Vacation rentals with a patio in Omaha

My stay with Cole was fantastic! The space is clean and perfect for everything I needed - it was easy to feel right at home. Cole was always on top of his rental. There was an ice storm that blew through the area during my stay and Cole was already prepared. There was ice melt available to use and Cole made sure to check in with me. absolutely recommend and will definitely be staying again next time.

Accurately described. Close to downtown. Very clean. Comfortable bed. Could hear neighbors, but kept heat/cool fan running to drown them out. Appreciated the free parking.

Owen was flexible in allowing us early check in. A bad storm hit the night before we arrived, Owen worked until late to be ready for early check in. Location is very convenient to Creighton University.

The place was as described, within walking distance of a little plaza. Easy parking, no problems getting into the building. Everything was clean and matched our expectations.

This is my first time using Air BNB and I gotta say I’m not disappointed, the house was beautiful, everything was clean, super cozy environment. If you’re in Omaha I definitely recommend this place. Jim and Julie were amazing hosts and whenever I had a question they were always there to answer it. Thank you guys

Very responsive host to minor things we needed fixed! One suggestion would be to have 6 dining chairs instead of just 4 (even if two are folding chairs) since the place accommodates 6 people. Lovely stay! Thank you!

This was my first time in Omaha and wanted to get a feel for the city and the condo was in a great spot. Close enough to everything and easy access to the interstate and getting downtown was a breeze. It’s only a few blocks from Committee Chophouse, which I highly recommend, and other amenities that made it easy to go shopping and get small things for my stay. I will definitely e back. It is an older building and quiet and there was no worry about noise. All the tenants I ran into when I was there were friendly.

We stayed here during a quick but really bad ice storm. Gregory was awesome enough to put out salt for us during the middle of it and it made a huge difference going in and out of the place. Very thankful for that.

Great place to stay. Everything was exactly as it was described. Perfect location to walk pets on corner lot with a big backyard.

I love the house, it looks exactly like the photos and everything is so clean and beautiful. Rasheem is a great host, he was flexible and great and communicating with us. Great house, clean, convenient and set up well for a family. Overall, host was great, house was very nice and it’s a good location if you’re looking for something in West Omaha.

Safe and peace. Police station is right across the street. Place is clean and had everything that was needed for the stay for 3 weeks. Neighborhood was great as well. I would definitely stay again if in the area! If you have an EV you can charge it at city all across the street.

Excellent home, very comfortable and super clean

My husband and I were in Bellevue visiting family but needed a place to sleep while in town this time. Keri’s place was super convenient and extremely organized and clean. I’m very particular in homes we choose to rent as far as aesthetics and cleanliness. Both are important to me and this was excellent in both regards. We are so relieved to have found a spot we can stay at again as well as refer to other family members who need a spot to stay while visiting our son stationed at Offutt. Thanks again for the wonderful accommodations, Keri!

I really appreciated Jane, the host. She was so accommodating when my flight kept getting cancelled on the day of my arrival. She reassured me that the condo was waiting for me. I was pleased with the space. It was just what I needed and more. It felt like home. I will definitely be requesting her space every time I return to Omaha.

I love the balcony and how u can sit out there and enjoy the fresh air in the morning.

Unit was clean, comfortable and conveniently located across from midtown crossing. Building is old and dated but elevator is fast. Host Jamar was very responsive to concerns, questions and issues. Easy and accessible parking.

We loved staying here! The apartment was comfortable and clean, and the neighborhood was amazing. Off street parking was as described, but a little tight for our vehicle. We would definitely stay here again.

Had a great longer stay at Melissa's place! It was fully loaded with everything we could possibly need throughout. The place looks exactly as the photos show. The kitchen has every appliance and utensil you would want. The bed was very comfortable. The wifi was perfect. Overall, a fantastic experience and I would highly recommend the apartment for a stay in Omaha. Melissa was also wonderful to work with, as she was quick to respond to everything and let us know any building updates while we were there. She was helpful and accommodating and just great. The Midtown Crossing area is just across the street, and it is a few blocks away from the Blackstone distict, which is a trendy area and has plenty of food and nightlife.
