Nicely renovated house with a great view located in a quiet hillside street. If you want a worry-free rental, this is the place you're looking for! Here you can feel at home. Everything is arranged for a comfortable stay. The cat may be a little skeptical at first, but it doesn't take longe before he becomes comfortable. He loves to cuddle! It is important to know that locking him outside is NOT an option. If you don't like cats, this house is not for you, as he is my dearest possesion :)

It's a great place for just relaxing, and enjoying the fabulous view, but also an excellent starting point for sightseeing, hiking, swimming or fishing in the fjord/river. Skiing and several other activities are easily available in the area, dependig on season. Excelent for couple and family(s) with kids. Church building from 1943, completely renovated in 2023. The house is located in the middle of the village, 100 meters from supermarket and 10 minutes walk to beach. What a fantastically beautiful place! Erle's house really has a breathtakingly beautiful view. We really enjoyed this! The children loved playing outside and loved the sweet dog. The house was cozy, very special to see such a long history back. The only thing we regretted was that based on the photos, we thought the sea would be closer. Otherwise an amazing place!

Beautiful home with amazing view. The kitchen had everything you need to prepare food. The basement bathroom was awesome and we enjoyed the bathtub. However be very careful of the slope going up to the house during winter, if there is ice and snow it may be tricky to drive up.

This is the luckiest cottage where we see the Aurora and there is a famous walking trail close to the house.We walk along the small road for about 300 meters, which is great for viewing the aurora.The room is clean and tidy, fully equipped with facilities, and the sea view is beautiful.

We are 4 family members first time travel to Faroe, it was most amazing living experience ever by staying at Frida’s Nordic-style cozy warm home, easy to get there from airport, 5 minutes to the local town market, 20 minutes drive to big Bonus market. You could have the best view from the home that make you want to stay there for whole day! Inside the room, it’s very cozy and home appliances is well equipped, we felt heart of host that paying attention to every small detail. If we come back to Faroe again, we would choose to stay here again for sure!

We had an amazing stay at this house! The location was perfect, just a short drive to the ski resort and also a great base to explore places like Senja. There’s a market only 15 minutes away, making it convenient for groceries. The house is beautifully isolated, which made for a peaceful and relaxing experience. It’s a perfect spot to disconnect, enjoy the calm, and fully immerse in nature. But the highlight of our trip was undoubtedly the northern lights. The sky put on a breathtaking show, the best we’ve ever seen in our lives! Highly recommended for anyone looking for a quiet retreat with stunning aurora views!
