I thoroughly enjoyed my brief stay at Olivier’s flat and would stay again next time I am in Nice. The flat was as described, it was very clean and bright, and the sofa was so comfortable! Olivier met me at the flat upon arrival and as I was departing, and he kindly carried my luggage up and down the stairs. I recommend staying at his place without hesitation.

This place is absolutely perfect for a memorable & relaxing stay in Cap Ferrat. The location and setting is truly incredible and is probably our favorite aspect, with stunning views of the harbor + riviera coast, perfect for working on the balcony/sunset dinners. The bldg is only ~1min walk to main street, but also just far enough to be super quiet. Tamsin was an incredible host, super responsive, helpful and a joy to coordinate with (even helping us our with wedding planning!) We've stayed at the Four Seasons/Hotel du Cap/Areille/most of the other luxe hotel but this is probably our favorite of all SoF stays experiences to get a small taste of what life is like as Cap Ferrat local... 1000% will be returning!

We really enjoyed our 5 day stay at Nicolas’ apartment in Nice. Nicolas is a great host and met us at the apartment and answered our questions and gave good local recommendations. The apartment is beautiful and was home from home for our visit. We enjoyed coming back to a comfortable home every evening. The location is perfect for getting to a from airport by tram and so close to explore all parts of Nice including the old town. The neighbourhood around Port Lympia is quiet with some great restaurants and cafes. It’s also close to some great coastal walks which we really enjoyed. Overall it’s the perfect apartment and location for any visit to Nice. We would love to visit again someday. Thank you Nicolas!

We spent a month in Elea's apartment. This one was very spacious, bright, with all amenities, and impeccable housekeeping. Our 2nd two weeks was less pleasant, the weather wasn't great. We enjoyed our stay and would be happy to stay again. Christine and Diane

I spent 5 weeks at Svetlana’s apartment in Jan 2025 and it was wonderful. Svetlana is a great host; always quick to respond and extremely friendly. The apartment is unique and charming. The appliances are top notch and it is overall very comfortable. The high ceilings make it feel larger and the large windows bring in a lot of light. The apartments is a top floor with no elevator so something to keep in mind if you have mobility issues. The bedroom & bathroom are on the upstairs loft accessible by a spiral staircase. It is a smaller apartment so best for single travels or couples. It is cozy and well stocked. The location is amazing. Just a few blocks from #1 & # 2 tram line, Garibaldi, & the port. The neighborhood is quite upscale with lots of Michelin restaurants, art galleries, coffee shops, and multiple supermarkets within 5 minute walking. And less than 10 minute walk to the waterfront & the Old City. Very safe & very quiet. I would absolutely stay here again.

Everything about this apartment is perfect! Location wise it’s very central and everything (train station, restaurants, grocery, coffee shop, beach) are within 5 minutes walking. I could not ask for more. Most importantly the apartment itself is very convenient and super clean. Thank you Viki and Jeromir. This is one of the best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed with!
