Vacation rentals with an EV charger in Oceania

If anything I’d say this place undersells itself a little. It is a self contained property on a large, private, gated estate. Technically the photos are accurate but it doesn’t quite capture how private or peaceful the property is. The unit seems brand new and it feels professionally catered to. We couldn’t fault anything and we couldn’t think of a single suggestion to improve on the location. Our contact for the property was attentive, quick to respond, and very friendly in all communication. We make it back to the South Island every two years, and we expect that we’ll make a point of staying here again the next time.

Great host, very clean place. Has a garage which is very hard to find in a place this central. Host is very good to communicate with. Only drawback is the trains that pass right next to unit, particularly from 6am-8am

My mother-in-law and I were in Wellington to visit my son, who is attending Victoria University. The apartment was the perfect location for our visits to his flat, the Te Aro neighbourhood, Te Papa, and the Wellington CBD. The beds were comfortable and the furnishings were very tasteful. The well-equipped kitchen had everything we needed. We loved being able to see the water from the bedrooms and it was great to have the beach just a few steps away from us! This is my favourite part of Wellington and we will definitely be back for future visits!

Wow. What a spectacular house, very homey. Beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. Comfy beds, clean linens and bath towels, hot water and fully furnished kitchen. 1 AC for the entire home though fortunately it was not very hot. The neighborhood is safe and quaint. Center of town isn’t too far but things close relatively early. We would absolutely stay here again if we are in the area. Loved having access to washer and dryer.

The property was comfortable and spacious with generous, high quality inclusions and amenities. The location was perfect, close to the centre of town yet private and very quiet. The house is surrounded by a well kept leafy garden, with a barbecue area and a frequently visited bird bath. We couldn’t have been happier with our stay, and unanimously agreed that it was the best Airbnb experience we have ever had. Many thanks to Jodie and Brad for a memorable visit.

This is the second time our sports team have stayed at Barry's place. As per last year, everything about the place was excellent, as was the communication leading up to the booking. It is a shame the tournament is moving to Auckland next year, so we won't be able to return.

Shayne’s place is clean, easy to find, spacious and close to everything. Kitchen is provided with everything we need. Shayne is very responsive and provided us with lots of information. Will definitely recommend!

I recently stayed at a fantastic Airbnb in Waikiki and I can't recommend it enough! The host made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, especially with kids. The space was well-equipped and kid-friendly, which made our experience so much easier and enjoyable. Overall, this has been my favorite Airbnb so far! If you're looking for a great place to stay in Waikki, this is definitely the one to choose!

Thanks for a magical weekend in Anvaya

This is a nice one bedroom condo with lovely lanai. The building is older but the unit is remodeled nicely. Very clean and comfortable. The pool deck is good sized and there’s two hot tubs. The location is great! I wish there was a fan to block out the street noise, as it was a little loud at night. But otherwise this condo is stocked very well and had great beach amenities too. It’s a 5 minute walk from the beach and restaurants. There’s a coffee shop and little store in the building.

Harvey was a super host if there ever was one! We were arriving on the day of a tropical storm and Harvey and Rusty allowed us to check in early so we didn’t have to worry about checking in during the storm. Their place is beautiful and a great location with so many food options a walk away. We loved Maui Fish and Chips across the street. Not only did Harvey provide a wonderful guidebook with so many great suggestions but he messaged me with additional ideas during our stay. He was in awesome at communication! The condo itself was really beautiful and fun to sit outside and eat breakfast and spot a few whales in the very far distance. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the shower was great. It was well appointed and very clean and in a perfect location within a very short walk practically across the street. We loved our stay. I highly recommend staying with Harvey, it was exceptional!

Great accommodations. We loved hearing the waves crash at night. It was so lovely Kristina gave us a bottle of red wine. Such a nice personal touch. In a central location. Just be mindful of the parking lot is a bit narrow, but doable as long as you are careful.

The pictures and descriptions of this unit match what you actually get, the unit has 2 queen sized beds, and a sofa pull out. There’s a full size kitchen and it’s fully stocked in case you want to cook something. This unit comes with beach gear, there’s a storage locker also has a few things that will help you save a bit of money, it has a few beach chairs in there and some snorkeling gear amount other things. The condo was sparkling clean and having the parking pass was a very welcome bonus because street parking in the area is almost impossible to find and parking is $43 a day In the building. I wouldn’t hesitate to book this unit again.

Excellent location just blocks from the heart of Waikiki action, as well as many excellent food options on Kuhio ave. Unit has amazing sunset views, new kitchen and bathroom, and a very convenient sofa bed where the cushions don’t even have to be removed. Beach gear and towels were also provided. It was perfect for our small family. Things to note about the building - elevators can be slow. Mostly not an issue but give yourself time if you need to get somewhere at a certain time. Laundry is also $4 per cycle - so $8 to wash and dry, only quarters accepted. Front desk can assist w change. Given location, unit and building - I would stay here again!

I love how the location is very accessible and walkable to malls. I had a great time. Guards are very nice and easy to talk to. I will defenitely book it again. Thank you!
