Family-friendly vacation rentals in Ocho Rios

ZYANI was recommended by dear friends. Our group of 7 rented the entire villa for 3 nights, and we'd all go back in a heartbeat. The focal point is the patio, directly on the ocean—it's stunning. The soothing sound of the ocean is a constant. The saltwater pool is perfect. Each bedroom is spacious, all with their own bathroom and nice little touches. If the ocean breeze isn’t enough, the ceiling and floor fans are good. We opted to hire a chef for our stay, and the meals they cooked for us were all fantastic. Stephanie and her team are friendly, attentive, and detail-oriented. The place is full of love and tranquility. I recommend you either drive or use Uber, as there's not much within walking distance. Stephanie recommended a small secluded beach nearby, and is less than a 10-minute drive. Other area attractions are 30 to 60 minutes away; Stephanie guided us on what to do (and, equally important, what to skip). Much love to Stephanie for creating a peaceful oasis in Ocho Rios! ♥️

Absolutely Beautiful place just far off from road not much taxi to choose from so the ones that come to you try to over charge for every trip and you have to report every guess that comes to the house you have no idea who is waiting at the gate for u for the ppl that wants to feel protected they would love it I love to get out and party we miss a lot of rides cause it was late night and I driver taxi couldn’t get thru to security but we absolutely loveddddd❤️the home

We booked this trip for my wife's 50th bday. She wanted luxury and relaxation. We got what we wanted and more. Javier, the owner was responsive to questions I had after booking. Once we got closer to the trip we were put in contact with Leyre who was also responsive to questions and gave us a clear outlook of what to expect. She put us in contact with our host/chef Anne Marie. We were met by Anne Marie upon checking in and this was by far the easiest check in I've ever had. The house was beautiful and spacious. Upon bringing in our bags we were greeted by rum punch and dinner and that set the tone for how this trip was going to go. The food was simply AMAZING!!! EVERYTHING she cooked was great. She went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. I cannot sing her praises enough. Just because of her we are planning our next trip back. Andrew the security guard was helpful as well. He made us feel safe and showed us a couple of other coves on the property. Great times!!!!!!

When first arrived it was nice and easy to check the front gate was helpful in letting us know of service, the communication was great with Ansel and kept me aware of the the area that it’s under some repair work and lets us know of other benefits and gave great insight about the area. I really enjoyed being close to the centre of everything and just really enjoyed the variety of things that I could do close to Margaritaville like he had mentioned closeto orb Beach orb beach and shopping and many other places and areas. Wonderful location, I recommend to anyone who love to be in the center of city. I do plan to come back again it was nice stay met many good people.

This is our second consecutive 3 month visit to this property. David is an amazing host! The location is unbeatable. A very short walk to Ocho Rios Bay Beach. Everything that you need is within walking distance. This includes grocery stores, restaurants, ATM's, etc. Margaritaville is directly across the street in a complex that has a number of restaurants, gift shops, tour operators, etc. We will definitely be returning to this property for another long term stay! My family and I spent a week at Wag Water Villa and it was just perfect. The view is spectacular. The house itself homey and always spotlessly clean. And the staff are the warmest, kindest people you could ever hope to meet. Chef Bailey has mastered the art of absolutely delicious food with world class presentation. Lorna was so efficient and sweet leaving us special notes and treats each night at turn down. And Linden ensured we were taken care of every second of every day with his calm and charming manner and great knowledge of the area. This is truly a special place and I recommend it very highly - you won’t want to leave!

What an amazing and beautiful place. Everything was picture perfect, as described, just breathtaking. Love the fact that it’s 24/7 security, the host was so responsive and it’s off the main road which is perfect!! I would definitely stay here again. No ac in the living room but that’s ok as we left the bedroom door open so it cools the living room down somewhat. Everything you needed was there even beach towels and complimentary water and coffee. Don’t hesitate to stay here! It’s everything and more!

Amazing apartment and lovely host Jason was always helping us With whatever we asked for He even supported us to set up a birthday party All in all definitely worth a stay. I highly recommend this place and will come back for sure

Second stay and it was just as good as the first time. This place is truly an oasis. It’s calm, serene and the surroundings are simply stunning. It’s literally right next to the beautiful Konoko falls. You can see the falls from all angles and it flows right into Homer’s home. The listing has all the comforts of home and the needed amenities. To top it off Homer and his staff were extremely responsive and accommodating in every way. They facilitated an early check in and last minute changes, which we truly appreciated. I’m also a big fan of the dog and the puppy. They’re adorable! My only regret was that my stay was too short. Thanks again Homer! See you later!

