We had a truly wonderful stay at this home! It was spacious, clean, and beautifully maintained — perfect for a group. The house had everything we needed and more. The backyard, hot tub, and kids’ play area were definite highlights and really elevated the experience for both the adults and little ones in our group. The neighborhood was peaceful, the beds were super comfortable, and we appreciated thoughtful touches like the extra towels and open layout that worked great for our toddler. The outdoor seating area was perfect for enjoying the gorgeous Redding spring weather. Angie and her team were incredibly responsive, proactive, and helpful throughout our stay — she made everything smooth and stress-free. Parking was easy, the location was convenient, and the whole experience felt like a home away from home. We’d absolutely love to stay here again and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

This place is great, especially for the price. While it's just a 1 bedroom apartment, it feels much bigger than the photos show, especially the bedroom. The bed is super comfy and the bedroom doesn't share a wall with neighbors, just the carports, it's quiet. It's within reasonable walking distance to all the shops, restaurants, etc. The shower has the strongest water pressure of any shower I've ever been in. It's amazing. I'll definitely stay here again if it's available.

Jody's home was the perfect spot for our family of 5. Kids loved the farm and enjoyed interacting with all the animals; the adults loved relaxing in the home while listening to the rushing water of the creek, the deck and waterfall. Jody was a wonderful and responsive host, we look forward to staying here again!

Barbara’s place was great and exactly what we needed for the weekend! It was peaceful and clean, and close to all of our planned activities.

my wife, dog and I had a very, very peaceful time at Jon & Lisa's property. the creek was beautiful to sit and listen to, with only the sounds of the forest to accompany it. cabin was clean, well organized and check in details were very clear. driveway was well sign posted too

Great stay! Lisa was very responsive and accommodating. The place was very comfortable and clean, and it was an easy walk to coffee and other restaurants. My favorite was the heated bathroom floor! ☺️We would definitely stay again.

At Janet’s place, you don’t just stay—you truly feel like you belong. There’s a deep sense of connection, of being part of something bigger. Black Butte stands in its perfect triangular shape outside the kitchen window, and Mt. Shasta sits in full view from the living room, like a quiet guardian blessing the space. Light flows through the house, bringing warmth and a peaceful presence. With open views of Mt. Shasta, it feels like nature is gently holding and guiding you. You can witness sunrises, sunsets, moonrises, and moonsets—all from one spot. That alone is such a gift. The location is ideal—calm and quiet, yet close to town and everything you need. Janet’s local tips were helpful and added to the experience. She communicates with kindness and clarity. The space is clean, peaceful, and energetically aligned. You can feel it’s held with care and intention. The presence of St. Germain’s energy is subtle but strong. Highly recommend—and we’d love to come back.

This is an absolutely stunning lake side home that had every amenity for families to make treasured lifetime memories. My favorite was the huge picnic table on the deck where you could have dinner and watch the sunset over the lake. Rich, is the perfect host, so flexible and responsive with anything you might need. My parents, husband and I enjoyed day trips to Lassen, fishing literally from the backyard and the beautiful scenery that surrounds this home. Quiet and peaceful, it’s the perfect place to get away from the stress of everyday life. Many thanks for sharing your home with us, we will be back!

My family & I came up to Redding for the weekend to visit Bethel Church and couldn’t have chosen a better Airbnb! Eric & Victoria were always very helpful and responsive. We had a relaxing weekend even though it was just a short stay. Loved that everything was exactly as pictured and described. Will definitely look into coming back on our next visit
