I stayed at this month June. The apartment was exactly as described in the listing—clean, spacious, and with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was ideal, within walking distance to restaurants and shops, yet quiet enough for a peaceful night's sleep. My host, Jibu, was incredibly responsive and provided excellent recommendations for local attractions. My friend and I stayed with Das and Kavya while attending the Kerala literature festival. And it just added to the whole amazing experience. Kozhikode itself was a revelation and well deserving of its UNESCO tag. The literature festival was full of vibrance and the Das’ home, a calm oasis to come back to. The family was so warm and welcoming, and I really felt like I was coming home each day.

Our stay at this place was truly wonderful! Anita Aunty and Jayram Uncle made us feel right at home with their warm hospitality and friendliness. From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth and hassle-free, with a flexible check-in process that made settling in easy. The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The attention to cleanliness was commendable, making our stay all the more enjoyable. We were greeted by the host's representative on arrival. The place was clean and tidy. We were able to prepare break fast every morning. All utensils were provided. There is a mini mart on the ground floor where all groceries, vegetables and milk is available. Also there is a Cafe on the same floor. Hilite mall is located in walking distance from the apartment. The only drawback worth mentioning is the noise pollution from the road works. Thanks to Ravab for hosting us.
