We had an absolutely wonderful time. The property was excellent and the amenities were spot on. It is a very charming and comfortable home. The location is perfect, can walk across the street to the lodge and lifts. I will booking again next year.

This place was great! Accommodated a large group not only with beds, but also seating in the TV room and around the dining room table. Mark was so easy to communicate with. He always responded right away. All of the listing information and pre-check in instructions were straightforward and easy to follow. Will stay again!

This was a perfect stay for our group in town for a nearby wedding. The house had all we needed and we enjoyed the foggy lake in the mornings and fire pit in the evening. Laura was lovely to work with, responding quickly to any request or question from pre-booking through our stay. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

We just needed a few days away from reality and Tracey's place didn't disappoint!! It was peaceful. We loved the firepit outside and enjoyed many meals there. Mark is very responsive to the texts and any questions about the local area. He is very friendly and laid back. Off the main road, the lake scenes from front balcony are super nice. There is a local dock for fishing, swimming, or launching a canoe. Some good restaurants and a meat-seafood market are nearby for grilling. He supplies everything, so just bring the family or friends to start your relaxing stay. The house was clean and well stocked. This was our second stay.

This was a great place to stay! Very clean and comfortable, and Rhonda was super helpful and friendly. We didn't have time to explore the area as we were just stopping through on a road trip, but the town was charming and quiet. Would definitely stay again!

We enjoyed our stay at this quiet, clean location. We would definitely love to stay there again. The fence didn’t work for us and our hunting dogs, but it wouldn’t be a deal breaker.

Very cozy as described. The sauna is what sold us on this stay as we were staying for a wrestling tournament and that helped our boys recover. Peacefully scenery felt at home and wish we could have had more time to spend on the property.

My wife and I recently stayed at the Bed and Breakfast at 416 w 10 St. Erie Pa. We found it to be very spacious and comfortable. We were pleased that it was in a very quite and peaceful neighborhood. Should we find ourselves needing accommodations in the Erie area again we would not hesitate to use this bed and breakfast. Anthony Militello
