Place was exactly as described. It was beautifully decorated and clean with lots of amenities. We felt safe in the location. Beds were comfortable and ample amount of linens. In addition, we appreciated all the “extras” that were included (k cups, tea, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, laundry detergent, etc). Host was very responsive and available to answer any questions that we had. This is definitely a great place to stay at.

Several adult family members and I were in town for a wedding. Though we don’t live this way any longer, we grew up about 10min away from this house so are very familiar with the neighborhood. The house itself is tucked back into a residential area, but is on a main secondary road so be prepared for a little bit of fun getting in and out. Place was clean, spacious, and the host was very responsive to the one small issue we had. Keeping this place on the short list for future hometown visits.

Maggie’s house was perfect for our family getaway! You can’t beat this location. It was a quick walk to Eastern Market metro and tons of local shopping/dining options, yet the street was peaceful and quiet. We were able to spread out and relax as a family of three with two dogs. The house was comfortable and had everything we needed. Maggie was responsive and helpful from booking and through our stay. 10/10, would book again.

Kyle was great and had great communication. He let us know about a broken hand rail on the stairs to the basement (there was one on both sides, so no issues). He had a handy man come and fix it during our stay, while we were out. Always responded to questions right away, like the TV didn't have netflix logged in like promised, but he offered to give me the login, I just used my own account. No issues there.

Beautiful Airbnb for the DC/Virigina area. Metro is walkable. Everything in the house was spotless and the linens/towels were all clean. The beds and bathroom were in great condition. They even included a cute welcome box with snacks and water. Will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful home, inside and out! It’s in a great neighborhood and is convenient to get to DC sights. It was the perfect fit for our family of five and our dog! The home was very clean and provided all we needed and then some! Jon was clear in communication and quick to respond. Definitely recommend this home and would love to stay here again!

We were a three-generation family of 5 who had a truly great stay here. It was super clean and has character. We were happy for the coffee, ease of parking, and local places to go. Was so great to be in a lovely neighborhood that was a short drive to the National Mall. Nathan was helpful, friendly, and responsive. Kids loved the board games. Thank you so much for a fantastic DC trip!!

Berhane was a very gracious host. He was easily reached. Quick check in.. Very quiet. Spacious porch. The area is beautiful, as is the home. It is five minutes from the Glenstone museum, which is open Thursdays through Sunday. It is about 20 minutes from Chesapeake and Ohio Canal National Historic Park. It snowed while I was there with my dog. It was as if the snow made the home and its surroundings more peaceful. We enjoyed our stay Berhane.

I stayed at Will’s property for four nights in March 2025 with a group totaling nine people. Upon arrival, we found the property clean and free of clutter. The property was conveniently located within walking distance to Union Market and the metro, allowing for easy exploration of the greater DC area. Will was an exceptional host, demonstrating prompt, friendly, and professional communication throughout our stay. Will graciously accommodated an early check-in and late check-out, which gave my party extra time to explore the DC area before our departure. I would highly recommend this property for groups of 5-9 people and would gladly return if visiting the area again.

I cannot say enough about this property or Kenny. It was an extremely busy for me as it was my daughter’s wedding. Kenny made the check-in, stay, and check out easy for me, which is just what I needed. He checked on us frequently, but not too much. He was very responsive to a few questions that I had. The place was clean, well furnished, and a really fun area to stay in. I highly recommend Kenny and this property!

Jomeka’s place was clean and quiet. It’s conveniently located near 495 and public transportation and there are restaurants nearby. San Antonio Grill is right across the street and has delicious tacos. We will definitely stay here again.

Zoe’s place was absolutely fantastic! We also had the pleasure of meeting her and she was incredibly sweet and friendly. She provided fast communication and was very helpful with any questions. She provided easy check in and upon entering there was a beautiful little welcome sign with two cards to use for the Metro System — such a great and special touch for guests who don’t drive! The house was immaculately cleaned, and the whole place felt very fresh, and even the toilet paper had been folded into a cute little bow! The beds were extremely comfortable and it was so quiet at night which was such a wonderful thing especially with two autistic children. They felt right at home! The gem on top of it all was the provided use of laundry facilities for us to wash the kids clothes after traveling through DC all day being full of spills and food! I would absolutely return here and stay again. If I could rate this 10 stars I absolutely would! Thank you again Zoe!

Jillian’s apartment was just what I needed for a quick stay in DC. The place was clean and had everything I needed. I didn’t do any cooking there but there was a nice coffee maker. Bed was comfortable and so was the TV room with a good couch. It is a basement apartment so there isn’t much in the way of windows or natural light, but I didn’t spend any time in the day there. Also keep in mind it is a solid 15-minute walk to the metro, so I ended up mostly getting an Uber to downtown (which was easy). Overall, a great spot for a short visit to DC!

The studio was very cute it was perfect for our weekend getaway. The location made it easy to use public transportation.

Beautiful place! Very rustic feel but so nice. Everything was very comfortable, and in a good, safe location. Large TV and couch space was nice to relax as well. Would highly recommend!

This charming little apartment suited my needs perfectly. I live in Knoxville Tn and drove to the DC area in order to attend my uncle’s memorial in Annandale and to visit family in Falls Church. Both Laura and her husband were very communicative, responsive, considerate, generous and laid back. The bed was very comfortable. I so loved the neighborhood! Not only was it perfectly centralized for where I needed to go, it was such a quiet, very green and peaceful area with wide sidewalks, lots or trees and charming little streets and cul de sacs. I took such a nice walk through the area. One of the highlights for me! It’s also close to both metro stations and awesome little shops and restaurants. I’d strongly recommend checking out the many nice eateries and such on Strawberry Lane. And considering the affordable price and private parking in this part of DC, this is an exceptional deal and really rare find! Can’t recommend this endearing little spot enough!

We had a wonderful stay. This property is located in a quiet area, not far from downtown. Such an ideal location.
