The location was great with an easy ski-in and a short (maybe 10 min) and pretty walk down a path to the village. There is a nice snowshoe trail right across the street for non-skiers. The layout works well, with high ceilings that give it a spacious feeling. The kitchen was stocked well. We were a party of eight and would happily stay again.

Michelle was an exceptional host and incredibly fast to respond. The accommodation was clean and just as advertised. Great ski-in / ski-out location, lots of space and room for the kids to play. We enjoyed lots of laughs playing boardgames and bingo - we will certainly book again!

We really enjoyed our stay. We came for the Nordic skiing at Nickel Plate and it was a short drive from our lodging. The kitchen was great for all our cooking needs. I particularly loved the well seasoned cast iron fry pan. I wish I had brought whole coffee beans to try out the espresso machine. We appreciated the two living room spaces on either side of the kitchen to give space between the readers and tv watchers. Lots of windows to watch the full moon rise. Overall this is a very clean and comfortable home to hang out in between ski sessions.

We had a great time staying a whole week in the cabin. It takes around 30 minutes to drive from Oliver to there, in summertime and ideal conditions, but that was expected. You should not drive fast because wildlife and cattle use the same road a lot; we had to stop frequently for some cows or an occasional deer. We saw lots of wildlife in the vicinity, including a young moose on the road. And it’s pretty easy to commute to Osoyoos or OK falls for a day on the beach, without suffering all the heat. Mt baldy offers some dog friendly,fun scrambling opportunities. Our dog loved the stay too!

A very peaceful place to stay. Had all we needed to cook including bbq. Lots of games and we loved the record player. All around nice stay!

This place is a little slice of heaven on Earth! I was severely burnt out from work and needed to get away to refresh and recharge, and that's when we came across The Perch. The place is the cutest, most wonderful cabin ever. It sits right on the water and we woke up to beautiful water views everyday. The highlight was sipping hot coffee in the morning on the dock, while taking in the calm of the water and pure serenity that surrounded us. The kitchen had all the pots & pans we needed to cook great food. We spend time colouring in the colouring books provided, playing ping pong in the games room, taking our dog for a swim in the lake, and just BEING with each other. Since there is no cell reception, we weren't disturbed one bit. There is great wifi in the cabin, but we opted to turn it off so that we could truly disconnect from the world! Overall, this place is a 10/10! We want to make staying here an annual tradition and are already planning our next visit.

Great Family holiday at Phillips place. It had everything you needed for a winter holiday. We would definitely stay again.

really great skiing and ski out place right off the slope. The sauna in the suite was nice and it was a great open format.

Perfect spot for a weekend getaway! Cozy cabin, with any amenity you would require. Added bonus that the property is pet friendly, we will be back!

Fun little getaway cabin with lots of options for sleeping accommodations. Short drive to Penticton to enjoy daytime activities but also just a relaxing place to stay.

We had such an awesome time ! The place had litterly everything you could need. Even a hot plate. That was not in the description. Beds were comfortable. The hill is so cute and it was so close to everything it was super easy.
