Perfect little spot for a weekend of seclusion to work on papers. Watching the ducks on “brain breaks” was a perfect reset.

Wanted to provide a relaxing and stress free stay for my wife while celebrating her birthday. This house did exactly that and more. The location and outdoor space was just right. Tremendous amount of light. Our four legged friend was in her element too. Thankyou, thankyou and thankyou.

Terrific stay at Ellen’s lovely cottage. The house is warmly decorated and cozy. Amazing patio with outdoor fireplace and big gas grill. Fully equipped kitchen for gourmet cooking. The bathrooms are new and very clean. Lots of delightful and thoughtful little touches. A great base for exploring the North Fork!

Kim was lovely through the booking process and upon check in. She offered great information about the house, the area and recommendations. Super cute house with great layout and prime location for a quick walk to the shops and restaurants. Would recommend to anyone!

We had a lovely stay at Sarah’s! The house was even more beautiful in person than in the pictures. The high ceilings and back windows allowed for a lot of natural light in the house which made it feel that much more spacious. We even had a beautiful breakfast out on the back deck (early fall). She was very responsive and accommodating the whole process. Would stay here again!

Loved our stay! The house was beautiful and we couldn’t have asked for a better view of the sunset from the private beach. Elvira was super accommodating and helpful throughout the weekend.

Dorina’s home was the calm, peaceful reprieve from the city we were looking for. Her home was so comfortable and she went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The backyard was a little oasis with a large pool (with floats!), several (6 I think) lounger chairs, two 6 top tables in different areas and a functioning grill. We spent most of our time here! Dorina was fast to respond, helpful with recommendations and overall what you hope to have in a host. We would definitely come back to Dorina’s home!

This is our second year in a row staying in this beautiful place. I have no complaints what so ever. The place is easy to get into with well given instructions. Very clean and has all you need. Jaime has been nothing less than an exceptional host. I would definitely recommend to anyone who is thinking of coming to the New Haven area. Can’t wait to book again.

We loved staying at Nick’s while in Southampton! The property is quiet and private, with a short walk to the bay. The inside was clean and well furnished. We loved that it was pet friendly- there was a $50 pet fee which we didn’t know about when booking but we were happy to pay given how great the property was. We’d happily stay again!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home! The check-in process was smooth and informative, making it easy to settle in. The house itself is charming and cozy, with plenty of space for everyone to relax. Our dogs absolutely loved the backyard, and they had a blast walking down the path to the nearby beach each day. We enjoyed the walk too—it was peaceful and picturesque, a perfect way to start or end the day. The location was ideal, with the town just a short walk away, offering a variety of restaurants, shops, and entertainment. This home was the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. We highly recommend it!

We had a great stay! This was our first time in the Hamptons and the space was welcoming, well located to the beach, and a nice place to chill with a beautiful garden. Check in was smooth and all instructions were clear.

The Hyatus has alot to offer & loads of building amenities. Although, the bowling was down during our stay, we enjoyed the rooftop lounge and the comfy personal movie theater. Our stay at Tatenda beautifully, modern, downtown apartment was a nice vibe. Responsive host & went out of her away to ensure we had a pleasant stay. The ultra comfortable bed, black out curtains, walk in closet, super soft robes, and garage parking space were some of the best highlights. We truly enjoyed the great kitchen stocked with so much including a Brita filter, ice maker, a blender we made frozen margaritas in and a waffle iron. Overall a big space with lots of variety in seating options and we felt right at home. Quick drive to Yale and campus like vibes in the surrounding neighborhood. Modern apizza was a great find just a short drive away. If you are looking for a comfy, modern, quiet space with a variety of amenities you found it.

Mona's home has an incredible energy that instantly makes you feel welcome. Inside, the house is well appointed ensuring every comfort and convenience at your fingertips. The outdoor space is incredibly accommodating, featuring a large, clean pool, a spacious deck, plenty of seating and a barbecue grill perfect for entertaining or relaxing. The garden is a true sanctuary offering a peaceful retreat complete with butterflies, hummingbirds and a serene water element. The caretaker was exceptionally helpful, providing valuable suggestions for things to do, including nearby beaches and places to see the sunset.

Aimee’s house on Shelter Island was the perfect getaway for Thanksgiving. The home is warm, inviting, and beautifully maintained, with thoughtful touches that made our stay extra special. The location is serene and peaceful, offering a true escape from the hustle and bustle. Aimee was a fantastic host—responsive, friendly, and helpful throughout. We truly enjoyed our time here and wouldn’t hesitate to return!

Lydia was an excellent host. She communicated all information clearly and kindly. The house was very clean and as described in the ad. We 100% recommend staying here and will definitely be back ourselves. 💯

We had a lovely stay at Jeffrey’s place during Thanksgiving weekend! The house is in a great location and was perfect for our group - the master bedroom is in one wing of the house and two other (large) bedrooms are in the other wing. That was ideal for us with two infants in the group. Highly recommend staying here!

We had a wonderful time at Michael’s place over the Thanksgiving break. Location is unbeatable. He was very kind accommodating our early check in request. We plan to go back in the summer.

If you are looking to stay in Southampton, look no further as this was a true 7 Star experience out of 5 Stars!!! From my very first communication to the very end Alessandro was beyond 5 Stars!!! He was extremely communicative, very fast response time & very flexible!!! I will definitely stay by him again. His home is beautiful and extremely tastefully decorated. His instruction was very clear and easy to follow with wonderful suggestions as well. Thank you for a wonderful stay and an amazing experience!!! There isn’t one thing you could have added. I came in for a wedding and Alessandro and his house enhanced our entire experience 😀

Harry’s place was what we needed, perfect for a family of 4 (or 5). Its cozy and has what you need for a few days escape from the city. I particularly like how responsive Harry was, even things outside of their control (weather, storm) he looked for immediate solutions. You can see that they care about their place and renters. The pool was a plus for our kids. The location is also good, of course you need a car but there are nice restaurants within 10 min drive and the beach is close too. All in all a very positive experience for us. Thanks Harry!
