The place was fabulous, exactly how it was presented in pictures. Had all the amenities as listed. I would say you will feel at home staying here, the rooms were cozy and clean. Bathrooms were spotless and overall we had a great experiance staying. Please don't think twice before booking the place if you see it book it.

Great place! Very friendly and helpful hosts. They welcomed me and made me feel at home more than any other Airbnb. There is also a good restaurant downstairs with a fire pit in the back. Highly recommended!

My parents had a wonderful stay at this place! The property was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. They especially appreciated the peaceful surroundings, thoughtful amenities. The host was incredibly kind and responsive, making sure everything was perfect for their visit. I had a great stay in this apartment ! I could have stayed there for months because I felt so good in it. The sun coming into the accommodation is a very positive point during the winter, as well as the very pleasant rooftop ! The accommodation also has several warm blankets. Everything is well thought out. The kitchen is perfect for cooking. I also celebrated Christmas in this accommodation, in good company and we were able to cook without any problem. Aashraya was a great host, and also a guest for Christmas ! I will keep very good memories of my stay in Kathmandu, partly thanks to this superb place and the friendliness of Aashraya. 😀

Pratima was so wonderful. She took me to the local market on my first morning and helped me orientate, pointing out where to get groceries and useful local tips. The view from the apartment was fabulous. The beds were very comfortable and the showers were hot. Great to have air conditioning too.

The furnishings have improved since our stay about a year ago, and we were able to live even more comfortably than before. The owner was as kind and helpful as before. If I have the opportunity to visit Kathmandu in the future, I would like to use this room again. Thank you very much.

Sachin is a great host. His wife also explain everything very clearly through the check-in process. The place is comfy, i felt like home right away. I love how they set everything up. The balcony is very helpful for a smoker like me. Thank you for being a great host and take care of the property really well. If i come back to Nepal, i definitely will stay here again.

I love this place! Riwaz was so helpful, he was here to meet me even though I arrived quite late in the evening. He's been a great host the entire time, so easy to communicate with. The space looks exactly like the pictures, the location is beautiful, super close to many temples and great restaurants, everything in walking distance. I loved staying here ✨

This appartment was so beautiful. Regan was out of town, so his brother Sayam handled the check-in and was our contact. He greeted us at the property and gave us a thorough and informative walk-through of the space. the views are incredible, the rooms are super clean and nice, and overall it was such a great taste of living right by Patan Durbar Square. Sayam even let us stay an extra few hours until our flight, because they happened to not have any new guests arriving that day, and it was so super appreciated. I highly recommend this listing!

This charming, cozy room was located in a gated complex. There is a kitchen and bar located directly on the property that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. Chef Nir will also be opening a bakery very soon. The location is one block behind the stupa and there is no shortage of restaurants and shopping. Sonam was exceptionally helpful in responding to my questions.

Excellent host, the house is new, location is very near Buddha Stupa… host been sooooo helpful , found us Taxi, allowed late check out due to late flight… will absolutely come again, see you🙏

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. It's spacious and comfortable with stable internet. They have a very lovable dog that makes the apartment feel more like home. The area is safe and very walkable . For those visiting with children, Oops Nepal is 3 minutes away walking and our son loved it there. It's a huge and very modern trampoline park and arcade. Bipul and his family are very kind and accommodating. The only negative for us I would mention needs updating in the description is a washing machine is listed but not available.We are family of backpackers who visited during Dashain when all the laundromats were closed for a week. We had to go purchase additional clothing which we then had to leave behind.

Serenity Stay is located within the Boudha stupa compound and offers a full view of the stupa from the bedrooms. The location is ideal if you want to enjoy the view of the stupa and do the circumambulation. The apartment has a washer and drying rack, making it easy to do laundry. There is also an electric fireplace, which is great for winter. The shower is good, and hot water is readily available. Jamphel, the host is extremely friendly and helpful. He is also very responsive to any questions. Overall, we enjoyed our time at Serenity Stay, and we would definitely stay there again.

It looks neat and clean, is located in a side street and therefore quite quiet at night. The hostess is easy to reach in case of problems and is very friendly. The roof terrace is also very idyllic and freely accessible.

He is a great host, always helpful and responsive. The place is clean , there’s good restaurant within 1-2 minutes reach. Thamel is 10-15 min by motorbike.He even invited me to the terrace for a barbecue. I recommend this host to everyone. Everything was great. This place has policy that you will need to return home by 11 pm, if that works for you, this is definitely worth it.

Manish’s apartment was as per the description. It’s a cozy apartment with every facility you need. Cold evening in Kathmandu was not a problem with A/C and a heater making the apartment warm. Security was very nice. Sumit from casa deyra, was also greatwith communication. No hassle in check-in and check-out. Overall, very nice stay. Would definitely book this place for my next visit and recommend for my friends.

Amit was an excellent host! Super friendly, responsive and helpful. The location is also great if you're looking for a stay close to the city but a little more removed for a peaceful and local feel! The place was just as described, very homey :)
