I stayed at Casa Paraíso from 26/12/24 to 02/01/25, and my wish was to stay there forever! The host always online and responding quickly, giving tips on the condominium and super polite!! The house is just wonderful! Super comfortable, well-equipped, the heated pool makes it even more perfect, and we find everything extra clean. I indicate with my eyes closed !

Probably the best hosting we had. Very clean place, comfortable and nice. Heated Pool, deck with chairs, tables and sanitized spaces, kitchen with all utensils and appliances, barbecue in perfect condition, very nice and air-conditioned rooms, very clean sofa, large and clean bathrooms. In many ways, the house is better good hotels. Cris is a separate chapter. Best Host I've treated. We will definitely return.

Great house, great reception. Wonderful place. Just missing the instruction that you need to pay to access the club with the pools. It should have had this information in the listing description, since the ad showed the pools. But in conversations with the owner she understood my discomfort and made a change in the announcement. Otherwise a great stay. It is worth visiting and staying in the house that is very well structured and equipped to welcome the family. Also good is the club.

Wonderful! Family loved the stay, wonderful pool, bedrooms, bathrooms, shower, bathing looking at that garden was very relaxing. Tamires was very helpful, we need to stay longer unfortunately her house had no availability, but she did all the rush to locate houses in the same pattern❤️ and values and everything went🙏🏽🥰 well for sure!

We spent 4 incredible days at Emerson's house that always attended us promptly. Angela tb always very willingly gave us all the necessary support. The house is well equipped, clean, spacious and cozy. It has a fan and air conditioning in all rooms. Gourmet area with a delicious pool. My medium-sized dog was very comfortable in the backyard, however, those who want to take their pets should pay attention if they are craftsmen, because, due to the rules of the condominium, the walls are low, and therefore, care must be taken with those who are active and have a habit of jumping very high. Mine for being quiet, played and made good use of the yard that is all walled, getting loose without me worrying. The access to the clubs, the SPA and its pools was another differential. A wonderful place to spend a quiet day with family or friends. In addition to several other attractions within the condominium. The only thing we hated was having to leave! All wonderful!!!! We will be back.

Very nice house, comfortable, clean and organized. Air conditioning in every house made a difference as well as the heating (solar) of the pool, for those with a child made total difference, we enjoyed all day, it was certainly the strong point of the house. Good beds, spacious bathrooms, good cuisine. Large condominium, with several things to do as a trail to the waterfall (which is free) and the clubs (which are paid a day use). A boulevard with shops right at the entrance of the community, with market (above average prices, mainly drinks), bakery, etc. Daniel always very receptive in the msgs, assisting us in what we had doubts and etc. General was a great stay. We'll be back for sure.

I really enjoyed staying at the home in Santa Bárbara Resort Residence. The house is impeccable and has everything you need. Rosa served us very well, always responding quickly and politely. I will definitely be back more often!!

Delicious house, even better than in the photos! All clean and tidy! Juliana was a super attentive host, wanting to help not only with hosting but also giving us information about everything around! The condominium is a charm, it has bicycles, lakes, trails, playgrounds, restaurants! We had fun and rested a lot! We'll definitely be back!

The stay at Fernando's place was great. As a host he is very attentive and always ready to withstand any eventualities. The house is well located, close to the market, restaurants and the main clubs of the condominium that we had quiet access thanks to Fernando. I recommend it!

We spent the Easter holiday at Marcia's home and it was wonderful days. We have already stayed in another house in this same condominium 2 years ago and everything is excellent, a lot of safety, comfort and leisure activities available. The Marcia house is exactly the same as the photos, very comfortable and spacious and highlight to the location that guarantees privacy and tranquility. A Marcia always requests and attentive. The only point in relation to the condominium is that they do not allow the use of the Club for holidays. We had a great stay and we intend to return at a next chance!

Our Estádia was amazing, the house is more beautiful than we imagined, Angela always willing to help us in what we needed, the pool was a wonderful surprise apart, there was plenty of rain on the days we stayed, but the pool is not air-conditioned, it is more, it is heated, which allowed us to enjoy it every day and even the nights. A gourmet mega space that accommodates a lot of people.All rooms well clean, 3 of them are suites and all have air conditioning. The condominium has numerous things to do, ecological trail, a beautiful lake, bicycles, mini golf, and clubs for those who have the slim, but if the person does not have it, it will not be missed, as we were in 11 people and the other family did not have free access to everyone in the club, we thought it was better to stay in the house and enjoy the pool itself, which was fantastic. Congratulations are to be congratulated and we will be back more often for sure.
