House was great! Clean and as listed. Private beach was nice as well. I must warn, and this is out of the hosts control, but beware of the neighbor. We had an incident where we had to leave the listing early due to the neighbor. I feel this is a fair warning as it did affect our stay. Hoping the issue has already been taken care of!

Great property right on the beach! The place was super clean, very spacious (even with 5 of us), and had a full kitchen and laundry. The neighborhood is very peaceful, and the beach is super quiet. Only thing to note is to watch out for some fresh glass throughout the sand, so just be careful and bring flip flops. Parking is extremely convenient (free and assigned only steps away from the door). Host is also extremely responsive. I would definitely recommend this for a family or a couple who's looking for a quiet and peaceful place to enjoy the island.

we loved our stay here!! the room has everything you need and it is a quick walk to the beach with a really nice pool. the place is quiet and peaceful and is also walking distance or a yick drive from some great restarunts and ither beaches. we did not try swimming at the beach because it was a little rough but enjoyed sitting at the beach and using the pool. I think most days it should not be that rough, we just happened to visit after a storm. this is one of the best values on the island!

This is a great place and walking distance to the beach, a 2 minute drive to a large, full service grocery story with an awesome salad and hot food bar and a very large selection of groceries and reasonably priced. In the same shopping center, there is a wine/liquor store, a great Italian restaurant. You are a 3 minute drive to gorgeous Cemetery Beach, with easy parking, snorkeling off the beach and just beautiful clear water and white sand! Tricia is a helpful and kind host! She let us check in early, allowed a late check out and did a complimentary mid stay refresh: cleaned the place, changed the sheets, and replenished all the supplies on day 4 of 8. Pros: Safe, quiet area Near the best beaches on North 7 mile beach Host is kind, flexible and helpful Turtle nature center is a short drive away (pro tip:go when are no cruise ships in port! ) Good value and spacious Cons: Space could use a deep clean. It was clean on check in, but could benefit from a deep scrub and shine.

This is one of the best accommodations I’ve experienced with Air B&B. Very nice. Well stocked on our arrival to immediately enjoy the house. Everything was like being at home. Location is perfect for a quick walk to the beach. A beautiful home. We would definitely come back.

Gives a very homely feel, and you can see the sunrise from the balcony! The home is very clean and kitchen was very well equipped with utensils and basics (so if you wanted to cook you’re able to). We had some issue with hot water, so we messaged Eileen and she was able to sort the issue on the same day! Easy check in and adjusted checkout for our late flight - made our trip enjoyable and stress free, definitely will be booking again!!!

Beautiful home with stunning ocean views. Aliza was a helpful and responsive host. Great location with easy access to popular attractions like Seven Mile Beach and Camana Bay. The unit is fully loaded with amenities like a washer/dryer, blow dryer, soap, shampoo, conditioner, spices, smart TV, beach chair, and a book full of restaurant and activity recommendations. When we visited, the complex did not have a sandy beach due to beach erosion, but there was easy beach access just a 2-minute walk away.

My family immediately felt at home upon arriving at this charming condo with a stunning view. The screened in porch was a bonus and the kids spent a lot of time out there playing games. We would definitely book here again!

This is our second time staying at Lana’s condo. We actually booked this stay immediately after returning from our last trip. The condo was perfect for our family. Plenty of space, well stocked in terms of kitchen essentials/bathroom supplies/towels. The patio is an awesome place to eat breakfast or have dinner watching the sunset. Lana is an amazing host and SO accommodating. She coordinated our crib delivery for our 20 month old and had everything set up. Furthermore, she picked up an online grocery order I placed and had everything already in the condo. This made such a huge difference after a long travel day! She’s very easy to get in touch with, always polite and quick to respond. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

