants- both serving good, local food. The villa has a private pool which is not overlooked as well as access direct to the sea with a jetty and swimming in the crystal clear waters. A visit to Korcula City is a must. So beautiful and so well located there isn't a single restaurant that doesn't have an incredible view. Korcula is a 45 minute drive from the villa. This was our first visit to Croatia but the experience was so lovely we would love to return. We can't recommend Marela and her property enough. If you want a relaxing holiday with a pool and sea, this villa will suit you well. Thank you Marela and family. x

The hosts, location and house are great! Bed linen and towels were always fresh and clean. The house in general was extremely clean. Privacy is also present. Mario was always easily accessible, recommended various restaurants to us. We were very pleased and look forward to your next visit! Thanks and see you next time!
