House vacation rentals in Olevano Romano

Carmine and his wife welcomed us very warmly. Despite language difficulties, we were able to communicate very well. The property is super maintained by both, every corner is clean. There are no weeds. The pool and surroundings are also very nicely laid out, lots of space. We had a very relaxing holiday. Thanks very much. Anja and family

Cosy apartment with real fire

We had a lovely stay at Cecilia’s property! Amazing view, big kitchen, bbq, pool; we had a wonderful time. The host was super friendly and responsive during our stay. Thank you so much Cecilia and Mariana!

A real cozy place in a wonderful neighborhood! A sense of rural life dominated the chalet, the donkey wakes you up in the morning, and the terrace has friendly kitties on your lap while admiring the beauty of the olival islands! Very unique experience 🫶🌱

Kristina is an amazing host, the rate of response to any question is first class. The property itself is great with outstanding views! The pictures do not make justice to the view really, you never get bored of it from all side of the house. The 3rd bedroom is on the small side but fully functional, the swimming pool is really a splash pool (probably 5x2.5m) but perfect for a cool down in summer. There are quite a few public swimming pool around (the fiuggi golf pool is very recommended). The house is semi-detached but the neighbour (Ivanka & Luigi mentioned in the house manual) are very discreet if you want privacy but ready to help if any issue - the best of both world really! All round great rental & amazing host, thank you!

We had a wonderful family Christmas celebration with people coming from near and far and everybody enjoyed their stay at Francesca's place. She created the right atmosphere with Christmas decorations. The house is spacious and comfortable. Francesca's help was great! I recommend this house for anyone wanting to experience the country side of Italy.

Simonetta's house is enchanting: the care and delicacy of the landlady are clearly perceived in every detail. Simonetta is really committed to thinking about everything we might need during the stay. The loft is tastefully furnished, everything is new, clean and well maintained, and you are an extremely welcoming person. The area is very quiet, and both Rome and the airport are a short drive away. In our case, it was more convenient to rent a car to explore Rome and some coastal towns, rather than using public transport. I highly recommend this place.

Nice and convenient place to stay! We stayed here the night before our flight and it was a great location, only a 10 minute drive away from the airport. Claudio was helpful and even offers transportation to and from the airport.

Bruno was absolutely lovely, before arriving he explained very well how to get in to the apartment with photos explaining which way to go. The apartment was lovely and exactly as described, would definitely go back

An unforgettable stay in a cozy , beautiful home I had the pleasure of staying at this absolutely charming Airbnb, and it truly exceeded all of my expectations. From the moment I stepped in, I felt right at home. The place is impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully designed to ensure guests have everything they need for a comfortable stay. One of my favorite parts was the outdoor space. Whether sipping coffee in the morning or relaxing in the evening, the patio area offered a peaceful retreat with beautiful views. It's clear that the host has put a lot of thought into every detail, from the decor to the amenities, making this a perfect getaway spot.

I had a fantastic time at Andreas apartment with my girlfriend and her father. It was central, not far from the Colosseum and really good value for money. We got free drinks and snacks and could store our luggage at Andreas place after check out - just perfect. Andrea is a great host and very friendly person too which even translated to my girlfriends father who doesn't speak English. I would recommend this apartment to anyone.

Great place to stay on the outskirts of Rome. Quiet place with private parking. Only flaws: very small TV and lack of a clothing rack.

Fantastic place a stone's throw from Rome .. tranquility and relaxation we had dinner with huge outdoor fire!! Newly renovated apartment bathrooms fantastic kitchen stocked.Lavinia is very responsive for explanations and tips !! We played volleyball and grass field football that looks like wembley!!!! Toppp ! The kids were very happy with a thousand Things to do . Mr. Silvio (the guard ) is very thoughtful and ready on every occasion for advice and help (he helped us light the outdoor fire and brought us fresh eggs from the chickens !!! ). We'll definitely be back!! Thank you

Great home, right near the old town of Sutri. Many great cafés and restaurant in the area. Matteo was very helpful and always caring host.

We spent a month in Paolo's house with my wife and two little kids and we really enjoyed everything about that! Paolo was a great host and the house has everything that you can wish – well equipped kitchen, nice bathroom, AC and nice garden with a grill. As a parent, I also appreciated the reliable fence around the garden, which makes it safe for the kids. :-) The neighborhood is very calm and friendly, the shops, restaurants and bars are nearby and there is plenty places to visit around – the sea, Nettuno, Anzio,... And Rome's main train station is less than 50 minutes away by a comfortable and cheap train. I highly recommend Paolo's house to anyone, who wants a nice and quiet place to enjoy Italian sun, heat and comfort – for both families or smaller groups of friends. PS: The area is nice and warm even in November!

Paolo is a great host! He is very responsive and checked in with us regularly to make sure that we have hot water and sufficient heating, especially since it was the winter period. He paid attention to our requests and always acted quickly, e.g. when we asked to adjust the timings for the heating to be switched on. We are very thankful for Paolo’s flexibility and help 🙏 We felt comfortable and at home from the moment we arrived. It is a very peaceful and serene neighborhood, and the neighbours are friendly. There are also some cats in the area which is great as I love cats. Although it may be slightly far from city centre, the travel is not too bad. This place is close to Tivoli which we did a day trip to and we loved it there! There is a washing machine and drying racks for laundry which was a great help. The place is close to a LIDL and fruit stand, which is convenient for us to do our grocery shopping. There is everything we need here 👍🏼

This is a lovely place if you are looking for quite a peaceful place. Excellent beach access and views with the wonderful sea air smell.

I stayed in Giorgia's apartment with my family at Christmas time. The apartment was clean and organized in every detail. There are cleaning products, personal hygiene, and basic products in the kitchen. There is a beautiful terrace equipped with everything to stay outdoors and from which you can partially see the sea. A small manicured garden where you can leave the car parked completes the apartment. The staircase to access the apartment is also comfortable and illuminated by lights that are activated during the passage. I highly recommend it.

My wife and her mother stayed with my toddler for 3 weeks. Cinzia had baked a cake when they arrived and Cecio frequently brought them eggs and fresh vegetables from the garden. The apartment is clean and the garden is very well maintained. As hosts Cinzia and Cecio were super helpful, even organising a rental car which is necessary for trips to the town and beach. They had a lovely stay and would recommend this place.
