I had one of the most memorable experience at Sam’s place. The lake view is to died for!! It is absolutely stunning. Sam’s is an amazing host, he’s very friendly and helpful. Yogi the dog is adorable. The amenities is amazing, we used the spa during sunset and it was beautiful. We also used their paddle boards in the morning, and it was so fun, the water was nice and calm . The location is close to all the major attractions!! This is a very unique experience and it’s worth every penny!! I highly recommend. Thank you Sam for this amazing experience.

Great place to stay, and a great host who makes everything so easy. A clean tidy place which makes you feel right at home. Loads to do in the area with only short drives to Rotorua, Kawerau or Whakatane. But the absolute highlight for us was being able to relax in spa looking out over the stunning Lake Rotoma watching the sun set. Highly recommend.

I would highly recommend Joss and Wayne's home. The house is stunning and comfortable, the hosts are lovely and the location is serene!

Brenda's place is wonderful! You feel right at home, surrounded by nature and her beautiful garden. Everything was spotless and well-maintained. Brenda is a fantastic host who suggested some local attractions to visit. We really enjoyed our stay there!

Wonderful place to stay in the mount! My group and I had a very pleasant stay here, everything was very clean and the house was also super spacious. The outdoor area was also excellent. Would definitely recommend.

The barn was a great place to stay for a long weekend. Our hosts were very friendly (as were the pets) and we would definitely stay again.

Dan's place is just a piece of paradise! Right in front of the lake, with private jetty and private ramp, away from the main road, totally safe for children. Highly recommend! Dan is very responsive and welcoming, makes you feel like home. Looking forward to return again!

Staying at Tanya's was like a dream, she was so helpful in communicating, so that we were able to get in easily. The house is beautiful and full of character and was spotless clean. We were stunned when we walked in, as the house was even better than the photos. Definitely reckoned the stay, easy to get to with all the amenities you need and close to town centre, as well as other activities and entertainment.

I keep coming back to stay here, because it is so peaceful and relaxing, comfortable, and just a short walk to the beautiful Hamurana reserve. Thank you once again for hosting me Jerry!

It was a great holiday house to stay! The house is beautiful, clean and tidy. The owner had emailed details of how to enter the house and other information about staying there. Very easy communication and friendly owners! We had good sleep at night, after staying at the poolside for 7-8 hours of swimming competition in AIMS. Highly recommend! Thank you for everything.

Great and practical stay for a seaside holiday! Perfect with shops and fish n chips across the road and you could barely get closer to the beach. Quick walk to shopping centre. Gail and Andrew were lovely hosts that made us feel right at home and was very accommodating to us and the kids! A great stay!

We had a wonderful 4 night stay at Teresa and Peter’s place. Having a second bedroom for our 15 month old to sleep in worked out well. Teresa had kindly placed some breakfast items in the fridge for us and Denver the dog would constantly drop fresh avocados outside our door. The tree-lined driveway ushers you up a hill to the main house and detached apartment that has magnificent views over the countryside towards the Kaimai Ranges from the lounge and main bedroom . The large wooden deck is a great place to relax and take in the scenery after a long drive. Matamata has a good choice of restaurants just 5 mins away. I highly recommend this AirBnB. It is clean, modern, well appointed and the hosts are very friendly and accommodating.

We had a really wonderful stay in Gloria's home in Papamoa. The description of the property was accurate and there were some lovely touches which helped make our stay extra special - from the welcome goodies, to the list of food and activity recommendations to the bucket load of toys and the gorgeous pool (albeit it a little chilly) and hot tub. My boys loved borrowing the scooters and bikes and walking to the nearby skate park and popping for coffee at Baby Afro's and the hot tub was a welcome perk at the end of the day! Gloria was one of the most responsive and helpful hosts I have ever come across in Airbnb - nothing seemed to much bother. Thank you, Gloria - we will be sure to stay again when we are next in Papamoa.

Had a great stay and Julian and Frances’s place. Communication was excellent and the place was clean and tidy. Bonus having the pool right outside the front door.

Lees place is very well set up for a relaxing break. The pool and spa were a hit! And the beach is very close for swimming, boarding and walking. Everything was in place as described. Everything worked well. It was a privilege to stay and be able to enjoy a bit of Papamoa lifestyle which was very enjoyable indeed! Thanks Lee and family.
