Cute place and private! I would stay here again. Very clean with fun decor- I was also glad that the house was in a safe neighborhood since I was traveling alone. I would catch Ubers from the front driveway of the home to the Capitol- without a problem. Thanks for a great stay!

I came with a group of girls to visit DC and Andy was a very responsive host, always trying to help us feel as comfortable as possible. We enjoyed the large space that was there and it was comfortable for us.

We brought our 4 teenagers and spent a few days experiencing DC. The townhouse was set up very well for our stay and everyone had a good place to sleep. The hosts were very responsive and made the stay comfortable. I loved backing up to the walking path, and the access to the Metro was a super quick walk or drive.

My grandchildren and I spent 5 days in Charlotte's immaculate townhome for my grandson's 25th birthday. The townhome is squeaky clean, the kitchen is updated and the rooms are attractively decorated. The beds all have comfortable mattresses. The neighborhood is safe and walkable. We hadn't been to Washington before so I was unaware of distances. Our visit occurred during a rare major snowstorm and the weather was freezing. We are from Florida so we didn't bring boots, hats and gloves (we did buy hats and gloves at the local CVS). In any event, we were relieved to learn that Ubers are almost instantly available and we used them a lot. Our return flight to Florida was cancelled and rebooked for a much later time. I didn't love the idea of spending extra hours in the airport so I called Charlotte for help. Despite the fact that Charlotte had guests arriving immediately after we left she went out of her way to save us from an airport nightmare and we were extremely grateful.

The Nelson Group were the perfect host/hostess during my stay at their beautiful home. They are very accommodating and responsive to the needs of their guests and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was a truly positive experience. The place was absolutely perfect. She made it easy to get access when we arrived. She made us feel welcome with the home. Everything was in perfect condition. We had a great time and would recommend Judy’s place for the perfect stay. Beds were very comfortable and the bath towels felt new and fresh. We loved the place.

The home was clean, conveniently located to the highway, and also very convenient for accessing the metro. Your responsiveness and politeness were also very much appreciated. I stayed at Will’s property for four nights in March 2025 with a group totaling nine people. Upon arrival, we found the property clean and free of clutter. The property was conveniently located within walking distance to Union Market and the metro, allowing for easy exploration of the greater DC area. Will was an exceptional host, demonstrating prompt, friendly, and professional communication throughout our stay. Will graciously accommodated an early check-in and late check-out, which gave my party extra time to explore the DC area before our departure. I would highly recommend this property for groups of 5-9 people and would gladly return if visiting the area again.

It was a great place to stay for a conference at the Gaylord. Very quick walk, maybe 4 minutes from the convention center. I also was upgraded to a 3 bedroom suite with a balcony. Very cool and spacious.

Very nice place to stay near Gaylord convention center. Super clean condo. All the essentials are there. Lots to do at the resort as well as nearby walking distance. Having a baby in the group we did quite a bit of laundry. A laundry room was on our floor with two washers and four dryers and free of charge. We barely passed anyone on the seventh floor. We would def stay here again.

We stayed with two adults and two kids and really enjoyed the stay at the apartment. The room is very clean and neat. The host, Oleg, is kind and responsive and tried to address our requests immediately. There is a Whole Foods and CSV in the same building complex, which enabled us to get everything we wanted. I highly recommend the apartment to those who plan to stay in the North Bethesda area.

I cannot say enough about this property or Kenny. It was an extremely busy for me as it was my daughter’s wedding. Kenny made the check-in, stay, and check out easy for me, which is just what I needed. He checked on us frequently, but not too much. He was very responsive to a few questions that I had. The place was clean, well furnished, and a really fun area to stay in. I highly recommend Kenny and this property!
