The place was fabulous, exactly how it was presented in pictures. Had all the amenities as listed. I would say you will feel at home staying here, the rooms were cozy and clean. Bathrooms were spotless and overall we had a great experiance staying. Please don't think twice before booking the place if you see it book it.

Great place! Very friendly and helpful hosts. They welcomed me and made me feel at home more than any other Airbnb. There is also a good restaurant downstairs with a fire pit in the back. Highly recommended!

Excellent stay. Streets are narrow and somewhat difficult to travel sometimes, make sure you are not in a hurry 😉

I had a great stay in this apartment ! I could have stayed there for months because I felt so good in it. The sun coming into the accommodation is a very positive point during the winter, as well as the very pleasant rooftop ! The accommodation also has several warm blankets. Everything is well thought out. The kitchen is perfect for cooking. I also celebrated Christmas in this accommodation, in good company and we were able to cook without any problem. Aashraya was a great host, and also a guest for Christmas ! I will keep very good memories of my stay in Kathmandu, partly thanks to this superb place and the friendliness of Aashraya. 😀

Pratima was so wonderful. She took me to the local market on my first morning and helped me orientate, pointing out where to get groceries and useful local tips. The view from the apartment was fabulous. The beds were very comfortable and the showers were hot. Great to have air conditioning too.

The furnishings have improved since our stay about a year ago, and we were able to live even more comfortably than before. The owner was as kind and helpful as before. If I have the opportunity to visit Kathmandu in the future, I would like to use this room again. Thank you very much.

I love this place! Riwaz was so helpful, he was here to meet me even though I arrived quite late in the evening. He's been a great host the entire time, so easy to communicate with. The space looks exactly like the pictures, the location is beautiful, super close to many temples and great restaurants, everything in walking distance. I loved staying here ✨

This charming, cozy room was located in a gated complex. There is a kitchen and bar located directly on the property that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. Chef Nir will also be opening a bakery very soon. The location is one block behind the stupa and there is no shortage of restaurants and shopping. Sonam was exceptionally helpful in responding to my questions.

Serenity Stay is located within the Boudha stupa compound and offers a full view of the stupa from the bedrooms. The location is ideal if you want to enjoy the view of the stupa and do the circumambulation. The apartment has a washer and drying rack, making it easy to do laundry. There is also an electric fireplace, which is great for winter. The shower is good, and hot water is readily available. Jamphel, the host is extremely friendly and helpful. He is also very responsive to any questions. Overall, we enjoyed our time at Serenity Stay, and we would definitely stay there again.

It looks neat and clean, is located in a side street and therefore quite quiet at night. The hostess is easy to reach in case of problems and is very friendly. The roof terrace is also very idyllic and freely accessible.

I recommend all looking for a place to live in Kathmandu, Nepal, to choose Raju’s place coz it’s the best one and the host is super-friendly. The place is both peaceful and near to the hub of the city. Strongly recommended to all the Airbnb guests from all corners of the world.
