Vacation rentals with a pool in Nova Petrópolis

We had a wonderful 10-day stay at Marlene's house. Being at your home made the whole trip more enjoyable and peaceful. The house is beautiful, cozy and complete. Marlene is a very kind, helpful and loving host. We're so grateful to her. We will stay at her house on any trip we make to the area.

Great accommodation… very good space to rest and relax. Fabiano, a super helpful, flexible and fast communication host. We requested an iron and he promptly made available. In addition, we had the check-out extended, but it is worth checking with it upon availability. The location, close to downtown Gramado and also close to Canela. No more, recommend.

By far the best home I ever stayed by AirBNB. It is a super complete house, with all the details a traveler needs. It has even more amenities than those described in the listing. The house is large (there are, practically, two houses, actually) and was super clean and smelling. Beds, sheets, pillows, covers, kitchenware, all in perfect condition. Francisco answered promptly to all questions and was around to help with whatever was necessary. My only observations for those interested in the accommodation are: the street, because it is a BR entrance to the city, is very busy, with noise all day; and for those who have babies in the crawling phase or up to 2 years, the staircase and high steps are dangerous (in my case I kept the door that gives access to the key ladder all the time to avoid accidents) but for adults and older children, it is safe.

Great stay the house matches the photos of the listing. Located in a quiet neighborhood, close to the center, with market almost next door. Super recommend, who received us was Sol, a sweetheart who gave us all the information clearly and accurately, super requests, whenever he triggered it, he would respond to me immediately. Impeccable house, only addendum is that the kitchen sink was undocked when we arrived, we had to take a certain care so that it did not fall, apart from that, just compliments.

Carol was helpful and concerned with providing the best experience for us. The place is beautiful!

Kaeterli's home is a warmth to the soul. We'll definitely be back more often!

I recommend… wonderful house with everything it describes, we went to a group of eight women and all said they would definitely stay longer because it is a place we felt at home. Wonderful hosts, many dear ones and gave us all the attention we needed. We'll be back for sure.

Both the host Daniela and the house are excellent! The house is complete, beautiful and impeccable! There's nothing left! Daniela was always very attentive and helpful, although there was no unforeseen. The rooms of the residence are all very good, beautiful and cozy. The condominium where the house is located is very quiet and beautiful! I highly recommend it! In the surroundings there are supermarkets and great restaurants, as well as being very close to the city center. This time I went to work, with other colleagues, but I would like to go again with the family.

We had a wonderful time in Gramado! The very nice, cozy apartment! The service of Mr. Luis, the caretaker of the building, excellent. We definitely plan to come back.

Beautiful stay. The apartment is even better than in the photos: very comfortable, spacious and clean. The location is excellent - outside the center of Gramado, which avoids heavy traffic and allows you to get around with ease. We will definitely be back!

It was great days! A safe place, there was everything we needed in the apartment and the very beautiful condo with a swimming pool and playground! Viviane always answered me and helped me with what I needed! Great location, a supermarket next door! I hope to come back!

The hostess was very attentive. The apartment was very tidy and clean. Exactly as shown in the photos. The only thing we missed was more items in the kitchen. I also suggest towels and better bed sheets.

I stayed in November 2024 and everything was perfect. The apartment is excellent, it was extremely clean and organized, all smells. Bed linens are very tasty. The apartment is located next to NBA Park, on Av das Hortênsias (one of the main in the city) and about 10 minutes by car from downtown Gramado. The condominium pool is wonderful. Viviane was very solicitous, made contact with me days before the trip, waited for us at check-in and still left a mime. We love and recommend!

The place is wonderful and in very good taste. The pool space is large and well-maintained. It was very worth it, we felt like a hotel.
