The 3 night stay was great, the villa is beautiful, Ideal to rest and enjoy with the family. The house is large and has utensils necessary for cooking. Do not expect luxury or glamour, but enjoy the tranquility of an old house in a privileged place in SJB, where birds sing at dawn and silence predominates after 23 hrs( where the game ends on a football field in the vicinity). The villa is now, one of my favorite places to rest during the holidays when I go to visit my family. the Host served us very well. I recommend it.

We live great days at Silvia's home. We were received by Mr. Silvio, her father, who during the entire stay was very helpful and attentive to us. The village gave us lemons, caipiras eggs, jabuticaba, chayote.. all of the house, which makes it even more special. The place is excellent for pets, as it is all walled and lawn. We take great advantage of the leisure area, especially the swimming pool, which is warm due to solar heating and, despite having neighbors on both sides, the house is very private. As the kitchen is open, we were careful to keep the garbage always closed and the food stored, so we had no problems with the cats, as some have said here. The house is located in a more residential area, but very close to the city and the shops. We visit the Casa do Portinari and the city of Batatais and we recommend the tours! Since the region is very hot, prepare to face some bugs, but nothing that a repellent does not solve. Silvia and Mr. Silvio, thank you!

We were made to feel very welcome, space with good location and quiet. The atmosphere was clean, comfortable rooms, the very good outdoor area with a swimming pool, barbecue and pool, all in great condition. Helpful host, responds fast, very requested. I recommend the space.

The stay was very nice, the pool was always very clean, the night had plenty of rubber, body repellent valley and outlet to relieve. It didn't turn out to be a problem but it bothered you. One of the showers the water is very weak, not making it impossible to shower, but it bothers. We miss a fan inside the house, there is one on the balcony that is perfect, if there was another one in the room it would be of great help, it was very hot and hardly circulated the air through the kitchen/living room. We miss a TV too, the listing warns that it does not have, but it would be a welcome improvement point. In the season of a lot of rain, watch out on the road, we got to bump up next to the house gate, luckily after about 10 minutes we managed to wither the tires and put on the woods we found. Is close to the plantation and we can see several employees passing in front of the house which diminishes privacy a little, and depending on the season should bother the noise..
