Vacation rentals with a patio in Oléron

We enjoyed our stay very much. Everything was perfect. The location is great for enjoying the fleet on foot. Playground right in front, ideal with children, the market a short walk away. The house is impeccable. It has all the amenities you need. A parking space that is very convenient in high season. I highly recommend this location. Thanks again!

Arrival and warm welcome by Hugo who took the time to introduce me to the premises. The apartment was spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated and very well-equipped. The living room offers a comfortable space to relax, the 2 terraces are appreciable. The bedding was of quality, guaranteeing peaceful nights. The location was ideal, close to tourist attractions while being in a quiet area. In summary, I highly recommend this accommodation in this charming home to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. I will come back without hesitation on my next visit to the area!

Host is both discreet and available quickly if needed. Modern house, well thought out, well equipped with 2 bathrooms and toilets. We didn't miss anything! Most importantly, the beds were made for our arrival and towels are provided. We were 3 couples and everyone could enjoy their privacy. A little early in the season to test the pool🤣. We'll be back without a second thought. Thanks Maria for the caramel chocolate bar💕.

I only spent one night, but everything was perfect. The accommodation is not very bright (it overlooks a covered inner courtyard) but the equipment is complete and functional. And even though I couldn't meet Gilles (I arrived late at night) he was very considerate, I felt that he was concerned about being available to meet all my needs if necessary. Very good communication, and a successful experience.

A perfectly located place to stay, we loved our time in the apartment and La Rochelle. Stephanie was easy to communicate with and helped sort luggage storage when we needed it. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again if we are in La Rochelle

A perfect stay in Saint-Martin-de-Ré! We had a great time in Antoine's studio, which checks all the boxes for an ideal stay on Île de Ré. The location is perfect, close to the port and the city center, while being in a quiet environment (early April). The underground parking space, gated and secured, is a real plus for those coming by car. The studio is tastefully decorated, very well equipped and perfectly clean. Everything is new and comfortable, with quality bedding that guarantees restful nights. We immediately feel good there! Antoine is a caring and very attentive host, always available to make sure everything goes smoothly. As for Saint-Martin-de-Ré, it is a city full of charm, ideal for strolling along the ramparts or in its cobblestone streets. Enjoying an aperitif on the terrace by the water is a real pleasure, as is enjoying a good pizza at the Trattoria or a galette at the Saint Mart.

We had a great time in Emmanuelle's studio which is very well equipped and extremely well located (shops and beach within walking distance ). The environment is peaceful and very quiet while being close to lots of entertainment. Very nice hostess, perfect communication. Thank you Emmanuelle!
