Vacation rentals with beach access in Oistins

Wonderful value, clean apartment right on stunning Miami/Enterprise Beach. Our host, Charmaine, was lovely providing timely and valuable communication and advice. The grounds are lush and lovely. Although this apartment is in the basement of the house, it doesn’t feel like it as it looks over the front gardens and has a wonderful beach view (you can hear the surf too). Charmaine also offers use of her beach chairs - another great savings for visitors. We fully recommend this wonderful apartment!

Steve’s place is a little bit of heaven on earth. Everything is exactly as is stated and more. The unit is spacious, comfortable equipped with more than what you can imagine. Steve and his right hand Stacy were extremely responsive and super helpful in their suggestions for us. It’s hard to capture the sounds in writing, but this is one extra aspect that stood out for me. The constant sounds of the oceans comforted and surrounded us every second of the day. We miss that already! Another is the fabulous shaded balcony with what we think are the best views in the complex where we spent a great deal of time just chilling and reading in complete comfort. We can’t wait to figure out how to get back and enjoy Barbados again and would be thrilled if we can get back to Steve’s spot!

Ester & Dave's place was very clean, comfortable and very organized. Complimentary item were appropriate. Very near to Miami Beach, Oistins fish market and Oistins many places to eat. Daily cean view is just awesome and relaxing. Would definitely stay with Ester and Dave's place (Apt #3) again. Miss Donna provide excellent service. Quick communication was on point. Love this place.

I spent five weeks at Dwight and Clover’s place, it was everything I was hoping for. Dwight is a host that goes above and beyond. He watched Cricket with me, and explained the rules during a Test Match. He also drove me to the clinic after I was stung by a Stonefish. Those are but a couple examples of the kind of host he is. My main objective for the trip was surfing. Across the street from the apartment is the local surf shop, for whatever the surfer might need. One minute walk puts you at the steps of Freights, best beginner break on the island, and excellent longboard spot. 10 minute walk to Enterprise and Miami Beaches, if you’re not into surfing. 13 minute walk to the main bus stop at Oistins. 14 minute walk to any of the food stalls at Oistins. 20 minute walk to Massey’s grocery store, Pharmacy and the Surfer’s Cafe. The apartment is on a nice quiet street but within walking distance of anything you might need. Look for the monkeys early in the morning, they seemed to always be out during my morning run. I loved the porch, I would usually sit out and read while the sun set and have dinner. The apartment is as described, convenient washing machine below the stairs and quiet backyard with a clothesline for drying. I felt very much at home here. Everybody I met in the neighborhood was friendly and all had a great sense of humor. Annie is the lady who cleans the apartment, one of the funniest people I’ve ever met. She’ll come to clean whenever you want, I set up a schedule with her after I’d been there a few days. I would recommend Dwight’s place whole heartedly.

Sunset at the Moorings was a perfect beach retreat! The location right on the beach with private loungers, a private balcony overlooking the sunset, plunge pool and walking to restaurants was perfect. Other than grabbing the bus into Holetown a couple of times, we never left! Air conditioning in the bedroom worked great and we slept well! The bars and padlocks on the ground floor windows are a bit alarming, but we didn't have any problems. The apartment does back right into the road, and the noise is sometimes noticeable, but not at all visible from the beach side so easy to ignore. The Italian restaurant next door was great to have so close, and bikini beach bar less than 10 mins walk down the road or beach was great for happy hour! I highly recommend this place for a relaxing getaway!

we had a very enjoyable stay at this fantastic apartment. The Manager, Allison made sure everything went to plan. she arranged for the airport pickup, a Hire car,and made our stay as comfortable as possible. Two fabulous pools which were cleaned daily by Patrick. sunbeds always available due to the pool rules in place. a gym,and a beautiful quite beach a few steps away. turtles visit during the night and lay their eggs. Jonny cool 's Jazz and blues beach cafe a short walk away. we found some good restaurants in St. lawerance gap which is a 10 minute walk from the appartment. Harlequin was one of the best. followed by Mimosa. the most expensive and least enjoyable was the primo & Bistro restaurant. we would definitely recommend this appartment hosted by Anthony. Ty

Great place! The only thing is that it’s a bit darker inside than you might think as the pictures seemed to rely a bit more on the natural sunlight and there’s concrete floors so it’s a bit hard on the feet. Also, a bit of a safety hazard for young kids but outside of that it was a great stay. Good location and secure.