Our experience was wonderful. We felt at home and quite comfortable! The views were amazing! The condo is very well taken care of and quiet. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Toby was very friendly and accommodating! Communication was great and responsive. We needed a late checkout and was told not to worry about it. It was no problem. For that we were grateful. It was so nice to come back after a long day and relax and enjoy our quiet time in the condo and enjoy the views and the beach! To Toby, thank you so much for all your help and information we needed! It was so nice to know I could send a message and get a response in a timely manner. We very much enjoyed our time at the condo and our stay in Grand Cayman. We had a great stay at Tristan's condo. The condo had everything we needed, we would definitely recommend it. We loved being right on the water, and when the kids got tired of the sand they played inside in the pool. The location is great for a laid back vacation. The beach outside the condo has some sea weed, but it's perfect for kayaking, snorkeling and looking for starfish. We found more starfish right in front of the condo than were at Starfish Point. Kaibo Beach bar was our go to spot for lunch or dinner, and Rum Point Beach Club is a great option too. We rented a car so we were able to go to Seven Mile Beach for the day, which was about a 50 minute drive. You can also take the ferry. Overall we had an amazing trip and will be back.

Our first visit to the Cayman Islands was made unforgettable because of Lee and David’s warm hospitality. They provide you with everything you need to enjoy the beaches (towels, chairs, umbrellas, snorkeling gear, beach toys, etc.) and give you a list of recommendations for activities and restaurants that do not disappoint. Their communication is prompt and thorough and it’s clear they care about the quality of your stay. The unit is well-stocked with kitchen appliances, laundry essentials, board games, and books to really make you feel at home. We would also like to thank Ildi for meeting us on the property and giving us a wonderful introduction to the island and helping us get settled in. Overall, this trip has been amazing and exceeded all our expectations. We highly reccomend booking with Lee and David.

Pictures do not do justice ! The home itself is a work of art and the actual artwork inside is remarkable. The location is secluded and private which is what we were looking for. An absolutely incredible unforgettable stay. Having an entire beach to our family was spectacular. Avril and Daniel are amazing hosts and take great pride in their property. Would definitely recommend and would love to stay again.

Sea Lodge was ideal for a quiet and peaceful place to stay. The private beach was large with easy access to great snorkeling, and the home was very clean and comfortable. Shellie was a wonderful host and offered great suggestions on local shopping for groceries. We will definitely come back for our next visit.

Just got back from a family vacation and enjoyed our time at Kab’s villa! It had all the amenities we needed, great beach accessories and chairs, lots of room, very clean and in a nice quiet area!! I would definitely recommend staying here! Kab was very responsive and gave us some great recommendations!! Thank you for helping make our family vacation so memorable!!

Absolutely fabulous stay for our girls trip from Boston. The pictures do not do this place justice! The view, and waking up to the beachfront ocean was the best part. Ease of getting in & out of town, we loved the local restaurants for sunset. We didn’t get out to the shipwreck due to the windy/rough conditions, but appreciated the kayak & paddle boards for some water fun. I would recommend this place to a small group looking for a good balance of relaxation and activities. Great for families or a friend group. The host’s responsiveness was excellent. Thank you for a trip that felt like home and one we’ll never forget! <3

the swim up bar and location of this place is hard to top. the complex and unit are perfect. my family had a great time and will hopefully make it back to stay here again

Had a great stay in West Bay, away from the resort-like feel of southern locations along seven mile beach. The condo was clean and comfortable, and Eve was great about checking in and always responded within minutes. I definitely recommend this condo!

Easily in the top 1% of airbnbs we've stayed in and the single best place at the beach. They have a lot of repeat guests and it's immediately obvious why. In addition to the friendly hosts, great location, and spectacular swinging day bed (we are going to build one at home) and great sunrises and sunsets the details were fantastic. Bed is super comfortable, wifi is lighting fast not just in the house but outside as well, great books to read and even a little tub to rinse your feet off and little towel before going back inside. You can tell they really care!

We come to Cayman every year, but just now found our most favorite James’s place! The private beach is amazing with beautiful sunset and pristine clean water. Will definitely come back! Thank you for making our stay an unforgettable experience!
