This house is in a great location with beautiful views and walkable access to the Cathedral Rock trail head. This house is pretty and very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to visiting Sedona again!

I had an amazing stay at Jason's place. Amazing views!! The property was incredibly clean, modern, and beautiful, exactly as described. The home has everything you could possibly need. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the host was very responsive. Overall, this was an outstanding experience, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay in Sedona.

We came up with another family to go to the Verde Canyon Railroad for Christmas. Only about 10-15 minutes into town and to lots of activities like Out of Africa, Downtown Cottonwood, and the railroad. Incredible views from the front and back of the house. Super peaceful and private location. Kids loved exploring the different levels outside. Would definitely recommend for a little getaway!

We had three generations in our group - ages 1 to 78. Everyone was comfortable and enjoyed the stay. The outdoor play equipment was great for the 3 year old. Kitchen was well equipped.

This was a lovely place. We stayed two nights and would have loved to stay longer! Very clean and inviting. Kitchen was ready and easy to use with all needed cooking accessories. Coffee and cream readily available was a plus. Laundry was easy to use with detergent availabile. Lots of comfy seating.

The inside was comfortable and cute! The room was bigger than I expected from the photos! The view is beautiful, I didn’t want to leave it!

Our stay here was just what we needed. Close to pickup locations for our outings at Grand Canyon and a hot air ballon ride and walkable to many restaurants right around the corner. This home was close to the main road and just a few minutes driving to get into uptown Sedona but the neighborhood itself is so quiet and peaceful, you get the best of both worlds. Brandon gave such a great list of recommendations, we had so much to choose from and they did not disappoint. And to top it all off, the views from this home are so stunning we could’ve sat on the balcony all day.

Great place-simple but perfect. Loved the 2 separate bedrooms and 2 baths. Quiet, low traffic area, but close to everything.
