Vacation rentals with a patio in Oléron

We enjoyed our stay very much. Everything was perfect. The location is great for enjoying the fleet on foot. Playground right in front, ideal with children, the market a short walk away. The house is impeccable. It has all the amenities you need. A parking space that is very convenient in high season. I highly recommend this location. Thanks again!

Arrival and warm welcome by Hugo who took the time to introduce me to the premises. The apartment was impeccably clean, tastefully decorated and very well equipped. The living room offers a comfortable space to relax, the 2 terraces are nice. The bedding was quality, guaranteeing peaceful nights. The location was ideal, close to tourist attractions while being in a quiet area. In short, I would highly recommend this place in this charming home to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. I will come back without hesitation the next time I visit the area!

We had a great weekend in this very comfortable apartment. In the center, everything is within walking distance without being disturbed by noise. The only small downside and the lack of storage but for a weekend it was not very disturbing. Recommended

The house is in a very nice quiet area, with everything you need nearby. We felt comfortable, we will come back to Olivier's place, an address to remember! We spent 3 nights there, the accommodation was impeccable and well-equipped. Communication and instructions were clear and very helpful. I would recommend this place if you are looking for tranquility while visiting La Rochelle and its surroundings.

Excellent accommodation with a really pleasant setting. Very well located quietly but a short drive to shops. The house is very large which makes it possible not to step on it even if there are many of us and is much more equipped than indicated, it is very appreciated. Very pleasant heated pool also and not overlooked. Stephane is very friendly, clear and very square explanations for the functioning of the house. No complaints. We recommend!

Very nice stay. The house is clean, functional and in a quiet area. It is close to all amenities (trade, beach, port, city center). Parking is available in front of the house. Despite a small 4g of worries inside the apartment we had a great time. It is a very bright accommodation, perfect cleanliness and with a very large terrace. The location is great, 3 min walk from a beautiful very green coastal path that ends up on a beach. Thanks again for the great availability of the host. 😊

We had a great time at Antoine's place. Very cozy and very functional studio. Small extras that can't always be found: coat rack in a good location, storage niches, Usb port, really cozy dining area, very nice small terrace, board games available. We liked the possibility to park our vehicle in the garage with our bikes. The check-in descriptions were extremely clear, allowing us to arrive independently without difficulty. Thanks to Antoine.

We had a great time in Emmanuelle's studio which is very well equipped and extremely well located (shops and beach within walking distance ). The environment is peaceful and very quiet while being close to lots of entertainment. Very nice hostess, perfect communication. Thank you Emmanuelle!
