Gilles was proactive and friendly. The place is great because there are many restaurants, bars, and supermarkets near the house. It's 5 minutes on foot. The beach is also near the house, so you can relax and swim there.

The apartment is nice, in a perfect location and tastefully decorated. Amel and Pierre Antoine are very nice and available 😊

We had a lovely time at Jean-Luc and Sandrine’s beautiful home. It was a perfect place to base ourselves for a short stay in Noumea. Their place is a short walk from food, shops, and attractions. Jean-Luc was super responsive - we had a minor hiccup (a translation issue) about the number of beds required, so encourage you to be clear about bedding required. Otherwise, we had no issues finding the place or feeling at home. Highly recommend.

An absolutely perfect stay! The accommodation was not only spotless and impeccably clean, but also totally as described. The location is ideal, located in the heart of the Baie des Citrons, a short walk from bars and restaurants while guaranteeing peaceful nights. My partner was delighted, so much so that we decided to extend our stay by two more nights. As a bonus, we were able to enjoy early check-in thanks to the availability of the listing, which greatly facilitated our organization. A beautiful weekend getaway… The property with your feet in the water is huge, making it an ideal playground for children! The evenings around the fire or the large table are a real moment of sharing. Less than an hour from Noumea…

If all the apartments in Noumea could be like this!!!. This apartment is just great. It is very spacious, clean, very nicely decorated. We enjoyed the original artwork of local artists. The bed is super comfy and big!... The kitchen has everything you need, including a large fridge. The apartment is a stone's throw away: shopping, beaches, restaurants etc... There is always space to park. Note that Alexandrine is very responsive and accommodating. We'll be back for sure! Thank you Alexandrine for your availability and generosity!

Apartment favorite. Definitely our best rental on Air BnB. Impeccable cleanliness, very good quality bedding. The kitchen is very well equipped. Communication with Alain was particularly fluid and Alain was very attentive to our well-being. We would highly recommend this apartment for a stay in Noumea.

The apartment is in a very good location Beautiful view and the seaside a short walk away. Maybe mention that the room doesn't have a window or I didn't see it. It can be inconvenient for some people. Excellent equipment. We'll be right back.

Very clean apartment in a beautiful location. At the foot of the building there are a good number of restaurants, cafes etc... and opposite the beach for a morning walk or a swim. The hosts are very nice and responsive. The plus a private secured and covered parking.

Very nice place, a place where you are almost disconnected from the city thanks to its greenery that surrounds it, the host is pleasant and very kind.
