We - me, my husband, little daughter and two dogs - for 40 days staying in Miriam's apartment as we finished the renovation of our apartment. At that time, it was as if we were really living there. Everyone in the building, from the caretaker to the neighbors, was extremely kind and helpful with us - for sure that was what marked us the most. The neighborhood is excellent and the apartment is really well lit, as the ad demonstrates. It was recently renovated, so the bathroom was brand new, floors as well. The slightly older kitchen, as well as sheets and bedding, but in general did not alter our comfort. The double bedroom has a comfortable double bed. The second bedroom has a single bed and a good desk to work with, with excellent natural light. In addition, it also has a small library with good titles. The living room has a sofa bed, but this one is not very comfortable to sleep for many nights.

I was in doubt where to stay but this place is always the right choice, very well decorated and beautiful, very good and cozy energy, the hostess is very nice and helped me a lot, it is impossible to be disappointed in this place, all near and very quiet building, even though it is in the center. I hope I can come back more often, very wonderful experience 😁 very spacious, and the bed is comfortable, I have very strong rhinitis but I did not have any problems at the place, it was extremely clean, I loved every second of the stay!! We love your stay in this property. Very well located for those wishing to participate in the Porto Alegre International Marathon. The town is very safe and beautiful, we made several walks all on foot. We cross the street and enjoy a beautiful sunset in Guaíba. The apartment is comfortable, it has met our needs. Super Prestativo, apartment location is great

The apartment is beautiful, great view of the city being on level 12, watching the sunset. The location is perfect, across the road from a beautiful park and supermarket, and only a short drive into the city or airport. Its within a complex so you also have access to tennis courts, pools and bbq areas. It’s very secure with on-site security 24 hours. Would highly recommend!!! Lu the host is great and was so helpful when we wanted to extend our stay, made it so easy. We were there for almost 2 weeks and felt it was our home away from home. Thanks so much Lu!!
