Alex’s cabin was the perfect place we could have stayed for our late anniversary from the moment I booked Alex was attentive he recommended a few flower shops as I wanted to get something for her the place was calm and quite perfect for a getaway Alex also has a folder with local things to do we and foods overall the best time we’ve had as a couple would recommend 100% 5 stars everything was perfect.

We had a very relaxing and peaceful birthday getaway :) Would recommend staying here! The location is nice and not too far from lots of things to do and the host was so helpful and accommodating. We felt very safe and comfortable!

Stunning! If you’re looking for a beautiful, private, romantic getaway- you found it. The cabin was squeaky clean and beautifully designed. It felt so homey and had everything you’d need, even cards and puzzles! Close to trails, shops and food. Chad was kind and so responsive. Can’t recommend enough.

This cabin was just lovely and everything I wanted as a getaway vacation with my husband and our two teenagers. Very cozy vibe inside. The views were so serene, and it was truly beautiful and peaceful . We all enjoyed our time there, and would return in a heartbeat! Everything was well stocked, well cleaned, and had just about everything you would need while there. We made sure to stock up on food and beverages before we got there, and cooked inside and grilled outside a couple of times too. The roads leading there are very windy, and at times narrow and steep, so I would definitely recommend an AWD or 4WD vehicle when coming. Other than that, we had a great time and made some great memories! We would definitely love to come back.

My husband and enjoyed staying at the Knapp Thyme cabin. It was very clean and tastefully decorated. It felt like our home away from home! The kitchen was stocked with most anything that you would need to cook. Having the accessible ramp was so nice and the step-in shower! We did not have to climb any stairs to get to the cabin. We really enjoyed the hot tub. It was so relaxing to soak in the hot tub each afternoon/ evening when we returned home from our adventures. Our dog, Zeus enjoyed his time hanging out with us on the covered porch while we cooked our dinner on the grill and he enjoyed relaxing on the floor, in his little bed, while we relaxed watching tv on the comfy couch in the living room. We look forward to another visit soon!

Loved the cabin! Location was great - about 10 minutes from Blue Ridge. The screened deck with gas grill and patio heater made hanging outside nice even though it was raining pretty much the whole time we were there. View from the house was beautiful, and sound of the brook behind the house was very relaxing. We were able to end the evenings relaxing in the hot tub...Great place to get away and have some much needed relaxation. We would definitely rent from Ronnetta again! :)

The cabin was beautiful and nestled right in the mountains. It was clean and quiet and so peaceful. There is a rooster who crowed "politely" 😆... only 3 crows, not loud at all, at sunrise. If you want to hear him, you'll need to be "up before the rooster crows" so you can be outside and watch the sunrise or you'll miss it, his crow, and the experience 😉 The hot tub was nice to relax in and just what we needed on our Anniversary. We can't recommend any restaurant since we always cook ourselves but we heard they were excellent. The small town of Blue Ridge is not too far away and the local shops are not to be missed! You've gotta try Three Sisters Fudge! YUM! Jason was a great host and made our first getaway in many years, rememberable and comforting. We didn't want to leave. The price was well fitting and as hard as we both work, made it affordable for us, blue collar folk, to have a getaway that left a lasting impression. We will definitely be returning. Hopefully soon!

I absolutely loved my stay here. The drive is definitely hilly but the road is paved, so no problems there. The house was clean and cozy and the beds comfortable. My favorite part was relaxing on the screened porch while the rain gently fell and I could hear all the toads from the nearby pond. There’s some close-by neighbors but the trees afford privacy and the elevation made us feel well above everything. We enjoyed the outdoor fire pit one night while we roasted hot dogs and smores and star gazed. The best part of course is the fenced yard. My dog Darla had so much more space to chase the ball than our yard in the burbs and my older dog Gus loved patrolling the perimeter, spying on squirrels and wood peckers. We will absolutely come here again the next time we need a break from the city.