Had a lovely nine nights here. As described, very clean and in a good location close to beaches. Great air conditioning in the bedroom, good sized shower and liked having the smart tv. Host was responsive and gave great local recommendations for places to eat. Also allowed us flexibility with our check out time which was much appreciated. Great value for money. Would return again!

Our family of 8 had an amazing stay at Christy's place. The villa was exactly as advertised and we really welcomed the space it provided, the privacy and the safety and security. Having the pool was a major plus and we made good use of it as well as the patio area and sunbeds. We had all we needed and were pleasantly surprised that everyday basics like toilet rolls, washing liquid and laundry wash were provided. As prepared as we were, the basics gave us a head start whilst we settled in before hitting the shops. We can't say enough about Ianthe who was so lovely, warm and friendly. Like Christy, she was always available and responsive to any questions we had as well as offering suggestions about things to do and see. When planning our next trip, we would not hesitate to book the villa again if available. Thank you Christy and Ianthe! We absolutely loved our time and it felt like home from home.

Stayed at Pat's place for a friends 50th Birthday, that was hosted in Holetown and at the Sea Shed restaurant. Great location in the middle of the West Coast so easy to get around. We were out of the villa for most of the time we were there but enjoyed our stay! The kitchen had just about everything you would need for the visit, down to even a chips bag clasp! Beds were comfortable as were the cool air conditioning units. Wifi was very fast and easy to connect to. All in all we had a great stay and would stay again. Thank you John for being a great unrushed host! Thank you Pat for allowing us to stay at your villa. Richard

I would just like to indicate how helpful the host was. The country was about to be hit by a hurricane and she checked on us and bought itmes to us. She indicated that if we needed to stay extra time she would accommodate at a reduced cost. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

We miss this house already!! The pictures do not completely compliment how gorgeous this place looks from the inside and outside! The house is spacious and very clean. The view and surroundings are just breathtaking! The morning sunrise is so beautiful and peaceful. The staff is friendly and super helpful, overall excellent services! Restaurants, stores are just a 10-15 minute drive away from the house. Food delivery options are great, however you can also cook your own meals in the spacious kitchen. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to enjoy Barbados in all peace and quite and explore the island by car. The sea in front of the house is wild and great for surfers, the quieter blue beaches where you can relax, swim, snorkel are just 10-20 min away. We have enjoyed our stay and will definitely return!

We had a wonderful stay while attending the 'Barbados Open Water Festival' with a group from Winnipeg, Canada!! The airbnb was exactly as expected. The view from the lower patio and access to the beach was fabulous. The only minor things that I can think of is that it would have been good to be informed that there would be maintenance staff would be on site every few days to do yard and pool work. We were often up early around 6:00 - 6:30 and were initially surprised to see them. Also, that indoor cleaning would happen mid week. This was not a problem, but would have been good to know in advance. Also, it would have been really helpful to get a bit better description as to how the ZR buses work. On our first venture out to see Bridgetown and a swim at Carlisle Bay, we thought it was preferable to take the gov't buses home, but eventually figured out - with help from locals at the bus stop - that we were better off taking the ZR bus as the price is the same and they run more often.

