Vacation rentals in Novoli, Florence

We loved the place. Easy access and an incredible view. The cooking class they offer is definitely worth taking. The wines they produce are incredible! Everything we needed was promptly attended to. We highly recommend it.

Our family of six had an absolutely wonderful stay at Stefano and Alex’s place! The location was great being so close to many shops and restaurants, but what really set this place apart was the hospitality from the host and owner. From the moment we arrived until we departed, Stefano was very helpful and responsive. The first day we arrived, he helped with dinner restaurants at an AMAZING place nearby. Then, when my in-laws had a late flight on the day of checkout, Stefano did everything he could to make their additional hours comfortable. Like I said, from beginning to end, he was great! The unit itself was very comfortable for the six of us, including my wife and I, our 7 year old daughter, and three parents in their 70’s. The spiral stairs down proved to be a little tricky, but that was easy to overcome. All of the other amenities and little touches were very thoughtful, and we greatly appreciated the welcome treats and drinks. Highly recommend this lovely place!

Ilenia is a great host and a very nice person. The apartment is nice, very clean and spacious equipped with all what's necessary. The kitchen is big as well as the bedroom. The bathroom is in a very good condition. The location is good. Close to restaurants and a grocery shop. 3 minutes walk to the bus station. It was a pleasure staying there We strongly recommend Ilenia's apartment. Beth & David

David’s home steps from the Arno was perfect. It was clean, had all the needed amenities, and was the perfect location to explore both the city center and the Oltrano. The little private square was a nice break from the bustle of the surrounding streets. We would definitely stay again!

We had a fantastic time at this apartment, it is as grand as it looks in the photos!! Very comfortable beds, lovely lounge area. Great location to dry out after getting soaked in the rain! Excellent location, two minutes from lots of very good cafes and restaurants and a daily market in the square. Easy walk to the main centre and 5 minutes from the Pitti Palace! Elly communicated throughout and made sure we checked in safely as our flight was delayed. We would definitely stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay there!! The only constructive recommendation is changing the bed, there were 2 joined small beds that make noise... but it was comfortable anyway.

Beautiful, clean and equipped with every comfort! Three apartments with independent entrances in a spectacular place with breathtaking views nestled in a very nice garden. Everything is taken care of in the smallest details. Newly remade pool, not very large but very nice and collected to share with the people you go on vacation with. Especially suitable for large groups of friends/family to enjoy a dreamy relaxation.

abbiamo passato un fine settimana in questa struttura, ci siamo trovati benissimo, l'appartamento si trova a due passi dal centro e dalla stazione, sotto casa c'erano tanti ristoranti, bar e anche un'ottima rosticceria, nonostante la posizione centrale non si sente nessun rumore da fuori, le chiavi sono da ritirare in un hotel a due passi dove si possono anche lasciare i bagagli prima e dopo il check in, ho trovato comodo il fatto che c'erano due bagni e due camere da letto e non bisognava dormire su un divano nel soggiorno. Personale gentilissimo