I have been to the property years ago (not Pat's apt) and was pleased that the surroundings are still well maintained. The beach is what could be described as a 'pocket beach' and there is a nice pool area. Pat's place is very comfortable with lovely views overlooking the pool and ocean which means a lot to me! Quiet and peaceful - great for re-charging the batteries. Marie, the housekeeper is indeed a 'keeper'! Very pleasant and responsive. There are some thoughtful touches including: (i) A good food starter pack to ensure you can have a meal or snack before checking out other options; (ii) a printer for those working on their manuscript (just joking re: the manuscript!); (iii) a hammock on the balcony. The property is within easy walking distance of a delightful Italian restaurant (PG's Toscanini) and a Jamaican restaurant. A small grocery store is in the vicinity to ensure that you can pick up a few items which you may have overlooked. Would definitely recommend Pat's place!!!

Thanks for the stay and warm welcome. beautiful and private air b&b with ocean view from front balcony in a quiet neighborhood. host was very responsive to any questions we had and quick to resolve anything that needed to be adjusted. very cozy home with all amenities (wifi,hot water,tvs,washing machine,towels). Definitely will be staying here again ❣️

My stay at this Airbnb was delightful from start to finish. The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating, making the check-in process seamless. The apartment itself was clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated, providing a comfortable retreat.

Ty's apartment was the 5th in the Sandcastle where I've been to, this was one of the best. If you are looking for a clean, spacious, refurbed, well equipped apartment, this is your place. Not facing to the pool, so not noisy, from the terrace you will have a nice view to the garden and to the sea.

Shane & Nahee's villa is beautiful! I have stayed here on a family vacation before, and I enjoyed it so much I returned. Check in was seamless, and the property is gorgeous, and extremely clean. It is fully furnished with everything you could ask for and more. Great AC, which is very important to me in a warm country. The pool bar was very relaxing, and the loation is stunning. You're minutes away from all the action in Ocho Rios. Would definitely recommend.

My stay at Calvin's place was great. Four of us stayed for two nights. Everything happened smoothly and efficently. Calvin communicated at each step of the way. We had to adjust our booking after the original booking was made, and he quickly accommodated us. He was very responsive and helpful. The place was clean and we had access to all the amenities advertised. It was easy to find the location, though it took a while for the security personnel to process us. I felt safe and comfortable. The ambience at Calvin's place was lovely and clear effort was put into organizing each room in a welcoming manner. We did not have warm water unfortunately because it was a very overcast weekend and the heater requires solar energy. There was also not enough towels for everyone, but the towels and toiletries were beautifully arranged. There was an iron, kitchen accessories, and an assortment of teas, 2 bottled waters and 2 beers were provided. We felt right at home. I highly recommend this spot!

We had a great time. The place was amazing. Great host, great location, very clean and functional for a long term stay.

Really lovely house. The staff really made our stay amazing. Very accommodating and beautiful souls. By the end of the week we were like family. Hope was just a blessing very helpful and Paulette as well willing make all the best dishes. Chinna the grounds man was always on time and protective even of critters. We will be back.

Being my first time at an air bnb , I must say I enjoyed every moment , the host was very responsive and the location remarkable , would definitely recommend.

The ambiance of the place was great, the hospitality was exceptional. The place has modern fixtures and appliances which was also a plus.

I must say I will definitely enjoyed staying here. Sophia was very responsive whenever we needed and responded within minutes most times. the place was very nice and clean and just what I needed to relax. the location is very close to attractions as well like dolphin cove eight rivers, Dunn river falls margarvill and other restaurants I'm also very thankful for her reccomendation for a driver... we came with no plan of what we wanted to do and the driver shane was so patient and accommodating with us. took us where ever we wanted to go as well as showed us around town. the only con I could think of is having to notify the front security whenever we had a family member or someone diffrent pick us up to let them in. but in the same breath it's probably the reason why the complex felt so safe. we went for frequent walks to the club house events/pool with no problem (if you're renting a car this wouldn't be an issue at all) thanks again! definitely would come back to stay here!
