The exclusivity of the property is the private wellness area with wood-burning sauna and hydromassage, which can be used at any time. The fully heated interior spaces, the spacious living room, the professional kitchen and the presence of private bathrooms for each room, make it ideal for large groups and for long periods. The area also offers plenty of hiking and skiing opportunities for mountain lovers. We'll definitely be back!

Kevin's cottage is a place of immeasurable beauty for those looking for an enchanted place immersed in the nature and silence of the privacy of a protected area in the beauty of nature. All this perfect and great communication for any need. We'll be back soon !

I really recommend the Rössl Nest to everyone. Roberto was very accommodating and always available. The small chalet is really just fantastic and totally cozy. Of course, the hot tub is an absolute highlight, especially after long days outside in the snow. The area is great too, you can reach everything very quickly. It was also great that dogs were allowed and so welcomed. We were totally thrilled and would be happy to come back!

Amazing experience! Immersed in the greenery and having the mountains around,a spectacular passageway. The wooden barrels are located in a campsite, very quiet. So the conditions are those of a real campsite.. bathroom and shower shared with all the people of the campsite. Anyway, for those who love nature but want to have the same comforts of home and the perfect structure! Very comfortable bed,and the spaces inside are more than enough. Warm atmosphere..and the jacuzzi outside a really gem.. hot water and relaxation guaranteed! For couples, it's really special as an experience.

More than a wonderful place and a cozy home, we found a very kind and loving hostess. The house is perfect even for long stays, well equipped kitchen, comfortable bedrooms and impeccably clean. The cottage is inside a national park, with incredible scenic views. The cabin is less than an hour away from the Folarida ski resort. We faced some challenges to arrive by car, the chains we rented were not enough. For those who go in the winter, I recommend winter tires. Mr. Franco was always very helpful in picking us up at the parking lot where we left our car. The breakfast is wonderful and Mrs. Maria is always very kind in welcoming us every day. Furthermore, I have no words to thank you Franco’s family for all the help they gave us with a problem we had with our car. I really hope to come back again.

Very cozy and clean accommodation, with everything you need for a few days of rest and tranquility. Winter sports and hiking opportunities at the front door. We felt very welcome and comfortable.

A truly beautiful location. Close to the lift and restaurants of piste 85 (Alpe Cermis), yet very quiet and private. The view of the valley is breathtaking, the terrace full of sun. And you can ski directly there on your skis. The communication is very friendly and attentive. Allessandro is very helpful. The house itself is clean, but slightly old-fashioned in terms of bathroom and kitchen (see photo's). We think this Chalet has an excellent price/quality balance and can highly recommend the Chalet. Tips for your stay: - Online you can buy tickets with a 10% discount. - The slope is for a novice to intermediate skier. Try the 75,88,76,84,74,87 (long + descend 1400 meters (!)). - A day trip to Latemar is definitely worth it (but much busier) - The ski rental near the chalet is much friendlier and cheaper than the one downstairs (+10% discount). - Try Tiramisu at Baita Tonda and fresh pizza at Eurotel Hotel. We would for sure recommend the Chalet!

We had a lovely stay, the cabin is well equipped and Anton was available and responsive. Hiking departures are in direct proximity to the accommodation which is very convenient. The city center is about a 20/25 minute walk but the return is sporty as it is uphill.

We stayed at Marco's house a group of 12 friends. The house had everything we needed for a weekend in the mountains. What we liked was the outdoor area where we could make a BBQ and turn on the fire pit. I think Marco should update the photos as the house is better than what is shown in the listing. Marco was always attentive to our needs and doubts.

Giordano was a very friendly host and helped us get to the cabin, as our SUV unfortunately had problems on arrival. He welcomed us in a family and we felt right at home. Due to the secluded location, it is the perfect place to escape all the stress and easy to switch off. The hiking and biking region is breathtakingly beautiful! Glad to come back.

Super quaint and completely secluded cabins from the past, but with the necessary luxury: electricity, running water, warm showers,.. Great mix! If you want to relax undisturbed in nature, can operate the wood stove (we were in October and it was already a little fresh), this is the place for you. Small and larger hike and mountain tours can be taken from the cabin. Right next door there is an interesting museum village with historical explanations. We enjoyed it very much and will be back.

I'm basically very critical but everything was just perfect here. The host understands what it's coming up. You want to feel at home and not always leave the apartment if something is missing. Nothing was missing here. Kitchen perfectly equipped. There was nothing missing. I like to cook and was able to measure everything very well. Even the variety of appliances, utensils was just perfect. The apartment (self-contained building) is spacious, large. Located very central, a few minutes walk to the pedestrian zone for lifestyle and strolling. Very dog friendly. My wuff was also comfortable. Missing the garden now, where it was allowed to be free. We would definitely love to come back because the hospitality and quality convinced us.

As always, it was wonderful - sun full on the terrace and right on the slopes. Great that there is also a dishwasher now! :)

The house was absolutely fantastic for us. It was quiet and private and really nice. With a beautiful view and everything you need in the house for a pleasant stay. Matteo, the host, is a fantastic friendly guy and always willing to help.

Our vacation at Barbara's was just fantastic! The apartment was cozy and well equipped, we immediately felt comfortable. The location was ideal for us to take various hikes. Particularly noteworthy is your warm hospitality. Barbara was always available and gave us valuable tips for excursions and restaurants. It was nice to see that you took care of our well-being. We very much enjoyed staying in your apartment and can fully recommend it. Thanks for this great experience - we will be happy to come back! Our vacation at Mary's was really great. The Check Inn was completely straightforward and the apartment was very nice. In the bathroom there was a basket with rehearsals and utensils. There were also small jams and biscuits in the kitchen. A folder with all the possibilities the area has to offer. Mary and her sister were always available. We would also like to thank you again for the great help when our son had an MTB accident. Mary immediately got in touch with the rescue ladder, rolled, and actively helped make our son comfortable as possible. Check out was also completely straightforward. We'll give here 6 out of 5 stars and 'd love to come back.

What can I say... we had a great time , the house is cozy and gives a lot of peace and regeneration, for children the outdoor space is also superlative! Lia is beautiful , attentive and gives you serenity ! We'll be back 😍
