The response at check-in and afterwards was very friendly.I checked by phone for questions around 22 o'clock, but they were very polite and helpful.The room was spacious, clean, and well stocked with breakfast, coffee, etc.We stayed with six people, but we had a relaxing time in a spacious enough space.It was a great place to stay again.Thank you very much.

The location is very good, the building is new and clean, and I want to use it again. It was good that there was floor heating, but it was a little unfortunate that there were no slippers to wear indoors.

This stay was absolutely amazing!The host, Eeyan, was very kind, warmly answered my questions and was very polite.The room was also luxurious and very clean and we had an extraordinary experience.There was also a barrel sauna, and I was impressed by the great view of the sea and sunset.It was a very good memory to remember. We'd love to stay again someday.Personally it was really 10 stars!Thank you very much.

Thank you so much Alan for making our stay at Teshima impeccable! Alan has been helping above and beyond to help us with transportation, water taxi arrangement when travel was disrupted, and pick-up. The house was prettier than photos, such a tasteful traditional japanese house with modern washroom, and even breakfast from their own farm. Alan has been living in Teshima for years and we had an amazing chat learning about Teshima and living in Japan. Honestly nothing to complain about, thank you so much Alan!

This was our first trip to Japan, and we stumbled across this airbnb and we're really excited. We were a little nervous though about being in a foreign country for the first time and navigating the area. Ai took that worry away. He picked us up from the station, took us grocery shopping, took us to the fishing store, and provided complete transportation to the island via boat and car. We even had an unforgettable experience going on a fishing charter. Meeting and getting to know him and his wonderful wife Lan made the trip tremendous and special. The view is breathtaking, and walking around the island is peaceful. Ai let us use the car to get around the island, which was great! No matter what you need, he is there! I can't thank and say enough good things about both of them. I now consider them good friends rather than just hosts. Can't wait to come back and visit ASAP. You can't go wrong with this airbnb!

This stylish and unique Japanese tatami-style place sets the stage for a memorable trip. 2.5km away from Cangshan Station. The house is at the top of Xiangshan. Before it became a homestay, it was a small and famous Bake-off site (Baguang Kiln), which still retains the kiln and the high chimney is also a scenic line. Walking to the front are two small wooden doors near the roadside, which are a bit old. Upon entering the door, you will step on the Bake-off floor, which is very precious and only a small area in front of the door is paved. The corridor in front of the store next door and part of the outer wall are also paved with Bake-off tiles. Because the overall structure is wooden, the doors and windows are also made of quaint kraft paper. The moment you walk into the room, you can smell the fragrance of the tatami. Very Japanese style. Sleep on tatami and experience a different life. Fate has brought us together, we've come all this way, thank you for meeting, because of you, the world has become more colorful... Stunning views in a peaceful location. Fantastic kitchen/dining area with a friendly, communal vibe. We found it really easy to get to/from there using the bus. Nori's onigiri for breakfast and Matthew's beer in the evening were highlights. A truly wonderful stay.

Alan and Reiko went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and to ease certain travel pains. We were celebrating a birthday and they were kind of enough to arrange a cake from the mainland, they helped us locate a camera left on the ferry, they facilitated a bike rental, they gave us rides when we needed them, the list goes on. We were lucky enough to eat at their newly opened restaurant, and had the most incredible meal - probably the best we have eaten in Japan thus far! This is to say nothing of their lovely property, which is sublime. We stayed in the queen villa and were able to look out at the beautiful garden foregrounding the sea and sky. The historic buildings were breathtaking, with modern touches to ensure our comfort. I especially enjoyed the espresso machine in the mornings! I look forward to someday returning to this incredibly beautiful and peaceful spot, thank you Alan and Reiko for a memorable family birthday weekend!
