Very nice and clean accommodation, simple but with just what you need. A little further than I thought St Jacques de Lalandes, but otherwise, very good stay

We made a 2-day stop at this place. We were very pleasantly surprised. The accommodation is clean, very well equipped. There is everything you need to troubleshoot when you arrive. To find the key, it's fun, it looks like a treasure hunt:) We were with our dog and his sleep, the ease of access is pleasant to load and unload the car: even if you have to double tidy up while you proceed. But it's not a problem, the street is really not busy. To park, there is indeed ample parking (free) a few steps from the accommodation where there is space. At first we can wonder if the neighborhood is safe. A walk with the dog reassured us. The neighborhood is family-friendly, there are children, many people walk around the surrounding parks, no tags or other manifestations of insecurity. To walk the dog, there is everything you need: park, small forest, walking path just a stone's throw away

We had a very pleasant stay in Rennes and we particularly appreciated Béatrice's charming accommodation. It is a small, clean and warm accommodation located in the city center in a historic building. The welcome was friendly and efficient. Thanks to our host.

The apartment located in the city central surrounding by the shops, restaurants, tourist spots and walking distance to the train station. The room is comfortable and furniture is nice. It is just like what’s described. The drawback is that it is on the top of the building ( actual 4th floor). It is quite a claiming with the luggages.

I highly recommend Veronique's place: perfect location, right in the center, in a charming neighborhood and building. Spacious accommodation, very well arranged , well decorated, very nice. Communication was perfect. The only small downside is clearly stated in the listing: accessibility for very busy people or people with limited mobility, Otherwise, really everything was perfect!

Secure luxury property. The lobby, hallways, and elevator are very beautiful, and cleaning is done regularly in common areas. The apartment is new, bright, and furnished to the taste of the day. Everything works well in the kitchen. Pleasant terrace. A great stay. The host, René, is quite friendly and responsive.

Great place, beautiful decor as well as great amenities, all its swimming in an led atmosphere that we can adjust ourselves. A huge room with its king size bed and as well as glamorous decoration, the host was very active and very kind, I recommend, consistent with the photos.

Have a great stay at Eric's. The park is amazing: vegetable garden, pond tower, horses, sheep, chickens … a great walk. The pool and hot tub are a real added value. A few hazards on arrival but largely compensated, thank you. Finally, we recommend Jessica's massages!
