House vacation rentals in Ocean Park, Santurce

Visited from Florida and I have to say this home was very beautiful! The inside looks as listed and everything matched what was written in the description. I had a few questions throughout my stay and the host had no issues answering them with fast responses. Samuel even recommended a few restaurants in the area to eat at! If you’re looking to book this home do not hesitate. As stated, the hosts do reside in a separate area of the home but you will have no run ins with them. Only thing I do recommend is getting a more updated stereo system that allows devices to connect via bluetooth otherwise everything was perfect! There’s quiet hours since the kitchen area is separate from the home but it still works out fine because there’s a microwave plus fridge/freezer in the upstairs area.

The host Cuyler was very helpful and helped us with anything we needed as soon as he possibly could! the place was very very nice and everything went so smooth.

This place matched the description. Very clean. Pool area clean and safe for kids, we bring two 4 years old and they enjoy it a lot. They got coolers, beach chairs and a umbrella that way as a guest you can save money when going to visit some places since you have to rent all that. Parking is very important in PR in this AirBNB this is not a problem: Private garage with two spots and if you have more than two cars they can park outside the home without any problems. I would rent this place again👊🏼🇵🇷

One of the best Airbnb experiences!!! We had a big group stay here and we all loved this place, Fernando was amazing and responsive and great communication! Neighborhood was awesome and beach was terrific! Lots of food options around and restaurants that we loved and the recommendations they told us were right on! Frances place was super clean, very beautiful, very spacious, and had tons of amenities (pool toys, high chair, grill, towels, sunscreen, etc). You will need a vehicle to get around as this is not close to local shops, restaurants, or bars. If ypu are a light sleeper, be aware that you are staying very close to the airport and do hear planes overnight, and apparently Carolina is fond of their roosters, at all times of the night. If you are a light sleeper, bring ear plugs. Overall we liked this place because we were traveling with a small child and wanted the convenience of being close to the airport rather than in the thick of things. Frances was very helpful and responsive and the instructions to check in were very easy.

loved our stay! centrally located, only 10 minutes to the airport, and San juan. Everything looked even better in person. the host was absolutely amazing and accommodating. The silent electric generators were a blessing since we stayed during the new years even blackout. would highly recommend!!

Will definitely come back and will recommend to friends and relatives. It felt like a home away from home.

We had a great stay at this house! It was fairly clean, located in a nice, walkable neighborhood, and perfect for a larger group. The host was very communicative and quick to respond, which made the whole experience smooth. Overall, it’s a solid option if you’re looking for a spacious place in a convenient location!

The location is great for those that want to be near San Juan and general Metropolitan area. We went for a destination wedding planning trip to meet with vendors and this location was convenient due to the proximity to many of our appointments. Most travels were 10-20 minutes away.

We loved the architecture and indoor/outdoor space, and the location is perfect for exploring any part of Old San Juan, as well as a short 25 min walk to a beautiful local beach. Like anyplace in the area, the surroundings can be loud and the buildings are old, but as long as you understand and embrace all that comes with it as part of the experience, you will love it.

Everything you needed was there and close walking distance to the beach and local restaurants. Air conditioners works very well in the bedrooms. Loved sitting on the front patio area. The beach that is walking distance is so pretty. Highly recommend staying in Santurce and at Enrique’s casita.

awesome place to stay, exactly like pictures, neighborhood looks wired initially as we were in PR first time then realize this is how it is and get use to of it, close to airport and lot of other things, had an awesome stay no issues at all so many things to list that were great - will definitely stay again to this same place.

Puerto rico was a great visit, as well as this location. Host was very responsive and helped as much as he can.

Sylvette's house was beautiful and spacious for our family of 7. She and her husband Juan were very nice, responsive and accommodating. Sulvette even had hot fresh bakery bread waiting for us at the house when we arrived. They were quick to respond to any question or concern. The house was super clean, smelled amazing and provided many towels for daily use and for the beach. My family and I had a great time there and would recommend our friends to stay there as well. We hope to book Sylvette's house in the future.

Maria was super friendly and responsive. Always made herself readily available especially with the late arrival my group had coming to Puerto Rico! Villa Turquesa is such an amazing property with all the amenities a family would need while staying in Puerto Rico! I would definitely book again thank you Maria for the hospitality!

Jennifer and Thays were great hosts! Stayed here with my family & enjoyed the stay. It was clean, comfortable and private (garage for rental). Location was ideal for late flight / Old San Juan visit (would just bring air buds for plane noise at night). The domino table was a plus 😊 Would recommend for your stay!

Both Chris and Elsie were both responsive when I had a question. Love the fact that the home is in a gated community. The home is honestly just like the pics but, a bit better! Definitely enough room for at least 8! There is Walmart, Walgreens, shopping strip and mall all within 8 minutes driving. When we come back if we are coming to this part of PR Definitely will be staying here. It's only about 1/2 hour from San Juan Tmobile arena. Wish we had more time there!! Great place! Easy walk to the ferry for day trips into Old San Juan. It's worth mentioning that the place is under the approach path for the airport, if that's something that bothers you. However, we enjoyed the plane spotting from the pool and had a great stay!

This was my favorite airbnb experience of my life. The house is so unbelievably comfortable, everything is almost 15 minutes to anything you possibly want to do on the island, I got to see so many beautiful animals right behind the house, the sun rises RIGHT ALONG THE BACKYARD, and the host / entire family were SO WARM AND WELCOMING! I knew it was going to be a great stay when the very first day our host showed up to our house with a freshly cut papaya that they just took down that morning. It was so unbelievably fresh and delicious. My girlfriend and I also had the privilege of staying here during the infamous New Year’s Eve blackout!!! We were so lucky that the house had a back up generator and that everything we possibly needed, the host made sure of. It was pretty hard to find food on New Year’s Eve, and the host came by with a plethora food for us. I can’t get over how intimate the stay was & I can’t wait to come back & experience it again!!This stay is how airbnb SHOULD BE :)
