Beachfront vacation rentals in Novi Ligure

I highly and entusiastically recommend Nanni’s Penthouse, located in the safe and central neighbourhood of “Foce”. Just a bus ride away from main attractions like Il Centro Storico or Le Strade Nuovo, and close to the water and the Corso Italia where a short walk will take you to beautiful Bocadasse. Spacious, comfy and clean, the absolute jewel is the terrace that wraps around the corner of the building. I can’t say enough about that beautiful terrace. There were days when I just stayed home to loll around out there; it’s that nice! Just what the Doctor ordered! Lots of furniture to lounge on, or eat a meal or even hang your laundry! The kitchen is fully functional with everything you need to prepare a meal, or any kind of coffee — or eat your take home treats from the gazillion really fabulous focaccerias and panetterias or from the many small grocery stores close by. Nanni is super friendly and responsive - often answering my texts within minutes. 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

Walkable to boccadesse. Surrounding area has all the necessary amenities. Easy access to Genoa Center with bus connections. Recommended stay!

We enjoyed it very much at Carolina's, the apartment is very cozy and in a beautiful location with many opportunities to discover Genoa.

It was a nice team in the beachfront property. Only thing it was really hard to find anywhere to have a meal and hard to get a taxi in the area. The walking route to the restaurants nearby was closed during our stay with no rerouting option. Also note there is no AC in the living room areas so it was really HOT. Otherwise the rooms were very modern and kitchen super equipped, plan to cook of staying here.

We had a fantastic stay at this property! The location couldn’t have been better—just a 5 minute walk to both Market and the beach, making everything super convenient. The check-in process was smooth, thanks to the clear and detailed instructions provided. The home itself was spotless and very well-maintained, It’s pretty much situated just outside the beach area, made everything super convenient. Getting around the city was easy too, with multiple transportation options nearby .My family absolutely loved our time here, and I would recommend this place, especially for families. We were welcomed in a very friendly manner. Stefania had already reserved a parking space near the property for us. Very nice and lovingly furnished apartment. Everything you need is available. Stefania gave us a lot of helpful information, so we could travel by public transport without problems, etc. We spent beautiful, relaxing family holidays despite rainy weather.

We had a great stay in Italy. The apartment is centrally located in a very good area, very comfortable, spacious and cozy. It is very well equipped with everything described, in terms of cleanliness it was impeccable without any detail. Maurizio very kindly welcomed us as a host and even left snacks for us, he is very attentive and we certainly thought about coming back again! Emanuele's flat is wonderful. Nice little balcony for breakfast and a beautiful roof terrace for the evening or for sunbathing. The flat is right on the beach, swimming trunks on, down the stairs and straight to the beach, it couldn't be better. The flat is well equipped and clean. Just as you would wish. Communication with the landlord was very easy and friendly, we felt very welcome with our 2 dogs. Many thanks and a big recommendation!

Absolutely fantastic apartment and perfect if you want to explore Genoa and at the same time have a quieter surroundings with terrace and close to swimming and restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed having the sea view and being able to be out on the terrace between our various excursions. It is possible to walk to the bus, train and boat for further journey to central Genoa. Restaurants nearby and the possibility of swimming.

We liked it very much. The apartment was clean, spacious, and beautifully located. We will be happy to come back.

Delightful house, spacious, clean and full of care. Great location to reach downtown and sea (really two steps!). Last gem: The restaurant next door does an exceptional service, practically like having a half board comfortably at home, choosing what to eat! All appreciated, we'll be back. Ps. We were two adults with two children aged 6 and 4, all suitable!
