The hosts were amazingly friendly and so helpful! I had a device that wouldn’t connect to the WiFi and they responded immediately even though it was late at night. They replaced the router the next day so that I could connect… and they did it all with a smile. I would stay at this house again. It was exactly as described, very convenient. Kusatsu is the cutest onsen town we visited… by far our favorite! Thank you for being such a great host!

Great place. The room is in a cabin that’s part of a larger resort. Super friendly staff. Clean room. No air conditioning but the temperatures in the mountain are moderate so didn’t need it.

I stayed at a wedding.We were busy on the day, and we had an early check-in time at this time, and we had a pleasant stay without incident.Multiple people stayed, but everyone was beautiful!Awesome! I was delighted. We would love to stay again when we go to Karuizawa!

Beautiful, restful and nice in green season. Bigger than the pictures show. We enjoyed the really well equipped kitchen. Hosts were accessible and helpful, but not overbearing.

Great location!I went from Kansai, but I had a good summer vacation with the children living in the Kanto region.Kitchen goods were stocked with the basics.There was nothing to worry about except that the refrigerator was a little small.We had a very comfortable three nights.

If you need a place to stay, look no further, this Airbnb was an absolute delight. Cam was incredibly helpful and easy to communicate with, ensuring a smooth and stress-free experience. The house itself had everything we needed and was neat and tidy. Its proximity to town made it convenient for us to explore, and after a long day of boarding, it was the perfect place to relax and unwind. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

It's a very cozy place. I definitely want to go again❤️ The host was also a very good person. It was adorable.😂 It was too great, so we took photos together. Memories.🎶 Also, if you are particular about bed making and decor, it was cute and beautiful! I was excited to connect Bluetooth and watch movies on the screen.🎶 I thought it would be more enjoyable for a wide range of ages!A large group.👌🏻 It was nice to go, so I really recommend it!