Pictures don’t do this home justice- it’s more beautiful than we expected. It gave us everything we were looking for - privacy relaxation and a stunning place to create beautiful family memories. Each room having large beds and private bathrooms was fantastic. Yes it was hot in the kitchen but we expected that, but the bedroom air conditioning was great. The outdoor living space was lovely and we ate our meals each evening to the sound of the waves. Only steps away from the beach and ocean and then appreciated having our own private pool that we could enjoy when our toddler went to bed each night. The concierge was top notch and addressed anything we asked promptly. We loved our stay and highly recommend Sandgate Beach House.

Quick walk down the steps to the Oistins fish fry. The house was spacious and very clean with lots of amenities. It was super close to the beach, as well as food. Overall, we enjoyed everything. Wonderful home just like the pictures, very spacious.. Highly recommend this place, looks exactly like on photos. There was a fer things wrong the people down the street was loud and there dog would not stop barking until 3 am . The TV only has Youtube not what is listed and there was no baking sheet and there is steps to get in and out of the house....

We flew to my family in November and rented the accommodation. Starting with the booking - to the checkout, everything worked smoothly and uncomplicatedly. We arrived and immediately felt at home. There was a welcome Present with Attentions and all information such as wifi access, emergency numbers, etc. The Apartment was picko bello clean, the kitchen fully equipped with everything you need, even in the bathroom there was nothing missing. The roof terrace, the short distances to the Beach, to Oistins and Busses made the stay perfect. We would like to highlight the communication, the quick response with Simone and her team, including the property Manager Selena, very positively. The lady from the housekeeping service also did a great Job and cleaned the Apartment very cleanly during our stay. Since our flight flew back late, we were allowed to stay in the apartment free of charge until departure. We can recommend the accommodation to everyone and would book this again at any time!

very nice host at the beginning was a few shortcomings but the host arranged everything within 30 minutes I recommend

Perfect spot. We were 22 steps(I counted!) from veranda until toes in the sand. Lounge chairs were put out every morning for us and there’s a new market umbrella in the apartment to use at the beach. Bring your snorkel gear and floaties. Pool (only us in it!) is a welcome spot surrounded by greenery. Towel/sheet change and cleaning by Pet the housekeeper every two days is welcome touch! Walked to Massy grocery store, several restaurants (don’t miss Cafe Carizma in chattel village), bars and shopping. There is live entertainment next door at the all inclusive but was always done by 10:30…some great free shows with our drinks on the veranda! Pat, the manager is so helpful and nice to chat with. Ryan maintains the grounds and apartments and is always hard at work, taking pride in the complex of 14 apartments. Had faucet issue and was fixed quickly. Nick was responsive and friendly in communications with some recommendations as well and arranging our pick up from airport. We will be back.

great condo on the beach. walking distance from all the restaurants in the st Lawrence gap area.

Welcomed by local management of the condo who showed us around the place, talked through some local amenities and showed us the helpful documents on hand. The condo was extremely well laid out and the kitchen was well stocked, you felt right at home straight away. The condo is right amongst lots to do in The Gap with direct access to a private beach. We loved our stay and can highly recommend a stay at Janet's place.

Great location . Spacious interior and large balcony looking out across to the ocean . Beautiful gardens with a small pool to the rear of apartments. Well appointed kitchen with plenty of crockery , cutlery etc. A new cooker , microwave and large fridge/ freezer . One large bedroom with en suite , one twin bed room , both with great air conditioning and comfortable beds . Because of the great location on a busy road there is a fair amount of traffic noise , however this did not disturb us at all .

The view from the property is nothing less than amazing. The property is well secured with an electronic gate and very private. The inside of the property is very comfortable and I was amazed at how the spaced has been utilised

This was a beautiful condo for our stay. Preetam was excellent to communicate with, was very responsive and gave us a ton of suggestions on what to do, where to eat and overall a wonderful host. The place was spotless, had all the amenities that we needed. He even had a "starter package" with a ton of goodies, which were really appreciated. We will DEFINITELY be booking here again, when we're back in Barbados. From start to finish, Preetam was THE perfect host. Thank you!
