Great location with private beach. You can use sups to swim around the lake. Very relaxing and quiet place. Host has a house close by, but during our stay nobody was there so we didn’t see a single person around. It was perfect getaway from city, people and technology. House has all you need, there is also a bbq grill outside.

Me and my friend stayed here and it was perfect. Easy 30 min walk to the train station, restaurants and an easy 10 min walk to the grocery store. Also there is a gas station 5 minutes away for any emergent needs but the Airbnb was fully stocked with essentials. Sintija was very accommodating and gave great recommendations for things to do. Would stay here again without hesitation

Very nice and beautiful place-living looks better than in the pictures. Everything was neat and ready for the visitors, even the furnace and the fireplace were already burning.

The stay at River House was divine. We went there with our family of four and had two separate bedrooms, it was peaceful around and had a lovely creek by the house. The interior is cozy and reminds you of the movie "Holiday", where you can soak up the atmosphere by the fireplace or by lighting a fire by the creek. There is a possibility to pay extra for the sauna and hot tub, which we totally recommend. If you can, stay for 2 nights, the host recommends local treasures to visit whilst you're there. Also, they are very responsive and help with anything you need. When you go to River House, you're worries don't come with you. There you go to rest and spend time with your loved ones.

We had a lovely 3 day stay and were provided with everything that could possibly be thought of. The communication was amazing and we went their knowing exactly how to get in to the place etc. As for the house itself , we were really balled over by the details that made the house such a great place for a romantic stay. We were there during winter therefore didnt get to use the beautiful garden space and grill but the fire that heated the whole house up more than made up for it! Thank you Sintija for a great stay that contributed to our first time in Latvia, we hope to be back again.

It was our second time staying at Kaspars' place and it was great again. The house is so beautiful, clean, cosy and well equipped, just perfect. And Kaspar was friendly and responsive. Great place to stay!
