Ideal solution for a long weekend.

We only booked the house for 2 nights, but it was also enough to really relax and feel the unique vibe of the place. The house was well-equipped-we didn't miss anything, and we even had more than we expected. There are many activities for children and adults alike in the backyard around the house. So it's worth visiting this place when it's warm and taking full advantage of the available amenities. We were in the late fall and it was still beautiful. Host Zbigniew was very kind, helpful, and always available, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you so much and we will definitely be back!

Cottage located in a charming place, view from the terrace beautiful :-) Well equipped, with all necessary equipment. A fenced-in backyard, especially important when staying with a dog. Good location close to walking trails and trails. The only downside for those who don't like to walk may be that the cottage is on a hill. It wasn't a problem for us 😃 we recommend

Very nice location of the building. The house is located in a quiet place, where you will find plenty of peace and quiet for relaxation. We didn't miss anything here. A barbecue and a large garden are available. The house has two bathrooms, which was a big plus. The owner was very friendly.

Great weekend, the cottage offers complete privacy. A place behind the house fully prepared for a feast or campfire with stargazing. A communicative host, a place as described, and the opportunity to buy local products from the host! Best regards, and I recommend!

Great location, check-in was a little problematic as we arrived in the dark, it took us a while to recognize the cabin. Beautiful nature all around. The kitchen is well-equipped. TV with no problems with netflix, disney+, spotify, youtube. Everything as planned. We'd love to come again!!

Nice, clean accommodation with parking and a well-equipped kitchen, which is rare. A harder mattress, which was convenient for us, for our visit 💪 Only the ticking hours went to the bathroom for the night 😁 but it's a private problem, it may not bother everyone and can be easily resolved. I recommend the accommodation!

We highly recommend THIS DoM. The house is fully equipped, additional experiences on the property include a sauna and a banya. The perfect place for a trip with a larger group in the Owl Mountains. Direct trail to the Great Owl about 2 km from the house. The car can be parked for the whole weekend, walking distance to shops and restaurants in the nearby town of Sokolec. The atmospheric porch overlooking the garden was our favorite place to spend evenings. Efficient and quick communication with the host. Thank you for your hospitality.

Amazing stay, there was nothing missing. The pool is large and clean. Everything is beautiful and well maintained. The house is large and clean with several bathrooms. Lots of entertainment options. (basketball, football, handball, swimming tires, Playstation,.... ) Only one ping pong table was missing. (but wasn't important to us) Definitely worth the price. There is nothing negative to report.

Cottage clean, well-equipped. There is a sauna, fire pit, barbecue. 2 rooms upstairs, living room with kitchen and bathroom downstairs. Rooms are cozy and clean. Basic kitchen equipment. Highly recommend, for mobile or not ( bus nearby). If you value peace of mind, this is the place for you

An atmospheric cottage in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood. Forest, nature, no people, fireplace, fire pit, grill, large living room, well-equipped kitchen, large bedrooms. Very good cell phone coverage and wifi . Clean and comfortable. Far from the store, but close to the Bouda for beer ;) Very helpful and communicative host. Flexible check-in and checkout times. The perfect place to unwind in nature with family or friends. Doesn't want to leave here... I want to come back :)

Beautiful creekside house with outdoor seating. We very much appreciated the 2 bathrooms and the full kitchen. The owner was always quick to respond. There was even wood in the fireplace when we arrived. There's just nothing to complain about. A short walk from the house is an open-air museum, as well as a signpost with marked trails.

Cottage Marty is located at the end of Rokytnice and is a true oasis of peace. But it's very easy to access. It offers a large space "to the enclosure" both inside the cottage and outside :) For a stay with children, it is an ideal accommodation - there are lots of toys and a place to play in the cottage. Indoor facilities are sufficient. Marta and her colleague, with whom we communicated on the spot, were very welcoming and helpful. 100% recommend for those who want to relax in the outdoors with children (but also without them).

Great place, surprising and unique. The entire large area provides guests with plenty of privacy, a fire pit, and hammocks. The idea itself - an authentic bunker, hidden in greenery, a terrace, a whole lot of land around - a children's paradise - we were with 7 years old and was delighted. The house was spacious, comfortable, the fireplace, despite the nice weather, was very useful (it reduced the humidity, warmed up in colder weather) additionally made it pleasant to stay in the kitchen. In general, a place with a lot of potential, the amenities announced by hosts will make your stay even more attractive. Full freedom to drive in and out. Close to the Lagoon - walking distance, lots of trails and tourist attractions nearby. I will definitely be recommending to friends, especially those with children!
