We loved our stay! CONVENIENT!! Perfect for a small family or couple. Right across the street from the beach. Two lovely restaurants right next door, the general store for quick snacks. Walk to the town, park, arcade. The beach was lovely and the tide never came in too close! The rental was very clean, had everything you would need. View and sunrise were amazing. Allee was very responsive! Would definitely come back with my family!

Daniel’s place is great for a ski getaway. The place is well located and has tons of amenities. There are even snowshoes to use on the property which was super fun. Daniel was easy to communicate with and helped us through an issue with our booking dates. I would def recommend staying here.

Meredith’s place is very pristine with lots of room for different size families. It was so close to the skiing and yet felt private when inside. The first floor is a great advantage; stepping out the back sliding door and hitting the slopes immediately. Meredith herself is on top of communication; both between renters and the people who oversee the location.

Great place to stay at Hampton Beach. Breathless views of the sunrise and sunset. This was a 2nd year staying at this location and I will be booking again. Can’t recommend it enough.

We had a great stay. The layout was perfect - and bigger than expected. Very comfortable beds and furniture, and super clean! We would for sure rent again.

This was a great spot for me and my family to celebrate the new year! The host was very responsive and helpful with the questions I had. The view was amazing and the unit was very clean and well stocked. The pool was great and we were able to swim before check in and after check out. Check in was super easy at the front desk, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. We had a great time and will definitely be back!

Jennifer was a fantastic host and the condo was everything we expected it to be for our family ski vacation - perfect access to the quad chairlift just outside the door was super convenient especially with small kids. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a clean, cozy and convenient ski in ski out location at a great family mountain.

A beautiful condo, just 20 minutes away from the heart of North Conway. Everything was in pristine condition and it is always amazing to have a kitchen at our fingertips. Beautiful views of the woods out back. Would definitely recommend to those coming to visit the North Conway, New Hampshire area and surroundings!!!!

Our stay at Bob's was fantastic – we had a truly amazing yet short stay at his Wolfeboro home. The view of the lake was breathtaking and made us wish that the wedding we were attending was during the summer and not in the middle of winter. Bob was very responsive and provided all the information we needed to have a comfortable experience. There was plenty of room for the 5 of us. If I ever return to Wolfeboro, I would definitely consider booking with Bob again!

Lovely trip to Portland to celebrate the new year. There was Tony Bennet on the stereo and a lit christmas tree when we entered. Such nice details that made us feel at home.

No issues at all, great area that we have stayed in before, it’s quiet and still within close distance to so much. The condo/home was perfect for our family of four. We weren’t there long but the couple days we were was perfect.

My family and I stayed for Prelude 2024 - perfect location!! Was easily walkable to everywhere in town. The unit was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. Highly recommend and would stay again!

The condo was very cute, cozy, and comfy. Great location for walk anywhere. The kitchen was stocked very well for our Thanksgiving Dinner! Very nice well stocked coffee bar! Very thoughtful. We enjoyed time in Brunswick so we could visit our son who is in college, and the apartment was perfect for this visit. It was close to downtown, close to campus, close to areas of beauty, and it was extremely comfortable and functional. We love the space.

Based on the condo alone, I would give James 10 stars! The amenities were as listed and there were many extras (linens, towels, toilet paper). Heat and AC in EACH bedroom and the living area. It was clean and the appliances/dishes/silverware looked brand new. It was in a great location within walking and driving distance to shopping and restaurants. There has been a negative review regarding the neighbors who also live in this 4 unit building. These neighbors are not excessively loud or doing anything beyond normal living. However, from the 2nd bedroom, you can hear them walking, talking, vacuuming, entering/leaving their condo. James has been proactive about this concern and has included a noise machine and large fan in this bedroom. I wanted to address this in my review to say that I was still able to get a great night’s sleep and the noise was not late in the night or early morning. My sister and I enjoyed our stay here very much!!

We had a wonderful vacation in NH especially due to the beautiful condo we stayed in. Every morning we took a short walk to the beach at sunrise. We also enjoyed sitting out on the deck overlooking the pool as well. It was a short drive to most places of interest, shops and restaurants. Our host Sue was very responsive via text. The place was clean and full of many things to help make our stay special. We’ll definitely be back in the future.

We stayed at Jennifer’s place with my family over Christmas break. The condo was clean, recently renovated, tastefully decorated, close to the clubhouse. We’ve been coming to the Seasons for several years now. Jennifer’s place is one of my favorite. It was nice to have plenty of towels, bathroom essentials, paper towels, etc. We loved having Keurig coffee machine with plenty of k-cups. Overall, this was an excellent stay and we had a great time. We highly recommend Jennifer’s condo at the Seasons.

The location was perfect and just as described. Just a 2 min walk to the beach. Close to restaurants and other sites. Charming condo and perfect for 2 people looking for a little time away from it all. Highly recommend this location

We had a great time! Place was spotless. We skied Attitash, we walked through the tunnel to get to the mountain. Took us maybe 4 minutes at most! We're booked for next week too!