We enjoyed our stay very much at this cabin. It was just as pictured, clean, and easy to get to on a paved road. Checking in and out was clear and simple. Great place for families. My children loved running around in the backyard and we all had a great time hanging out by the fire pit and fireplace. Everything was in working order as well. Not too far away from town and on a street with all cabins. We would recommend to others.

My wife and I visited for a long weekend. The home was very clean and a convenient location to town and scenic areas. James + Nicole were very responsive. They kept in touch with us to see if we needed anything and wanted to make our stay the best it could be. The stairs back up to the house from the river are long but made well. It was definitely worth the trip down to the river. The covered deck is amazing. We brought our hammocks and placed them next to the water. The sounds of the flowing river and the quiet nature was exactly what we were looking for. The views from the back porch and bedroom French doors are so amazing. Opening the doors and feeling the breeze early in the morning is the best way to start the day. The kitchen was functional and had a great stock of utensils, spices, and cookware. We highly recommend this cabin and would certainly consider staying there again.

The cabin was beautiful. It felt very secluded while not actually being very far from the next cabin over and only a short drive back into town for forgotten items or last second needs from the local Walmart. Definitely will consider staying here next time I am back in the Blue Ridge area.

The cabin has wonderful views and plenty of different spaces to relax including the front deck with a fireplace, the fire pit or the hot tub. We thoroughly enjoyed them all! The cabin was very clean and cozy.

We loved escaping here for the weekend. It really is a perfect place to get away to.

This is how an AirBnB should be! You really get the feeling that this place is professionally ran. The property is well kept and clean. Private hiking trail with a little picnic area down by the river. It feels like a private campsite and even though there are other rentals on the property, We never really ran into anyone and we felt we had the place to ourselves. Downtown Blue Ridge is only a 10 min drive away and has a Walmart, Home Depot, and an Ingles grocery for anything you could need while you're in town. Pleasantly surprised with the restaurants. Definitely check out Whiskey & Water. Overall 10/10 would do again. In fact, considering booking a cabin for an extended stay.

This is a cute house that is clean and convenient to anything you'd want to do around Blue Ridge. The views are lovely and the hot tub was nice. The owners were very quick to respond when we asked a question. FYI, if you plan to use the grill, bring your own charcoal and lighter fluid as well as any oil you wish to use for cooking. All in all, we had a wonderful weekend getaway.

It was a wonderful place to stay! Lots of things to do while we were in the home, and everything was described accurately. Would stay here again!

We loved our weekend getaway - Laura and Todd were great hosts! The log house was spacious and had everything we needed. It was very private and had tons of space for the kids to run around. They really enjoyed seeing the cows, and Todd gave us a tour of the farm which was great. The area is beautiful and there are numerous great hiking spots just a short drive away. We would love to come back again!

This is the ideal get away with camping vibes that also offers a cozy cabin. The creek & waterfall offer natural tranquil surrounding and then you step into a cozy, well furnished & thoughtfully decorated cabin. The sounds of a creek & waterfall are audible all over the cabin. The king bed in the bedroom upstairs was hands down my fave along with the kitchen window views. There's so much good to say. Plan to cook or drive into Blue Ridge or Ellijay for shopping & dining. We cannot wait to return in the summer for playing in the creek with sweet Maggie.

Every thing I was looking for! An entire cabin with all modern appliances, fireplace, fenced in porch and spacious bedroom. The cabin is located in a very secluded area in the woods, offering so much privacy and seclusion. I enjoyed the mountain views as I relaxed in the hot tub.

We enjoyed our stay. It was very peaceful and comfortable to our family. The kitchen and the cabin was very equipped. The family games were a plus!

This stay was by far one of our favorite locations. The serenity is indescribable. Beautiful surroundings, great vibe, EXTREMELY comfortable bed. I could go on but I’ll run out of space. I sincerely hope to visit again soon!

Beautiful place, very peaceful. Lots to do all around, including within walking distance. I went solo and had a great time, strong wifi all around the compound.
