We had a great stay. Nice building near the beach. Communication was good and fast. Only thing ist the curtain in the bedroom cannot be opened totally and the view ist great..but you have to go behind the curtain to see it. All in all very good place.

The apartment is very practically set up for having nice family holiday escapades. It offers a very nice view on the marina and there’s a special vibe in the nearby bank beach resort. In the near proximity, there’s also a dive center offering dives in unique sites and other water sports activities could be arranged. Nearby, there’s also a shop to cater for basic necessities. Basel is a great host who communicates promptly with guest and offers valuable local advice.

Great! I absolutely loved my stay and felt at home as soon as I entered the place. It’s clean, peaceful and includes all the amenities you need so it definitely has all the qualities of a place to stay on holiday!

Great spacious space in Hawana Salalah, with a ground floor living room and the bedroom upstairs. Easy check-in with clear instructions, and the communication was smooth.

We had a great time in this beautiful apartment. It was exactly as described, the host was very approachable, responsive and helpful. We loved the welcome snacks and water he left for us. The beach looks lovely and there are lots of places for eating close-by. The supermarket in the next building was very helpful too. A great location to get to Muscat’s top sights from. We would definitely come back here when we visit Muscat again.

Dear Abdulla, First of all thanks for accepting me and my son as a guest in your flat. It was beautiful flat located in peaceful place. Our visit is entirely for participating a local tennis tournament. So, we did not spend much time inside the flat rather we used only for preparing our food and sleep. While i noticed all the facilities listed in the website is available in the flat, we rarely used it.

I enjoyed the stay for 1 week, the place is clean and comfortable. I will definitely book the same place in future

We had a good time in the apartment, quiet neighbourhood and easy check in. The apartment was fully equipped (kitchen stuff, towels etc.) and clean. There is also a washing machine and a place to dry the laundry. Just one small thing - the address only leads you to the street but not exactly at the house.

My family and I have had such a great, comfortable and memorable stay at the Blissful Place. It was a beautiful and spacious house, and with lots of recreational facilities like gym, billiards, table tennis, darts to name a few that were available for us to use. Definitely worth-recommending!! We also appreciate Ramzi’s responsiveness in all our communication. Thank you!!

Said is a very cooperative host, l call him after l made a big mistake in my reservation and he solved the issue immediately, check-in was very simple and clear, the property was clean and ready for us, l enjoyed the stay and my friends feels also comfortable. Thank you for everything. The villa was great and everything was available in the villa. It was a good place and there is many facilities at the same resort like Swimming pool, paddle court (10 OMR per hour).
