The apartment looks exactly the way it looks at the photos. Excellent location and good size for two people. Pietro was very helpful, gave us the opprotunity of early check in and late check out which made our lives much easier. The kitchen has all necessary equşipment and there was also a small wine, water bottles, coke and bisquits for us. Thank you Pietro

Lovely house 10 steps from the lake with garden!!!

We had a family vacation at Davide house, there were five of us. The house is very conveniently located, quiet, cozy house, all the amenities. A luxurious garage, since we were by car, it was even a priority. Convenient entry into the underground parking. The house is very nice, two bedrooms and a living room. Very neat and beautiful territory around, a large table in the garden, we enjoyed having breakfast every morning. You could see the lake and enjoy the fresh air in silence. We liked everything very much, we felt at home. I am very grateful to Davide for his house and hospitality.

We were completely happy with the place in Gavirate. As a family we had plenty of space, direct access to the garden and the apartment has everything you need incl. Entertainment material for the kids. The location is quiet and perfect for us as a base for excursions in the area around Varese. We did not meet Matteo on site, but communication with him was straightforward and helpful.

It’s a magic place! If I could put 10 stars I would! Tastefully decorated, lots of charm, absolutely stunning views. Mattia and her family left us so many tasty surprises, that was sooo touching. The house itself is done with love and care for the guests with the attention to all the little details.. We absolutely adored the place. Please, take good care of it if it is your own or better, it’s a jewel!

It's a very modern apartment with a great view from the balcony. We stayed in November and still enjoyed the stay. You need a car to get around. Alessandra is very friendly host that will give you a warm welcome and tips for the neighborhood that we followed and are very glad about.

Marta’s place was perfect! Less than a 10 minute walk to duomo and shopping is within 3 minutes. So easy to get to the apartment from the airport. Once inside, the courtyard is clean, building is clean and no noise. Apartment was spotless! WiFi was great! Washer worked great and really got a lot of the water off the clothes. They dried quick hanging to dry! I hope to stay there again! Marta was a great host and responds to questions very quickly and made some great recommendations!

Valentina was our contact while we stayed in Limonta. She was the most friendly, kind, and responsive host we have ever known. She always went above and beyond what she had to. She gave us the most easy and helpful check-in information, checked in on us during our stay with great friendliness, and tipped us off to local experiences and restaurants to enhance our stay. The little home was private, peaceful, and with a fantastic terrace/view that we made the most of every day of our stay. We had such a nice little trip, and it will be looked back on fondly due to the special touch of Valentina!

This was a lovely little escape on Lake Como. The host was kind, responsive and very helpful. The house was impeccably clean, very spacious and updated. The view is better than the photos, and we had a lovely stay. The only negative is that the pillows were not good, but it doesn’t make it less than 5 stars. I just recommend bringing your own if you can!

Absolutely indescribable views! While the drive up the winding roads were a bit tough, the view was DEFINITELY worth it! Thanks to Filippo’s clear instructions we had no issues with locating the apartment, finding parking, and getting checked in. Be prepared to walk a lot of stairs, but I promise it’s worth it (pool included). We made a lovely breakfast and dinner in the kitchen and enjoyed local amenities. We would absolutely love to return again one day, thanks Filippo!

Great vacation at Alessio's, we were delighted with the welcome , communication , availability and kindness of Alessio.. the apartment is great, quiet and well located between Como and Belaggio , bus stop nearby , dock not far but you have to go down and up the 300 stairs 😊 In short: great holiday in Como lake..

Absolutely charming villa next to Lago de Iseo! Cozy and large apartment with all the amenities - just as described. The outdoor area is nothing less than a dream. A garden stacked with olive trees, a roofed BBQ and dining area next to a luxurious pool. Excellent! In addition to that, check in, communication and hospitality are top notch! We had a great weekend stay at Samuele’s place! The view is incredible and the private garden was perfect for our dogs! The location is just a short 16-20 minute walk from the little town with beautiful nature.
