Forget your worries in this bright and cozy space—an ideal holiday stay for a couple. Great location! Situated close to Reagan's Park, this 52m2 flat is a comfortable 15-minute walk to the beach and has great transport links to the city centre. Tram and bus stops are just outside and the SKM train station is only 15 minutes away on foot. A stone's throw away there's a large shopping centre with a supermarket, a variety of shops, coffee shops and food outlets. 4th floor with access via stairs.

The living room doubles as a sleeping area, and the modern kitchen is fully equipped. Perfect for relaxation and exploring, close to the beach and city center. Lovely apartment in a local neighbourhood in a pleasant distance from the city centre. Just a 35-40 minutes walk. Everything you need is in the flat and it's all cozy. Alicja was very helpful and caring about our comfort. The only thing to reproach is that the terrace is not directly approachable from the flat, but that's didn't bother us at all. You also have a whole garden behind the house to admire. We would certainly come back. Can only recommend.

The place was excellent. So clean. So tidy. Looked great. Everything I needed was there plus the hosts were always available. I would definitely stay here again in the future. Good places to eat around the area plus not an incredibly long walk to the coast. Felt like a very safe area and apartment. Great stay

We had an amazing stay at Downtown Apartments! The apartment we booked was beautiful and the view over the river was great. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to recommend. The guy who checked us in was so helpful when we encountered an issue with a taxi company too and cannot thank him enough for his help!
