Lovely apartment literally right on the beach, I was able to fall asleep listening to the waves crashing on the sand, that alone was worth the price! Host was very flexible and kind, offering me a good price for a 2 week stay. Only negative experience I had was the lack of a proper bathroom (it's a traditional shower where you stand on the floor next to the toilet to shower) and the apartment is on the 3rd floor with no lift - if you are disabled or have young children access will be difficult. Great apartment once you're inside, spacious, quiet and very well equipped with everything you would need for an enjoyable stay - would recommend 👍

The apartment looked nice from the photos, but when we arrived we were shocked!!! It was all perfect, awesome decor throughout the house, the children's room was amazing with quality toys and furniture. Equipment for everything and all the needs of a family. You rarely get a home like this. Sophie was friendly, prompt, and very willing to host. Thank you very much. Our children enjoyed it very much and we of course enjoyed it.

Great stay! The place was within walking distance to everything we did. The apartment was easy to find, spotless, great location in the city Center. When we arrived the streets around was very busy and we thought it was going to be busy at night but it was quiet enough. Grocery store across the street was great as well as several bakeries and restaurants close by. All n all very ideal. It is on the 6th floor of the building and the lift is from the 60s so we walked up and down rather than taking it which was some good exercise.

There were two of us in the apartment for 9 days. It was exactly as shown in the photos. The location is great, the sea within sight 20 m away. Everything you could possibly need is within walking distance. Check-in is totally easy, Armin's instructions are clearly understandable. Armin is a great host who responds very quickly and also gives good tips and information.

Impeccable hospitality and communication with the host. Detailed instructions for using the house and all the accessories. The house in great condition from all points of view. Very comfortable beds, sofas, bathroom, and incredible cleanliness. So I go to Thessaloniki I don't play to go to stay anywhere other than Ria!

Joanna's place was absolutely perfect for us. Great views, all the amenities you would need, and A/C in every bedroom. We were also working during our travel and it was really easy to put up our laptops on the dining table, and the wifi was stable and strong.

This was truly a pearl at the coast! Thomais and her sister Maria were really really friendly and accommodating! Waking up in the morning with a sea view and breeze was so great and watching beutiful sunsets from a patio. Really great stay at the vila that had everyone for a relaxing get away. I would love to come back!

If you find a wonderful place to stay in Greece, you are reading the right page. Great host, fantastic location and the views, close to the airport and a lot of lovely restaurants along the coast. We really loved the balcony, the TV which had a Netflix account and the little convenience store right downstairs. Highly recommend this place and definitely would stay again there!!!

Nice apartment with garden, next to the beach with lots of tavernas nearby. It was a bit difficult to find the apartment because it is in a row with very similar ones. You cannot park your car in front of the apartment, but there is a parking nearby. Nice and cozy space. Good communication with the landlord.

If you are looking for a peaceful, beautiful and relaxing place to stay, this is your place! I and my family were surprised at how beautiful everything was. The staff were friendly and helpful, the place was clean and looked after. I could not find anything of fault . Perhaps the beach was not as sandy as it could have been. The water had loads of stones and we avoided it. But that did not take away from the serenity of the place.

I really enjoyed my stay here! The apartment was very spacious and centrally located. There are a lot of good restaurants within a short walking distance. Konstantinos was very friendly & always super responsive to any of my questions. Everything looked like the photos. I will say as an FYI - there is a flight of stairs you’ll need to carry luggage up before you get to the elevator & there is no actual dryer in the unit (only air drying on the balcony) if that is something you are use to. Other than that, great apartment & would recommend!

Good location in a city center, direct bus from airport, with a lot of breakfast/coffee shops nearby Clean brand new apts, with 1.5 bathrooms which is important for 3 persons. Hot water and air all the time, with no issues. Really appreciate an Earlier check which saved a plenty of time for me, thank you! Recommend

Pety's Place was amazing. Pety and her husband were super friendly from the moment we booked the apartment. Kid friendly, very clean. A quick two minute walk, and you are at the beach. Would definitely recommend staying there to anyone. We will definitely be booking when we return to Greece again! very spacious 3 bedroom apartment with 3 king-size beds. My four daughters slept comfortably with no problems sharing a bed. bonus air conditioning in each bedroom, however, with the ocean being so close doors and windows open was all you needed. ❤️

We were 6 adults but the apartment was able to give us the necessary comfort and convenience.. The parking is quiet and the parking is free,we also had 1 parking space provided which made it very easy for us.. there is a close stop of public transport and we quickly and cheaply got to the central area.. the apartment has everything you need for a nice stay, fully equipped kitchen,coffee, spices, supplies for the dishwasher,dishes and glasses.. stunning view from the window and a huge terrace.. The beds were comfortable and the towels soft and well drink.. the bathrooms also had supplies.. I recommend for a big company .
