Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Old Saybrook

Honestly, my friends and I are already talking about booking this place again next year. The backyard was gigantic and perfect for S'mores and stargazing. The house was spacious enough for three adults and two kids to have plenty of room to themselves and together. We were an easy drive from fun activities. And Gina was a lovely host. Very responsive and flexible.

Maher’s house was an amazing peaceful experience. I enjoyed my time there and he had great recommendations to restaurants and activities! He was very responsive with all questions we had. I will totally stay here in the future if I can get the chance again!! Thank you Maher!!

Ashley is an awesome host. She was quick to respond to questions I had. Her home is beautiful and very spacious. There was plenty of room for 6 adults and 3 kids. I would highly recommend this place.

Our family opted for a trip to New London to reconnect with our family for Thanksgiving. We were able to utilize the beautiful dining room for our dinner . We loved staying at Rosa’s place and were very comfortable . Just a note - there is only one bathroom and it is on the second floor ( as are all the bedrooms) We made this work but can be difficult with a larger family . It would definitely not deter me from booking again! This place was beautiful. The surrounding area and ease of access was comforting ! Would definitely stay here again .

The house was absolutely beautiful, clean, and perfect for a family gathering. Plenty of room to spread out, and exactly as described in the listing. Yosefa was super responsive and incredibly helpful. Would stay again!

Place was beyond my expectations. House was very clean and still felt very welcoming. Easy walk to beach and restaurants and stores within a few minutes drive.

Squeaky. Sparkling. Clean. Jennifer was incredibly responsive. The place is as described. As of this post the living room curtains are transparent - you can see right through them, bedroom curtains are solid. There is no curtain in the bathroom window. However, there are trees outside the bathroom and living room windows which provide some privacy. Very comfortable and cozy. You can hear people in the main house when occupied, though this was to be expected. Kitchen is extremely well stocked with the basic necessities. Overall the place and stay were lovely :)

I always look to stay at Kevin’s properties before anywhere else! They always are extremely clean, functional and germs of having everything you could possibly need while you were there, and prime locations! Kevin is an excellent host and is always willing to help out with any thing I have ever needed. Highly recommend any of his properties! This one in particular has an absolutely gorgeous view from every angle and amazing walk out patio

Molly's place was GREAT--a total gem for the area. The vibe and layout of the space was sunny, peaceful, and super welcoming. Easily one of my favorite AirBnB's ever--we will definitely be back! The kitchen had everything we needed and the whole apartment felt spacious and roomy, yet cozy. The backyard area is gorgeous! Even though the house is right on main street, the sound isolation was great and we slept well every night we were there (the most comfortable bed EVER also helped). We miss this place already!!

Stayed here for 2 nights with a couple friends. Perfect spot for a quick getaway. Backyard and pool area was exactly what we were looking for with lots of space to lounge and relax. Lots of entertainment if you wanted to just hang inside as well. As some of the other reviewers noted, you can definitely hear the hosts move around upstairs. Didn't impact us too much except for Saturday morning. Was a little difficult to sleep in b/c of the noise.

Great spot! Very walkable. It's also a great layout if traveling with small children - there is a separate meditation room upstairs that was perfect for setting up our travel cribs. Would stay again!

Traci’s place is a gem 💎! It was just as described plus more! It felt like you were tucked away in a winter wonderland forest because I was there during a snow storm. Traci even went above and beyond because she salted the ground and made sure it was clear and safe. The faucet water is filtered at this house which was a luxury for me! The bed was a dream to sleep on, and the propane heat made it nice and cozy inside! Perfect for a peaceful getaway or to catch up on much needed work because the wifi was fast. Also please check out the pizza place right around the corner, it’s absolutely delicious with great service!

Liz's place was larger than expected and nice and clean. She communicated well and was very clear with directions about entering the space as well as expectations upon leaving. The location is great. Very walkable to shops and the downtown area. Liz also had fresh flowers in the kitchen, snacks and coffee which were much appreciated!

Lovely stay in greenport! Short drive from major north fork activities. Can imagine its even better during the busy season!

This stay was even nicer than its pictures. Went during “off season”, so many places were closed in the area. However, the actual airbnb made up for that. It was beautiful, peaceful, and quiet. We had our own ocean view and easy beach access.

Christina’s place is absolutely beautiful and spotlessly clean! Everything was perfect! Her home is beautifully decorated (exactly like the pictures) and she has stocked it with everything you could possibly imagine (without being cluttered). She is super responsive (even reached out after check out when we forgot something)! We had mentioned during booking that we would be celebrating birthdays - and she decorated with birthday decor (and a bottle of wine) for when we arrived! Her place is super close to Mohegan and the spa on site was nice too. Her recommendations for restaurants did not disappoint either! I cannot say enough positive things about Christina or her home! Do not hesitate to book with her! We will definitely be back! Thank you again for hosting us!

My husband and I stayed at Krista's Villa last weekend as my husband had to attend the Boat Show at Mohegan Sun. After looking at Mohegan Sun and the surrounding hotels we found ourselves looking on airb&b. Krista's place was affordable, clean, perfect for my husband and daughter, had everything you needed and more. She was quick to respond to me, offered early check in and late check out and really made us feel welcomed and comfortable from a distance. We hope to go back for sure.

Overall relaxing stay and trip to Greenport. Sherri is very communicative and her instructions and listing is clear and accurate. The condo is well decorated and clean and has everything you need for a nice weekend. One thing to note- we were aware check in is between 3 and 5 pm based on the listing (wound up being around 4) but it would be nice for it to be earlier. Still 5 stars though!
