Great location, peaceful right on the beach. Relaxing time. Couple of good restaurants on property. Just know that you’re probably about 2 hours outside of the city, and about 30 minutes from the closest town to do any shopping.

The apartment is located in an area worth spending as a family, as it has an appropriate social area to go with children as well as play areas for children. Pool access is super easy and close to the apartment. The restaurant has a variety of food and delights. The atmosphere is very cozy and exclusive. Mrs. Isel's attention was of quality and made us feel at home at all times.

The apartment is neat, pretty nice, well equiped, has a beautiful view to the ocean. The place has several pools and beach front. Includes parking and the apartment has everything you need. Always bring shampoo as long they have body wash available.

I felt as if I was in paradise at Carlos's place. The place is HUGE and well-maintained. The furnishings were nice, the kitchen was top-notch, the beds were comfortable, and the bathrooms were perfect with tubs in two of them and bidets in all three of them. There was even a half-bath. The upscale washer/dryer was a plus. This apartment felt more like staying in a house. Did I mention the pool right below the apartment..... The view of the golf course and a small view of the ocean from the large balcony, made it so relaxing with a cup of coffee or a good book. Vista Mar is an extremely beautiful area. Coronado was only about a 10-15 minute drive so it was very convenient to get to fantastic restaurants, shops and beaches. The security was great, and Carlos was a wonderful hosts... very responsive and polite. If I didn't have to return to the States, I surely would have stayed longer. I highly recommend staying here and will gladly return if the opportunity presents itself.

The location is perfect, everything is flawless, the house is well equipped with everything you need. Roger was very attentive, making sure that we had everything necessary for a comfortable stay.

Amazing experience! The house is lovely and full of details that make it special. It's very comfortable, with all the implements you need to feel at home. The decor is cozy, and each space has a special touch that highlights its charm. The views are spectacular, perfect for enjoying the mountainous environment and relaxing. Definitely an ideal place to disconnect and connect with nature. We hope to be back soon!

An excellent place to spend a family vacation, 100% recommended. Everything is very clean, tidy and in excellent condition. If you are, like me, of those chasing the mosquitoes I recommend to be away from the house after 6pm. I think it was by the rainy season.

Excellent place. Amazing food. Very responsive host. Peaceful beach. Very well stocked kitchen. A few minor issues: the spa buttons were temporarily broken so to run the heat we had to text the host. But he was very responsive. The neighborhood has barking dogs, and a few right across the street, which can get a bit noisy. There is bag toss, which is nice, but the bags are leaking sand. Our only recommendation is to be sure of your number of guests upon reservation. The $40 per guest after the reservation is excessive for the minimal amount of cleaning required for per person for a night. This is an amazing house for a large group and we would reserve again. The highlight was the food that Emelda makes. Just delicious. And the host is extremely responsive and helpful.

Really nice place to stay!

I spent a few days with my family and everything perfect. to highlight the cleanliness of the place, proximity of the apartment to the pool and the beach just steps away. Very friendly host and attentive to everything, we will come back for sure.

I have stayed at this place several times. I recommend it for the tranquility, location, attention of Mr. Raúl always attentive. The place is just as shown in the pictures. If they like to spend as a family this is the place to stay. Thank you very much for everything

My husband and I spent a week at Eugenia's place and it was absolutely wonderful! Eugenia answered any questions quickly. The balcony is perfect for relaxing and watching the ocean and birds flying by. The pools were always clean, the pool snack bar was super convenient, as well as the beach bar. The beach was clean and never crowded with loungers available. The restaurant at this location had great food and service - and the prices were in line too. Eugenia's place was very clean when we arrived, the kitchen is great for cooking with sharp knives and good cookware. You can buy groceries in Coronado at two major supermarkets about 7-10 minutes away by taxi or Uber. There are also several nearby restaurants. The bed was very comfortable, and the unit was designed to have the balcony sliders wide open with the kitchen windows open (which face a lovely mountain view) for a delightful cross breeze. We will definitely be back!

Excellent stay and Philip's place. If you are looking to spend some quality, relaxing time with family, look nowhere , this the place. It is very quiet, in front of the beach. The apartment is comfy, and have everything you need for your stay.

This apartment is very beautiful and complete with everything you need to have a very pleasant stay. it has a spectacular view of the Cerro Chame and the beach. It's the 2nd time we stay in and for sure, God willing, we'll come back. The boys at Garita and Reception are very friendly and make you feel at home, the Royal Palm is definitely still the favorite for our vacations.

We loved it, we were with my wife and son, Jorge Luis was always very attentive to answer concerns, very cozy and comfortable the apartment, its location the best in addition to its beautiful view!
