Located on a private park with playground, soccer, volleyball & basketball court. Neighborhood features walking paths, ponds, and parks and within walking distance to the greenbelt, grocery stores, rite aid, etc. Our goal is to make you as comfortable as possible, with a fully loaded, recently renovated home. This recently renovated 3-bedroom duplex is in a prime location with convenient access to city amenities. Please note that, due to its urban setting, traffic noise should be expected. The property features a large, private, fenced backyard with a patio and grill, perfect for outdoor relaxation and entertaining. Situated on a corner lot, each unit has its own private yard and driveway. To clarify, no facilities or amenities are shared between the units.

With 3 bedrooms and 3 baths, this lodge sleeps 10 comfortably and has plenty of room for guests to relax. Enjoy the golf course, whitewater raft the Payette River, unwind in the hot tub and end the evening star-gazing from the deck. Enjoy our small slice of heaven.

Popular area for fishing, hunting, wine tasting, off road trails. Full kitchen and full bath with bathtub. We do allow pets but there is a $40 per pet fee per stay for extra cleaning and very low cleaning fees compared to other listings. Add your pet where you add your guests. Thank you!!
